This magnificent 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home located in the relatively quiet suburban Riverland neighborhood of Fort Lauderdale invites you to lounge in the sun in your own private heated pool and is located minutes away from major highways and the new Guitar Shaped Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. Riverland is perfect for business or pleasure with easy access to all of the best dining, shopping and entertainment in South Florida. The home is completely updated with quartz counter tops in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. The floors are beautifully tiled in the common areas and the bedrooms are decked out with hardwood floors to provide a cozy experience. Boaters are welcome. There is a neighborhood boat ramp located 3 blocks away from the property. There are also multiple family-friendly parks located within 3 blocks of the home (5 min. walk).

My host was great, I landed very early in the morning and they doubled up their team to get the house clean after a previous quest checked out and I was able to get a earlier check in time.

We loved everything about this property. It worked great for our needs. Soacous kitchen and eating area. Living room was open. Beds were comfy. Kitchen had all items one needed. Laundry area worked great. We would stay here again. Host was very helpful, quick and understanding. Highly recommend.

A group of us came down for the casino and the F1 race and the location could not have been better. The pool was a blast and the neighborhood was nice. The location off of the highway was great. Its very close to the casino and dolphins stadium. Will definitely stay again

Wonderful home for family vacation!

This house was amazing!! We are a family of 5 and had plenty of space for all of us. Having a pool was a game changer. Everything was very clean and location is pretty central so it was easy to get places pretty quickly! Property host was really easy to get a hold of and very quick to respond. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Great Rental and Very Clean!

We were very impressed with the house and how clean it was! It was stocked with everything we needed including plenty of towels! Great communication with the owner and everything worked! Check out process was super easy. It was just what we needed! We couldn’t of asked for a better place to stay!

Perfect Home For Work or Play

Excellent property that was as advertised. Erick is Awesome! Neighborhood is quiet, and safe. We were there for work in the local area, there was plenty of food and entertainment options nearby to keep us occupied in our off time. The home was perfect for the nights we just relaxed at "home". Would definitely recommend this home and will look it up again if we are back in the area.

Exactly what we needed

Groups of friends and I stayed at this rental and it was PERFECT for what we were looking for. Close to so many fun things to do, wonderfully quiet and relaxful neighborhood for this group of sleep deprived moms! The house is beautiful, comfortable and has all the wanted amenities a family could ask for. Erick responds so quickly and is very helpful!

A Great Property and Experience

This was our first VRBO experience. Erick and Summer Joy Rentals ensured that it was complete success. The property was clean and nicely kept, making our stay very relaxing and enjoyable! Erick's communication was quick and he made us feel like we were his only client. Great customer service! This property will stay on our list of places to rent, in the future.

Even the little things were thoughtfully provided.

If you are considering either staying at the hard rock or at this property, it’s no-brainer folks These are outstanding hosts. We came for a poker tournament at the hard rock and really didn’t wanna leave the property because of it’s incredible location. It is the best property we've ever stayed at in the past seven years of playing at the hard rock casino poker open. Everything and I mean everything you could possibly need at a property as if it were your own it magically was there. I have no doubt whatsoever you'll enjoy this property.

The House

The location of the house is perfect. It is approximately 15 minutes to the Fort Lauderdale area and 15 minutes to the west (Plantation, Sunrise, Weston) where we have relatives. The House was clean, spacious and comfortable and the host, Erick, responds almost immediately to any inquiry. We would recommend this house to anyone looking to rent.

My experience

The house was excellent and in a very good neighborhood. Excellent communication will host. The only downside was the pool malfunction so we didn’t use it as much as we would have liked too. Also I think the nest control malfunctioned the last two days of our trip so the air conditioner was on the blitz. But overall the stay was quite pleasant and the house was immaculate.

No Nonsense, Comfortable, Clean

Super convenient to FLL and the Los Olas district, this house is in a relatively quiet neighborhood with a spacious pool deck and a kitchen outfitted for cooking meals regularly. The bathrooms were nicely situated, and had toiletries and extra towels. As a 3-4x/year renter via ABB and VRBO, I have but two suggestions: supply diffused/dimmable lighting options in the living room, and make outlets or USB ports more visible in the bedrooms. Otherwise: can't go wrong!

Escaping from Winter

We stayed here for 5 beautiful weeks escaping the Canadian winter. We have rented places for the last 7 years. This place was the most outfitted to ensure a great stay from kitchen appliances to towels. We spent a great deal of time around the heated pool. Erick ensured a smooth check-in and quickly answered any questions we had. All pool and lawn maintenance personnel were friendly and respectful. We will certainly look into renting again.
