Chateau by the Sea est recherché pour son emplacement idéal. Amazing stay!

There are so many great things to say about our stay... very responsive staff, clean and beachy feel, plenty of living space, 360 degree unobstructed views from rooftop deck, right on beach, nice pool not crowded, great May weather, lots of great seafood restaurants. We would stay here again!

Perfect beach getaway!

Perfect beach getaway! Gorgeous sunrises on the beach or view from their rooftop along with amazing views of rocket launches. So many options within walking distance: food, shops, etc. Exceptional cleanliness and we really appreciated the communication from our host with ideas of local things to do in the area.

Great vacation!

We had a wonderful time at the chateau by the sea condo! The condo was clean, convenient & well maintained! Beautiful bathrooms, comfortable beds. The pool was perfect and the beach access is unmatched in this area. Zareh was very communicative! Check in and check out was seamless. We had a great vacation and wonderful stay!

A Nice Place to Stay

Everything was satisfactory. Some improvements and repairs need addressing but we let the agent know and we were reassured these would be looked into and taken care of for the next guests.

Wonderful Weekend Stay!

Wonderful stay with my family of four! Great location with lots of restaurants and things to do close by. The property looked well taken care of and the pool and beach access were great! Very responsive and took care of any issues. Quiet area, which made for a very peaceful stay.

We had a family vacation of 11 members and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! Kelsey and her family were extremely accommodating; BEST customer service all around! Our condo was fully furnished, super clean, and had all the amenities you could ask for! We'll definitely stay here again when visiting Cocoa Beach!

Dirty condo with no rugs anywhere. Not even door mats. The beds were so uncomfortable. The description includes an unusable/dirty old fold out couch that is replaced with an air mattress.

Amazing communication

Great location and the condo had everything we needed. Communication with Zareh was above and beyond. He was responsive, kind and accommodating and proactively provided great info about the area including upcoming rocket launches.

Terrific Cocoa Beach

Loved our stay at Chateau by the Sea. Checkin was a breeze. Condo and grounds were very clean, spacious and very convenient to beach and shopping. Kitchen could have been somewhat better appointed (eg I never found a corkscrew; luckily I had bought cheap screwtop wine LOL) but no complaints! Management was super responsive. We want to return!

Relaxing Vacation

The condo was in a great location. You can walk to the pier and other nearby restaurants. The condo is right on the beach near lifeguards and the condo came with everything to make a great beach day. We actually got to experience three rocket launches. The roof top deck made it a great experience for sunrises, sunsets and rocket launches. The weather even through it was in the sixties the pool was heated and the sun was hot. Another plus was being able to look out at the ocean from your balcony and hear the surf. The vacation was very relaxing.

Great location

Nice place to stay, included everything we needed to go to the beach, other than sunscreen. Short walk to the beach, whenever I needed something the people on site helped me out. Couple things I can think of is the closet doors all would not stay in the track, because I’m sure they take a beating from all the traffic.The fan in the master bedroom had a bent blade so at low speed for sleeping, it made a knocking sound. Very clean, friendly staff, nice pool and grilling area. Bathrooms were nice, it was nice to have the kids in one and we had our own.

Yearly vacation

It was amazing . Place was clean and ready to go. Only thing i would change is no one left anything . All Other places have extra seasonings, supplies, chairs thing they bought and left behind. Ask families To leave things that can be reused such as The above. We left some stuff. Not sure if housekeeping takes it.

Amazing!! Clean/Responsive

This condo was squeaky clean. Amenities were nice that included beach chairs, coolers, beach towels and boogie boards. Laundry in the condo was a huge plus! Pool was great and warm for the kids. Great location next to the pier and shuffleboard and Jenga were fun as well. Zareh was SO helpful and responsive. Our AC wasn't working, and within 1 hour it was fixed. Zareh made sure our stay was going well, and checked in on us via email multiple times. I appreciated this very much!!!Check in/out process very easy and convenient. Amazing place

Best place I've been to with a very nice apartment. Here was all the kitchen equipment you could imagine. There was also a washing machine and dryer here, and when you wanted to do laundry, there was even detergent.The pool was absolutely wonderful, outside the pool area it was about 20 meters to the beach and the Atlantic ocean. When you wanted to sunbathe at the beach, there were sunbeds, beach umbrellas and bodyboards for surfing. Each apartment is equipped with this. Will definitely come back to this wonderful place again. It was the 3rd time we were here in the last 5 years. No more hotels when you come to Cocoa Beach. We look forward to returning to this wonderful place.

Cozy condo/responsive management

Clean, comfortable condo. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella provided, easy access to pool/ocean. Arrived and attempted laundry. Washer wouldn’t drain. Notified Zareh that evening, very responsive, very accommodating, next day washer was fixed. Hurricane Milton required me, not mandatory, to leave one day early for personal reasons. Zareh again, very kind, very responsive and generous. Reminds me of a mom and pop business, kind, understanding and professional as well. I will not hesitate to rent from Happy Place rentals again.

Already planning our return!

We absolutely loved our stay. The unit was clean, pool was gorgeous, and the roof top patio had great vistas of the Florida coast with Kennedy space station in the distance. A short walk to the Cocoa beach pier and close to lots of restaurants and entertainment. We are already planning our return.
