Spanish Main 68 appartient fièrement à «Stay In Cocoa Beach», le plus grand propriétaire de locations de vacances de luxe en bord de mer sur la Space Coast!

Entrez dans ce spacieux condo (1 500 pi²) et vous vous sentirez immédiatement détendu. La première chose que vous remarquerez est la vue fascinante sur le front de mer depuis le premier des deux grands balcons privés - idéal pour savourer une tasse de café le matin ou un verre de vin l'après-midi.

Décoré avec une ambiance de plage côtière, le condo a été entièrement rénové et comprend une grande cuisine à aire ouverte avec comptoirs en granit et de nouveaux appareils. Il est entièrement approvisionné afin que vous puissiez préparer des repas si vous le souhaitez.

La cuisine donne sur une salle à manger et un salon ouverts où vous pouvez vous asseoir pour dîner ou vous détendre sur les confortables canapés et regarder un spectacle ou un film sur la télévision 65 ".

Il y a 3 chambres très spacieuses. La chambre principale a un lit king en mousse à mémoire de forme, un balcon privé en bord de mer, une télévision à écran plat, une salle de bain avec douche et dressing. La première chambre a un lit Queen, une vue directe sur l’océan, une télévision à écran plat et un placard. La deuxième chambre d'amis est composée de deux lits jumeaux, d'une télévision à écran plat et d'un placard.

L'unité a deux salles de bains entièrement rénovées, une laveuse et une sécheuse et est entièrement approvisionné avec des draps et des serviettes.

Le bâtiment principal espagnol est idéalement situé à quelques pas du centre-ville de Cocoa Beach, à proximité des boutiques, des restaurants et, bien sûr, directement sur la plage. Il y a une grande piscine chauffée (visible depuis la salle à manger et la cuisine) et vous êtes très proche des tonnes d'attractions de la région.

A True Oasis

This property is one of our favorites at Spanish Main. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable and the ocean view from both balconies was beautiful. Our family of six adults had a great time!

Perfect Location

This condo was the perfect location for rest and relaxation. The condo was outfitted with everything one would need to stay for a week.There are three generously sized bedrooms..We only used two of them. The bedrooms we used were both oceanfront. One of the had a balcony

We were very happy with the condo and its fabulous view of Cocoa Beach. the condo was clean, inviting and the host and staff were very attentive and responsive to our questions and needs. Would stay again!

Remodeled Condo, Beds, Facilities on site need work

The first bedroom had horrible twin mattresses. My elderly mother wanted a room to herself and she made due. The condo itself has been heavily remodeled. Most of it was great, but we did have some water pressure issues while showering. We learned the unit above us had a water leak while there so that could have been why. They did provide lots of extra supplies and backpack style beach chairs. Those were nice. One of the days we were there we had 3 backpack chairs, a cooler , totes, beach gear, umbrella and the elevator on site BROKE. We stayed in the 3rd floor so that was hard. I am middle aged, my mother is elderly , so it fell onto me and my teen kid to haul our stuff up. The electrical plug ins in each bed room need service. We had some issues there too. A few extension cords were not working or there just weren't enough updated outlets. I didn't realize how old the condo was when I booked it. But it did offer a very private beach access so that almost redeemed it. For the money I payed to stay just under a week, it should have been a golden starred stay. Next year we plan to book a newer condo up the road.

Family Spring Break Vacation

The beach was beautiful & clean! The location was convenient & a nice restaurant is right outside the complex. The condo was just like the picture, highly recommend!! An hours drive to Universal Studios too!

Our condo was exceptionally clean and recently remodeled. Plenty of room for 5 people. Great view of the ocean from the balconies. And Taylor from Stay at Cocoa Beach was wonderful to work with. A great vacation stay!

Coco Beach Experience

Condo was as advertised and was a great place to stay. Very clean excellent ocean view, the grounds were in great shape and pool area very accommodating. Would highly recommend this property and even consider a return visit.

A January break

This is lovely 3 bedroom condo that was clean, well stocked and with comfortable beds. The condo's two balconies have breathtaking ocean views. The whole complex was well kept, quiet and with easy direct beach access. We would return again and highly recommend.

Beautiful condo and beautiful view

Property was beautiful. I love Spanish Main. The condo was extremely clean. Condo had all you needed for the stay. Only issue are the beds. King and queen both have dips in them. So uncomfortable. Overall would stay here again.

Beautiful condo with gorgeous view

The condo was beautifully decorated, clean and stocked as described. It’s on the third floor of a building with an elevator which was handy, and had gorgeous direct ocean views from two balconies and large windows. Three large bedrooms with large closets and two bathrooms. Beds were extremely comfortable, extra blankets and plenty of towels for beach and showering were available. Extra nice to have our own washer and dryer as well. All in all it was a perfect place to stay and Jaclyn was wonderful to work with during the reservation process and throughout our stay. Prayers for everyone staying behind during the approaching Hurricane Dorian, and I hope this beautiful place receives minimal damage.

Rain Didn’t Stop Us

From the beginning Taylor communicated me several times asking if I had any questions prior to our visit. And he provided his cell number when we were there if we needed anything. Fortunately we didn’t need anything and had zero problems. We had a great stay and enjoyed the ocean view from our two balconies and enjoyed the pool too. We don’t have one negative to state. September was a great month to visit due to very little traffic and no waiting at restaurants. The interior was just like the pictures. And it had many beach supplies.

Beautiful condo with everything you’ll need on a gorgeous beach

We had a wonderful week in Cocoa Beach. This condo is in a great location directly on the beach. The views from the two balconies, as well as from an additional bedroom are beautiful. We were surprised at how large the condo is. The condo was very clean and has been remodeled. There is a very clean, well kept pool at the center of the complex. Everything we needed was there. Along with all kitchen/cooking needs, they also supplied plenty of blankets, linens, laundry soap, beach needs (beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc). Jaclyn, at the rental office, was in communication with us throughout the week to ensure we had everything we needed. She was a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely try to get back here soon.

Sand and Waves!

68 Spanish Main Condominium is located in a part of Cocoa Beach that is far enough away from the public beach entrances, that you do not have very many people on the beach. This is a bonus! Between VRBO and Google Maps, we search for our vacation destination every year to find a place that is close, but still far away from the crowds. The area is relatively quiet. It appears as if a few families own the majority of the condominiums, so there is better control over renters. The condo is clean, there are enough towels for an entire wrestling team, plenty of dishes (even a couple of grapefruit spoons), like Mr. Green (Monkees) there is a TV in every room, and we added a plastic iced tea jug. The beach closet has four chairs, three boogie boards, a skim board, a sand toys. There is an umbrella, but we always bring our own canopy. You must use the tea pot; the boiling of water creates the same sound as the first Wednesday of the month weather alert alarm. I was told the management (Jaclyn) owns approximately one hundred units in Florida, so keeping rentals clean and modernized is a never ending process, yet she was able to answer questions within a reasonable amount of time. The condominium is oceanfront and on the third floor with two balconies. We visited with three of our five children (one is in the Navy and one a police officer who got married three weeks ago - so neither could vacation with us). In their place was my wife’s mother, who after twenty-eight years of asking her, agreed to go with us on vacation. The condominium met our needs and expectations. I do not know if we will ever return to Cocoa Beach, however if we return we would stay at 68 Spanish Main.

Felt like home

First and foremost, communication was amazing. We had to switch our original stay dates b/c of COVID and Jaclyn was very flexible making the new dates work. We had a couple of minor issues upon arrival (not enough beach towels, elevator not working) that she took care of immediately. We took advantage of the recommended paddleboard rental company and were so glad we did. The condo is clean, updated and comfortable. The kitchen had all the basics needed for cooking. There was laundry detergent there, so we could do laundry. The beach gear was awesome, 4 chairs/3 boogie boards/skim board/lots of sand toys/beach towels. Our family of 6, kids ages 21/16/13/10 fit comfortably. The kids were excited to find cozy/fuzzy blankets in the closets and they immediately each claimed for the duration of our stay. Beach is a short walk from the condo and not crowded at all. There was a shower and hose to wash off equipment, plus tar removal spray b/c the kelp on the beach made a mess if you stepped on it. Condo complex was very well taken care of. Pool was beautifully maintained and refreshing after a long day on the beach. Plenty of loungers for everyone. Couple of FYI's, Master suite doesn't have great A/C and windows could not be opened due to disrepair. Master bed has a VERY soft mattress. Queen bed is a very firm mattress. Twins are average. I sound like Goldilocks, LOL. We loved that the Master suite was down a hallway, away from the main living area and other bedrooms. Felt like our personal retreat, especially with the large sliders onto the balcony. We are loved that the condo is not 'close' to the Cocoa Beach pier, we prefer the quieter side of the town. Also a new restaurant opened across from the condo 4th St Grill, that was phenomenal! A must try, plus ABC Liquor is across the street, very handy. Dollar General (also across the street) has basic groceries.

Best family vacation spot ever

The property was exactly as listed. Very impressed with the layout condition and cleanliness but the view was the absolute best. 3rd floor corner with a perfect view of the beach/ocean and heated pool. Large bedrooms, two balconies and stocked kitchen that had allot of appliances and cookware. My family had plenty of space for alone time as well as common areas to gather for meals and games and television. We spent allot of time at the beach with chairs and towels and even a cooler provided. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores close by for everything you need. Biggest surprise was that we saw a rocket take off from Cape Canaveral and dolphins swimming around almost every morning while we enjoyed coffee on the balcony. Would def recommend and plan to return again.

Super Fun

Easy access to activities and easy to get around. Uber was fast and simple in Cocoa Beach. Will check with this company when i reserve my next spot for sure.
