Maravilla 2 Bd / 2Ba - 1er étage - Service de plage pour 4 inclus !!

Maravilla est une destination de Golfe-avant situé dans la zone Destin avec 2. 5 acres de plage privée et est bien connu pour son atmosphère familiale et des équipements. Nos 2 chambres / 2 salles de bains condo est sur le terrain étage du bâtiment n ° 3 à côté de la route d'entrée, face à l'ouest, avec un patio à l'extérieur à la fois le salon et la chambre principale à partir de laquelle vous pouvez voir le golfe. Vous êtes à quelques pas de passage pour piétons marqué et éclairée à notre, entrée de la plage privée fermée. Il ya une promenade sur la plage à côté de Golfe Scenic Drive et chemin pavé sur le côté de condo pour la marche et le vélo. Le service de plage sur place (4 chaises et 2 parasols) est inclus dans votre location de mi-mars à octobre.

Cette unité a des planchers de tuiles modernes de style woodgrain partout. Pour votre confort, les deux chambres sont équipées de matelas à plateau-coussin haut de gamme. Les deux chambres ont également une télévision. La salle de bain principale comprend une douche à l'italienne avec des portes en verre. La deuxième salle de bains est accessible depuis le couloir principal ou la deuxième chambre. Elle comprend une baignoire et une douche.

La cuisine est livré avec tous vos accessoires de base, y compris une machine à café Keurig! Il y a une table à manger avec des sièges pour six et un canapé-lit queen dans le salon. Notre espace de vie a une télévision à écran plat 47 'et un lecteur DVD pour quand vous décidez d'entrer de la plage! Internet haute vitesse sans fil est inclus - gratuit - ainsi que la télévision par câble de base.

La buanderie intégrée comprend un lave-linge et un sèche-linge Samsung à chargement frontal. Nous fournissons également un fer à repasser avec une planche à repasser. Et, beaucoup de jouets de plage pour les enfants.

Great first floor confo

The condo was roomy and very clean. Only a short walk to beach. Easy walk to Pomano Joes and Captain Dave’s. Great location… we always stay in Mimimar Beach area!

My friends and I very much enjoyed the condo. It was immaculate had all the accommodations that we look for. Very quiet and family friendly.Definitely will come back and hope to stay at your condo.

Love the first level and being able to walk right out the back door and out to the beach which is just a short walk away! Very clean and had everything we needed. Will definitely be back for a third time and more!

Wonderful condo with great amenities

This is our second time staying in this condo and we love it. We have been coming to Maravilla for close to 20 years and have stayed at many condos and this is one of our favorites. Very clean and the owners are wonderful to work with. We will be back next year!

Beautiful & great proximity to the beach!

The condo was beautiful! We have been vacationing in the Destin area for several years and this condo was the best we have stayed in. Newly updated and the 2 minute walk to the beach was perfect! We always try and reserve a condo with beach service and with 2 sets of chairs and 2 umbrellas this year, well for our family, it was heaven😊 We would definitely recommend this condo and would love to stay here again! Beautiful property in a great location!! Had a blast.

Nicely furnished condo with lots of great beach toys! Very nice beds (a HUGE bonus) and new flooring. Having nice finish out in a place you're staying for a week makes the stay that much more pleasant. Only reason not 5 stars is because the wifi was sloooowwww. Putting 4 kids in a confined space with slow wifi makes for some grumpy moments.

Piece of paradise

Richard and Lisa are amazing. Their condo is pretty, very clean, neat and has much more than we could need. The location is perfect, just a few steps to the pristine and private beach. The beach service with two sets of chair and umbrella were already set for us every morning before our arrival to the beach. The beddings and the towels are 5-star hotel quality. There were cleaning and laundry products. The condo amenities are gorgeous and very well taken care. We had a wonderful time there and will be back for sure!

Spacious, clean and wonderful condo - so close to the beach!

This was our first time to the Destin area and we could not have booked a better spot! This unit was more than we expected. Very spacious, very clean with a well appointed kitchen and even sand toys, boogie boards, beach chairs etc.( that was a bonus - we had brought out own, but didn't even use them) Both bedrooms with large with comfortable king size beds with awesome, soft bedding and a nice TV in each room. I loved that we could bring our 2 dogs on our vacation with us. Having the unit on the ground floor made easy access to take the dogs out and to start our very short walk to the beach. Miramar is such a beautiful beach - the water was clear and the sand so soft and just a quick drive into Destin if we wanted a bit more activity/action. In the evenings we enjoyed the hot-tubs and swimming in the heated pool. We will definitely come back to this area and this will be our chosen unit for our next vacation. Already looking at the calendar to figure out dates.

Fantastic, Clean, Updated

You rent a place, you rent a good place, then you rent a GREAT place, which is this one! The condo was clean when we got there. Not the gritty sandy beach clean that we have had in the past. A true clean. Floor, counters, showers, bath, bedrooms, all of it! It has been updated and has been done nicely. I can't think of a single disappointment. The mattresses were comfortable. I wasn't sleeping in an indentation for a week, nothing too firm or too soft, Perfect. The private beach is across the street and is gated. A 2 minute walk. No riff raff, no tent/canopy people to block your view. The beach attendants are great too. My only fuss with the beach was waiting in a line in the morning to get your chairs/umbrellas for the day. The beach attendants check you in, take you to some chairs and umbrellas and those are yours for the day. There were extras: 2 regular chairs to bring out to the beach, there were kids beach toys in the closet, and some grilling accessories. When we come back to Destin in a couple years, I'll definitely be booking here again.

This property was perfect! This ground floor condo was amazing! My son, who has not been walking very long, wanted to walk outside every morning. With our location we were able to walk out on the patio and go straight to the beach every morning for the sun rise. It was great to walk to the beach everyday, any time of day. The condo was perfect for everyone to have their own space. It was close enough to restaurants that we didn’t feel like we were constantly in the car. We would stay here again any time we want to go to the beach!

This was our favorite condo in Miramar!

Our family had a fantastic vacation in Miramar/Destin! We have stayed in Miramar 4 times and this was the best condo we have stayed in to date. Beautifully renovated unit with everything anyone would need for a beach vacation! Very convenient 1st floor location with short walk to beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas included was an added bonus! Owners were very helpful and responsive with any questions. We would definitely stay in this unit again! 5 stars! Thanks again!

Excellent getaway

This condo was clean, updated, fully stocked, conveniently close to the beach and activities, and the property managers were good at communicating quickly to questions or concerns. We actually ended up staying in the condo more than expected due to rain on our vacation, but luckily, there were board games, cards, and wi-fi to entertain us through the showers. I loved the maravilla complex, which had private beach access, pools, hot tub, grills, basketball, and tennis courts. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Getaway

I was so impressed with our stay at Rich’s place! The condo is up to date, the beds are comfortable, you have everything you need at your finger tips, and location to the beach is perfect! We loved that this condo was on ground level and steps away from the beach! I would highly recommend staying here and hope to come back another time!

We have been vacationing at Maravilla since 2001. The area is dear to hearts, as this is where we got engaged! We are sure you will fall in love with the area also. Maravilla is a wonderful family friendly and relaxing condominium community. This resort complex is unique in that there is a lot of green space for kids to play. With its nearby restaurants, shopping and beautiful white sand beaches this is a excellent location that is central to all of the Destin area!
