Under the Gondola Guest Suites est situé juste sous la télécabine de Ski Trail Lane. Notre escalier arrière chauffé vous mène de la maison à traverser la rue et à faire du ski / randonnée / vélo à la base de la montagne. Ski / randonnée / vélo est tout aussi simple. Nous sommes amis des chiens et des enfants. (désolé, pas de chats) CECI EST UNE MAISON NON-FUMEUR avec Internet sans fil partout. Il y a une buanderie sur place pour nos clients. Notre suite Sleeping Giant est confortable et offre une vue magnifique sur la gondole flottante et Sleeping Giant. La table à manger peut accueillir 4 personnes, avec un coin cuisine avec cafetière, réfrigérateur et lave-vaisselle, mais pas de four / cuisinière. Il y a un grand barbecue à gaz à l'extérieur sur le balcon couvert, qui a un brûleur de cuisinière, pour des options de cuisson supplémentaires. Des casseroles et des ustensiles de gril sont fournis. Le salon a une télévision à écran plat et une cheminée murale. Avec un lit queen dans la chambre et un canapé-lit queen dans le salon, c'est une excellente option pour une famille de 3 ou 4 personnes.
Nous vivons dans la partie principale de la maison, offrant 4 suites privées pour la location à la nuit / semaine. (Il n'y a pas d'espace de vie partagé.) Un cadre idéal pour un voyage multi-famille, voyageant ensemble mais ayant chacun une suite privée et une salle de bain. Nous acceptons les animaux de compagnie sur le bateau à vapeur. c et extrêmement accueillant pour les chiens. Il y a une cour clôturée commune entourant nos suites. À l'heure actuelle, l'aéroport HDN, United de Steamboat / Hayden propose un service sans escale vers Houston et Denver. L’hiver apporte de nombreux autres vols sans escale, y compris le nouveau service Jet Blue au départ de Boston, Fort. Lauderdale et Long Beach, Californie!
Descendez les escaliers de derrière et de l’autre côté de la rue pour skier sur un sentier aménagé menant à la base. Il s'agit d'un tarif de 200 $ par nuit avec un forfait de 30 $ par animal, plus les taxes.

Everything about this place is clean, easy and perfect for skiing at Steamboat…plus it’s dog friendly :)). I’d stay here again!!

Great Spot, Pet Friendly

Great host on site who was friendly and communicative. Dog bowls for food and water were laid out and dog waste bags were provided. 5 minute walk across the street to the slopes. The unit we stayed in was up two flights of stairs that were snow and ice free.

Super across the board — dog friendly with a great fenced yard, very clean and well appointed, and the host was super sweet. The location is in the heart of the ski mountain. The bed was amazingly comfortable. Overall, an excellent stay

The best!

Second year staying at this location and once again loved it all so much. Our dogs had a blast playing in the snow, Robin is so great, parking easy and no stress, ski in/ski out to Steamboat Gondola! Our kids leave early on their own and are tired from skiing all day/night. We haven’t had to get back in our car (the real vacation!) We have been spoiled with fresh snow. We can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful stay

We loved our time here. The space was lovely and had all we needed. Great location too! Walking distance to the base of the ski slope where there are lots of restaurants. Our hosts were very communicative and accommodating. Our dog enjoyed his stay as well. Hope to be back!

Excellent ski vacation

The location is excellent with easy access to the ski slopes and the base area. Our suite was comfortable and very clean. Robin, the owner, is kind and welcoming and had thought of everything we would need, right down to water and food bowls for our dog. We had a wonderful time and hope to come back again.

Great Stay

Had a great stay at Under the Gondola. Place was exactly as described and pictured. I have a 4 and 8 year old and the place was big enough for the four of us and all our ski gear. For skiing it is a short walk across the street and a parking lot and down a little hill to the ski access point. For experienced adults it is easy to cat track in and out to the main run, which leads down to both gondolas and the Christie. For the littles we had to walk out a bit on the trail to get down to start the day, maybe 5-10 mins, but getting back we could ski to the parking lot. Grill worked great for making breakfast on the side burner. Place is very clean. We walked the trail a couple of times down to the main ski village for dinner. Communication and the hosts were great. Overall a really great stay and we will be back.

Fabulous ski in ski out room!

We stayed in the Sleeping Giant unit and loved waking up to the gondolas spinning! It’s a 2 minute walk to the groomed run and the accommodations were clean, comfortable, and charming. Robin was a terrific host and was very helpful throughout our stay. Will absolutely be returning!

High standard of workmanship in the unit and the entire building. Use of different natural stone was very well done. Our host Robin was so helpful and went above and beyond to help and make us feel welcome.

Perfect Dog friendly place to stay in Steamboat

We just returned from a long Labor Day weekend vacation where we stayed at Robin’s beautiful property in the Emerald Suite. Robin was very communicative around check in and stopped in to say hi and provide us with cozy blankets one evening while we were enjoying the outdoor fireplace. The place is well acquainted with all the necessities, has an enclosed yard for the dogs, and the property is in a central location, very close to the resort and only a short drive from town. Definitely a great place to stay in Steamboat and we highly recommend!

Conveniently Located and Simply Elegant

I have stayed at Under The Gondola twice and I will definitely return. I stayed in Sleeping Giant. It is a simple one bedroom with a pull out couch if needed. The unit is very clean and well furnished. Everything you need. There is a nice balcony with a grill. The location is fantastic. You can walk to the Ski Village and you can drive to town 5-10 minutes away. Robin is a fantastic host who makes sure you are satisfied and have everything you need. She is very responsive and kind. The whole experience was simply elegant. I will be back.

Wanted to Move In Permanently!

Everything was great about my experience here except please install a lock on the gate from the driveway. As there’s no AC in the facility, it was 78-80 degrees inside at times, so I wanted to leave both sliding doors open, but then I didn’t feel safe —because anyone could have gained entry to my living quarters while I was sleeping as there was no lock on the bottom gate. Also, less importantly, the yard was shared with another family’s two dogs and our dogs didn’t always get along. The other family kept closing my dog into our balcony, against my wishes, as if only they were allowed access to the yard, though the yard is a large reason I paid to stay here. This was frustrating! Lastly, why was there a towel in the gap of my door leading into the main house? I picked it up only to find it reapplied later. Weird.

Great stay

Our family had a great time here. Very comfy and the location was perfect with quick access to the slopes. Awesome that they allow pets. Hosts were very responsive (although did not need much :)). Only suggestion would be black out curtains in the living area for our kids who were sleeping on the pull out couch. Definitely will come back and highly recommend. Thanks Robin!
