North Conway's most LUXURIOUS retreat, nestled on the bends of the Saco River, hosts gorgeous mountain & scenic field views. This DESIGNER OASIS features 3600 sq ft, 2 kitchens, 4 king beds with 2 en suites, a custom bunk room and multiple living & dining areas.

Summertime calls for gobbling down s’mores by the fire pit after a fun-filled day of kayaking & tubing the Saco’s bends.

When winter’s arrived, melt your worries away in the hot tub while gazing at Mount Chocorua. Then cozy up inside by the fire with your well-deserved hot cocoa after a thrilling day of skiing.

MAIN LEVEL

The CUSTOM KITCHEN is well stocked with modern appliances, upscale finishes and all the essentials. The large island is ideal when entertaining & preparing meals. The SPACIOUS LIVING & DINNING area hosts a beautiful gas fireplace & 65 inch TV concealed in a decorative mirror cabinet. The dining area accommodates 8 plus 4 seats at the kitchen island. There are games, books and ready entertainment for the whole family. The SUNROOM office provides a peaceful place to work, read a book or have intimate conversations with visuals of the mountains and field.

MASTER BEDROOM #1’s river & mountain views can be enjoyed from the king size bed draped in luxurious linens. When weather permits, guests sleeping here can also view Mount Washington. There’s a closet & plenty of dresser drawers for guests to store belongings. The en suite is well-stocked with essential toiletries & towels while the HEATED FLOORS ensure maximum relaxation & coziness.

Ogle the mountains & scenic field from the comforts of your luxurious king bed when staying in MASTER BEDROOM #2. There’s plenty of storage for guests’ belongings, and you’ll find all the essential toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, body wash & towels in the en suite with heated floors to keep toes warm. BEDROOM #3’s luxurious king bed, ample storage and tasteful decor also create the perfect relaxing oasis for guests on retreat.

Radiant floor heating soothes guests using the FULL BATHROOM in the main level’s hallway. Necessary toiletries & towels are supplied along with a hairdryer located under the vanity. Also located in the hall, washer & dryer can be found behind the barn doors to offer additional convenience for guests while planning their trip.

BASEMENT LEVEL

It’s almost like there’s another house in the basement. The LIVING & DINING space is perfect for hosting larger groups while the spacious kitchen is stocked with barware, fridge, sink and microwave to prevent needless running up & down to the main level’s kitchen. Ample seating make this space great for hosting game nights or watching movies together on the 60 inch TV. The FULL BATHROOM hosts tasteful decor, heated floors and all necessary toiletries & towels.

BEDROOM #4 offers a king size bed with luxurious linens, stylish decor and storage for guests. The BUNK ROOM is any kid’s dream, but big kids are also welcome. There are 3 twins and 1 full bed in the custom bunk room. Books, game, and bedside USB ports are also available in this sleepover haven.

OUTDOOR

The backyard is semi enclosed with a split rail fence. The stone patio’s dining area is perfect for hosting outdoor meals prepared on the grill. The HOT TUB is only a few steps from the back door, while the fire pit is adjacent to the path leading to the home’s PRIVATE BEACH on the Saco River.

Enjoy KAYAKING & TUBING the bend from the home’s private beach to the shared beach. Vehicles are not permitted on the field or path leading to the shared beach, but it’s only a 5-10 min walk back to the house. Guests may also kayak/float past the shared beach to Davis Park located at the first covered bridge. It takes about 1 to 1.5 hours to float to the bridge depending on water levels. Davis Park is 1 mile from the house & it takes about 30 mins to walk back, but guest may use their vehicle to pick up from Davis Park if they’d like.

Other things to note
The home’s occupancy of 13 is strictly enforced. Hosting unapproved guests may result in being asked to leave the property.

Pets are allowed with prior notice & a fee of $150
