Great place to stay

Our boys are older now (20 and 17) and this was a perfect place to stay. We all enjoyed the beach, the boys enjoyed the hot tub, workout room, game room. Great resort in a great location !

Great Place

The Cocoa Beach Resort is a great place for family. Lots of things to do for children of all ages. The view and proximity to the beach is as good as any place on the coast.

Great place to stay with your family. It is clean, comfortable, and affordable.

There is plenty to do at the resort and in the surrounding area. This is our third time staying here and our first in an ocean front room. It was a perfect and beautiful view of the ocean. The owner of the condo was very accommodating.

Great location and views of the launches

We had the best week - some beach days and some pool days! We were able to see two launches - one from our balcony and the other we went down to the beach to watch! The staff was very polite and accommodating! The unit had everything we needed to cook our own meals as well. We would definitely go back!

Relaxing Beach Vacay

Our party of 4 had such a nice and relaxing time at this property! We had a commanding view of the ocean and enjoyed how close we were to the beach. The apartment was well equipped and provided everything needed in the kitchen. We spent hours at the beach and then would come play in the pool. Lots on the property to do for the kiddos. Strongly recommend this property for your next beach vacation!

Awesome place!

This is an awesome Resort! We all had a lot of fun. Tons of things to entertain kids of all ages. Robert M. Our Host was great to work with. I had a minor mishap after final payment. He called & fixed it immediately! Thank you Robert for allowing us to rent your condo!

Wonderful Amenities

We had a wonderful stay at the Resort on Cocoa Beach. The amenities are outstanding and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The beach is very accessible and wasn't crowded at all. We had a ocean front room and the views are incredible. The condo has all the comforts of home and having a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer was so convenient. The movie theater, pool, tennis and basketball courts made on site activities for the kids more enjoyable. There are daily activities which differ each day of the week and the movies are all recently released DVDs. The location is great and it allowed us to take day trips to local attractions, enjoy fishing & it is nearby grocery stores and local shopping.

Excellent, family friendly vacation

We had a wonderful time at Resort on Cocoa Beach. Suggest you arrive as early as possible to put your name down for location within the resort. We stayed in an Ocean View and could see the ocean if we stood at the patio rail, but could hear the waves most of the time. Room furnishings were a bit dated, but it was a clean, well equipped suite! COVID precautions being maintained. Excellent resort and amenities! Pool, tiki bar, beach access, chair/umbrella rental, pool towels, arcade room, basketball courts, and more! They even had grocery carts to help you transfer your groceries up to your room. We had an excellent time and I would go back again!

Lovely

Our stay was for a week and I was there with my 2 teenage daughters. We found the experience to be very nice. The resort is well maintained and has lots to do for everyone. It's location is great as well. Our ocean front condo was on the 3rd floor and the view was lovely and the sound of the ocean terrific. It is very friendly for travelers who fly in as all sheets, towels (including pool towels), etc are provided. You can even exchange your towels on a daily basis for clean ones and if you stay a week you get fresh sheets midweek. Chairs for the beach can easily be rented. All very well organized. Next trip to Cococa Beach we will stay here.

Show up EARLY and wait.

I guess the rooms are "first come, First Served" this is to say if you want "Ocean View" and pay extra (like we did for nothing) for it you better be there early as all room on the floors 4 and up go first. Our flight got in at 3:00 and we got there at 4:00 (the "not later than" time for check-in even though the room was not ready until 6:00) and the rooms that were left were on the 2nd floor. ZERO view of the ocean, but great view of the trash cans and palm trees between the ocean and the hotel. IMMENSELY disappointing, immensely. Also, this location sells "day passes" to anyone in the area, so expect to see many more visitors using facilities than actually stay on location. Not a great idea in my opinion during the busy season like spring break. . . Pool chairs are at a premium as are the beach rental chairs. This brilliant idea compounds that issue.

Hi Richard, Thanks for leaving a review although I am always disappointed when it is not a "5". As you stated getting there later than the 10 am pre-registration does limit the avail of rooms on a higher floor especially during the busiest times of the year. When I have had occasion to stay on the 2nd floor I enjoyed the old Florida fauna, birds, raccoons etc. The day passes are free to other owners and not sold to the public as you suggest. Rob

Family Friendly Condo

We had a wonderful time at the Resort at Cocoa Beach. We were pleasantly surprised by all the activities for the kids. We have 2 teenagers and they were never bored. They had activities everyday at the pool, the basketball courts were used everyday and even the movie theater. I would recommend calling the resort ahead of time to let them know of you arrival. The one thing I did not realize was you needed to be there by 8 am to put your request in for a room location. We were guaranteed an ocean view but did not know you had to be there to get the floor you wanted. Luckily the manager we talked to knew we were coming in late and noted our account. We were on the 3rd floor without an obstructed view. Thank you management. Also, linens could be swapped out mid week and they provided detergent and dish soap refills. The condo had plenty of room for a family of 4. I would highly recommend this location to a friend.

Wonderful Condo with Great Views

The condo we were given was beautiful with a great view from the balcony. It had all the basic necessities. We had a wonderful time at the resort. One caution: The units on the south side have very loud sound of the huge A/C units right next door for the Hilton. It completely drowns out any ocean sounds and annoying when on the balcony. Other than that it was wonderful.

Try to ensure guests have same experience I would expect. Been in this business since 2004 and has grow to properties in Cocoa Beach, Key West and Panama City Beach (all the top water destinations in Fl). Have added Gatlinburg, Tenn as another place we offer and visit regularly.
