Profitez de l'histoire de cette charmante ferme à poteaux et poutres, véranda couverte sur Dinsmore Brook récemment restaurée et mise à jour. La Pumpkin Hallow House est un passe-temps, construit en 1855. Cuisine du chef, grande salle sociale avec table de billard, jeu de fléchettes, salle de jeux, PUB privé, bain à remous, 3 grands téléviseurs HD intelligents, salon, 3e étage, espace de détente avec air hocky et ping-pong. Lits confortables, draps frais, nouveau matelas en mousse à mémoire, grande cour privée, jardins fleuris, ruisseau privé. Excellent emplacement situé au centre de toutes les attractions, à 1 mile des restaurants primés, North Conway Village, à 10 minutes à pied de la vue panoramique / de la crème glacée, à moins de 10 minutes de la plupart des attractions, Story Lang, Dianas Bath, 1st Bridge, Attitash, Cranmore, Wildcat, Black MT tous à proximité. Randonnée à proximité en haut de l'ouragan MT rd. Pour certains week-ends / jours fériés de pointe, je peux exiger 2 à 3 nuits minimum. Constant threats of fining and excessive check-out procedures

Very nice house and location, but the hosts were constantly sending messages threatening fines and last-minute fees. The expectation to do all the laundry in addition to 300 of host cleaning fees was excessive. The house was great, but the repeated messaging about restrictions or threats of fines diminished our enjoyment

Outstanding rental

Highly recommended. Wonderful, sprawling big old house. Lots of room to spread out. Bedrooms far away from the family fun areas. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need. Lots of towels for bathrooms and hot tub. Great communication with host with quick responses. Since it is an old house, stairs for 2nd and 3rd floors are a little steep. But large bedroom on first floor if stairs are an issue.

Family Memories

This house was pleasingly fully stocked! From spices to shampoo/conditioners, soap to coffee pods, cleaning agents to dishwasher pods. They even supplied wood for our fire pit! There were some issues-no air conditioning on the top floor-which was taken care of (thank you-made for happy teens!). We noticed a couple complaints from a few years ago that were still an issue-leaking shower and VERY hard pocket door in downstairs bathroom. All in all it was a delightful area and clean! We enjoyed the little stream in the backyard as we had a couple hot days and the cold water was refreshing!! Recommend Diana’s Baths (go early) and Saco River tubing! Don’t forget Cathedral Ledge!!

Amazing house

We loved our stay at the Pumpkin House. Perfect for families! Plenty of space and laid out perfect. There are two living rooms which was great and the pool table and hot tub were a hit. We definitely will be back, hopefully next year if it’s available.

A community

I celebrated my 30th birthday at the Pumpkin Hallow Inn this past weekend with 12 of my friends. The entire house is spacious yet brings everyone together. The entertainment room with the hot tub, pool table, and indoor fireplace was ideal for keeping us all entertained and in the same space while doing our own thing. Waking up in the morning we looked out the kitchen windows at the beautiful babbling brook right outside. No more than three minutes away there were plenty of shops to explore in Conway and Echo Lake State Park that had stunning views of the White Mountain, and a nice trail to walk around. Would absolutely stay there again!

Perfect for family gathering!

Pumpkin Hollow is an older home, well maintained, clean and spacious. We were 3 families, 6 adults and 4 children. First floor bedroom with king bed, 3 piece bathroom across hall was perfect for grandparents and the upstairs bedroom setup was perfect for our children and grandchildren. One of the upstairs king bedrooms has an attached bath and an adjoining children’s bedroom.There is another queen bedroom with bath and a bedroom next door. The kitchen is updated and there are 2 dining spaces. The pool room and game room were an added bonus of fun! The cold water mountain brook in the backyard was fun to wade in and the yard was huge for children to run and play! We will return in the future!

A great stay in NH

We very much enjoyed the Pumpkin Hollow House. It was as described and we were impressed at all the amenities provided. We particularly liked the size of the house. 11 of us could find plenty of separate spaces to talk, play games, play music without all being on top of each other. The back yard and brook are very nice.

Family escape

A great formatted property for large party entertainment and accommodations. Close to the downtown, down the street from a scenic stop, and minutes away from Cranmore. Thank you again and excited to rebook!

Perfect home for large group!

The Pumpkin House was exactly as advertised, so much space for the group to spread out and enjoy different activities and vibes. The bar room was perfect for night time cocktails and darts and we absolutely loved the family room. All beds were very comfortable and clean. Fully stocked kitchen, couldn’t ask for more!

Great family gathering house

Big house had plenty of room for our family of 9 including 2 kids. We appreciated the game room space off to the side so some could stay up later and not disturb others. We had a lot of fun playing yard games in the backyard.

We liked the place, but it needed to be cleaned more. There was mice droppings in a draw near the stove. Other than that, place was great for a large family.

Exactly what we wanted exactly as listed

Place was just what we were looking for. Had a large family of 10 adults and six children and wanted to place we all had enough for them to be together but not be on top of each other. Plenty of sleeping space and plenty of family rooms rooms and other areas that allowed us all to spread out and not be on top of each other. Location was fantastic. 10 minutes from Conway and 10 minutes from Jackson. The backyard and the fire pit and the private stream we’re all wonderful. The beds were also very comfortable. Before the trip we were a little apprehensive about stuffing that many people into a single place but when we left everybody said how wonderful the week went and how well laid out the house was. It was a great week. Note:they are pretty strict with advance notice of noise ordinance here but never an issue for us as we were never loud outside of normal just backyard fun during the day and it was just the adults having some drinks by the fire at night. Never any issues.

Wonderful But some Tips for Elderly

It is beautiful. Perfect Location. Lovely plantings. Rustic old farm house. BUT if there is an elderly person in your party - I am 76 - the hot tub is not available to you. It is nearly waist high at the outside and there are no stairs. I had to go out and buy a step stool. I took the downstairs bedroom (no bureau) and used the downstairs bathroom. The sliding door has to be lifted and moved and it is like fighting with something heavy that is off the track. VERY frustrating. If you want to play air hockey, you have to bring your own puck. There is a nice iron, but no ironing board. The host did not answer me until late afternoon on our last day, so not helpfully responsive. Nevertheless, there is plenty for all to do (we had 12 in our party) and we all like rustic so enjoyed the "charm". Be aware if you have more than 12 in your party, you will be charged for an extra person since there is "extra clean up."

Wonderful pumpkin inn

This beautiful rustic old inn was perfect for large family ski trip. There was so much to do in the house it was easy to keep every age busy. if you have an elderly or disabled member I would not recommend it because most of the bedrooms are on the second floor and the stairs are steep as most old homes are. The location was fantastic and the bay window in the kitchen had an amazing view of a gorgeous bubbling brook with mini waterfalls. I would highly recommend and plan to stay again next year. The hot tub in the game room was a super bonus.

Great location

This house was prefect for the size of our party. It was very clean and a really easy check in/ check out process. The property has some visible wear and could use a little updating where that is concerned, but nothing to deter me from staying there again if we travel to New Hampshire in the future. We did have a slight problem while we were there but the property manager Scott got it resolved in a very timely manner and we were very appreciative. Overall a very pleasant stay.
