Edgewater 900 a été complÚtement révisé! Notre unité est idéalement située, prÚs des ascenseurs du magnifique complexe Edgewater. L'unité dispose d'une télévision de 55 pouces dans le salon et une grande télévision dans la chambre principale.

La cuisine et les salles de bains ont été entiÚrement modernisées et améliorées. Les armoires ont été fabriquées sur mesure par un artisan amish de l'Ohio et sont recouvertes de granit magnifique. Les électroménagers, toutes les finitions et tous les meubles sont neufs depuis mai 2015!

L'unité a une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur et l'accÚs à la plage est privé à Edgewater. Le complexe est fermé.

Condo was clean and beautifully updated. Kitchen stocked with everything we needed. The complex is very well kept. Loved having restaurants to walk to or a short drive. And grocery store right across the street. The owner Cindy was super sweet and always available for any questions.

Beautiful stay

Loved the gated resort. Beautiful grounds and the condo was everything it was advertised to be. Guest services was very quick to respond to any need. Shower head broke and it was fixed the next morning. This was our first time staying at Edgewater but we will definitely be back!

Beautiful views, excellent host!

The views were absolutely beautiful from the balcony. Property was comfortable and fit a family of 7 without being crowded! Everything u need for cooking in! Close to a lot of family Friendly adventures and lots of good eateries near by. Fantastic location.

Great trip!

Family vacation

Great condo with everything we needed. Simple check in/out process. Great views from the deck. Excellent resort with great amenities. Loved the grocery store being across the street as well as the outlet shopping stores. Will definitely be back!!

Edgewater was awesome
 again! We rented5 condos for a family retirement vacation and it was BEAUTIFULLL!The condos were all clean and nice! The only suggestion for this condo is getting drapes for the family room area?? The light in the morning was ok but in the evening there was not much privacy with that area open.. also we had a WIFI problems all week! We were not in our rooms all day or anything but with little kids break-time from the beach/pool is often a movie or something on tv
 Also letting future renter know that the beach fee is NOT included for VRBO renters and letting them know the prices would be helpful. We had 2 Edgewater condos and 2 VRBO
 the Edgewater condos had that included in the rental
 I had to purchase 2additional umbrellas and 4 additional chairs for the week 
 it was fine but good info to have
!Other than that the week was AWESOME!!!Beautiful grounds! Very clean and well maintained ! Centrally located to many shops, restaurants and grocery stores! We will be back soon 
 hopefully!!

Beautiful property!

This property is beautiful and perfect location for families. We brought our bikes and biked in the morning straight from the condo. Everything was in the condo that we needed. The pools, shuffleboard and playground were nice pluses. Will stay again!

Family Vacation

Room was great and the listing was accurate. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. My kids loved the Tiki Hut. Only half of the elevators were working during our stay so that was frustrating, but not anything the owner could do about it! I grew up going to Edgewater and loved taking my kids back to such a wonderful place!

Condo Review

The condo was in excellent updated condition and perfect for our family of 5. They had all of the cookware/ necessities needed to stay for the week. The owner was amazing and was readily available for any questions we had. Can’t wait to go back!

Great week with our kids

We had a great vacation with our young kids and felt at home in this condo. There is a grocery store across the street, parking was always available in the garage and the pools were never overcrowded. Cindy was easily accessible and more than willing to help with anything we needed. If we return to the Destin area I would definitely consider staying here again.

Destin vacation

Have come here a few times for family vacations from Colorado. We’ve stayed in different condos at the gated Edgewater. It’s just feet to the 2 pools and beach without the hassle of your car. This owner in 900 was specifically responsive when I reached out and very friendly and genuine. I plan to return and stay at same place. You won’t be disappointed!

Nice condo

The location of this condo is amazing! The bathrooms and kitchen were nicely updated. We did not have any problems checking in or during our stay. The only recommendation I would make is to upgrade the quality of the sheets and mattress.

Fantastic unit and location

The condo was clean, included most everything we needed, very nice furniture, and the balcony had a fantastic view of the ocean. The resort has two pools and a hot tub for shared use, as well as a pool side grill. It was an easy walk to the beach, stores, and restaurants. Communication with the owner was easy and she was very responsive. I really can’t think of anything negative to say, we had an amazing vacation.

Awesome trip

Me and my family had a wonderful time. The condo was just like the pictures the beach was great and the mall is across the the street. The only down side to our vacation was if you wanted to bring a chair and sit at the beach to watch you kids play in the ocean you had to sit behind all the rentable umbrellas. So unless you paid $30 a day per umbrella you couldn’t sit and watch you family.

INCREDIBLE!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay! It started with excellent communication with the property owner, check-in was super simple, we opened the door and were completely thrilled with the stunning view! The bedrooms were a perfect set up, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The entire property with the pools, hot tub, and beach access was perfect! The location was the best we have ever stayed at. Easy access to grocery store, restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be coming back again and again! Thank you for a wonderful experience! ❀

We purchased this property in November of 2014. We are a military family, with the United States Air Force. Wes was raised about an hour north of this gorgeous beach. We visit his family and enjoy staying in the Destin area. After, annually, looking for a place to stay at the beach for over 6 years, we stumbled upon Edgewater Beach. We walked into the complex and immediately fell in love. I knew that this place would be one that we would enjoy coming back to again and again and again. . .so we decided to go for it. . .and we made Edgewater our beach vacation home!

We love this beach and Edgewater makes it so easy to enjoy.

Our unit is close to the elevators and access for unpacking is terrific. The complex is close to all levels of shopping from outlet malls to fine designer stores.
