Bienvenue sur Dreamboat de Steamboat! Notre condo de 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain situé au Phoenix at Steamboat a tout ce dont vous avez besoin et plus encore pour votre escapade de ski!

Vous allez adorer notre emplacement privilégié, juste en face de la base de la montagne. Vous pouvez marcher jusqu’à la télécabine ou choisir la navette de ski gratuite en hiver. (Une navette gratuite sur appel vers le centre-ville est également disponible en hiver).

Notre établissement a récemment été modernisé avec une nouvelle cuisine entièrement équipée, un mobilier de salon confortable et moderne et une toute nouvelle télévision de 55 pouces avec câble, incluant les chaînes HBO et Netflix / Roku.

Vous trouverez des lits confortables et une télévision à écran plat dans les deux chambres. Le Maître a un lit KING avec un matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme Serta IComfort et une salle de bain complète attenante. La deuxième chambre a une reine et tout nouveau lit jumeau. Pour un espace de couchage supplémentaire, le canapé du salon est doté d'un lit queen-size.

La deuxième salle de bain complète avec baignoire / douche est située dans le couloir entre les chambres et le salon.

Certains des autres équipements que vous ne trouverez pas ailleurs, en particulier à ce prix .... un garage privé pour une voiture, plus une place de parking couverte supplémentaire à l'extérieur de l'unité.

Vous aurez libre accès au magnifique pavillon Phoenix avec piscine chauffée, bains à remous, sauna, salle de sport et table de billard. Si vous êtes en visite en été, nous sommes l’un des rares condos à Steamboat Springs avec climatisation dans toutes les chambres, belle terrasse extérieure et barbecue au gaz. Vous allez adorer cet endroit avec un accès facile à tout ce dont vous avez besoin - restaurants, boutiques, bars, épiceries, le tout dans un bloc ou deux. Cette propriété est gérée directement par les propriétaires, nous pouvons donc réduire les coûts pour nos clients en évitant des frais de gestion de location coûteux.

Repeat stay!

We enjoyed everything about this place for the second year in a row! The owners are so responsive and the unit is perfect. We enjoyed the hot tub and it’s nice we can let our kids go outside and play right off the patio. Close to many things and worked perfect for us!

Great Condo!

Our family of four really enjoyed staying at this condo. The condo is nicely decorated and includes many nice touches (e.g., laundry soap, coffee & filters, shampoo/conditioner, hand lotion, humidifiers, etc.). Also, the beds were very comfortable. Will definitely try and stay here again!

We were impressed with how well supplied the kitchen was for cooking and how wonderful the unit was in general. The pictures don't do it justice! The bed was comfortable, water pressure was good, having a grill was great, and the patio opens onto a grassy area which was lovely!

Perfect place for skiing.

Our family of 4 loves to ski and we love steamboat. This condo was perfect for all of our needs. We walked to the mountain in the mornings to ski and walked home in the afternoon. We walked to dinner several times and took the free shuttle downtown once. Great place!

quiet, clean and great location

This was a perfect location for a family with a 2 year old. The unit was laid out well. The kitchen was well stocked. It was nice to have a grassy, contained area for the tike. The outside sitting area was private and comfortable. The base area, coffee shop and restaurants were in walking distance. The unit was as advertised. We would definitely stay here again.

Great owners

The location is very easy to walk about 100yds to the slopes. The kitchen is well-stocked. The owners are very kind and responsive to any concerns. Easy walk to Gondola base, Christy's is just down the street as is the Wild Plum grocery and liquor/wine store. Kitchen is the most updated area in the condo, and the bathrooms. We really enjoyed our stay.

Convenient and Comfortable

The condo is well-located within easy walking distance to the gondola. There is also a shuttle that runs regularly and picks up literally at the front door. The condo is comfortable, well-appointed and well-stocked. We appreciated that toiletries and other basics were provided so we didn't have to buy them for a short stay.

My brother who lives in Steamboat got married in July and we stayed here to enjoy the long wedding weekend. It’s a great location- close to the base of the mountain. Condo was the perfect size for our family of 5 and we had zero issues while we were there. Although Amy’s communication was so great, I knew that if we had any issues she would have responded quickly! We usually come in winter and stay with my parents in their condo, but if that doesn’t work out we definitely know where we are booking!!!

Fantastic location for a family ski trip!

We loved the location and the owners were very helpful and so very nice. We unfortunately couldn't stay in the unit our whole trip because of a water leak from upstairs. The owners went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. We would not hesitate to stay here again next year. Very comfortable beds, nice kitchen with everything you might need. Its a short walk to the base of the gondola. The shuttle service around town was a huge added bonus. Our kids loved the outdoor pool and the hot tubs were great.

Wonderful quick trip to Steamboat!

We had a great stay! I definitely would rent the condo again! Everything is exactly as described. Extremely close walking distance to the gondola and many restaurants. We were presently surprised that my husbands dualy truck fit under the covered parking with plenty of room to spare. The heated garage was so convenient to get dressed in before we headed out to ski. The property was very quiet and we got great sleep. The owners are incredibly responsive and would absolutely recommend them and this unit!

Nice cozy condo

We had young kids and we all were able to easily walk to the gondola every day we skiied. On our non skiing days we also enjoyed going to the old town hot springs, which also has a really nice free climbing wall included in the admission fee, going to the saddle back ranch tubing hill..super fun, and taking a snowmobile tour up at rabbit ears pass. We loved the beds and gas fireplace in the condo. We have been skiing all over colorado, but steamboat is one of the best when everything is taken into account. We had a great trip!

The Phoenix- great location for soccer tournament weekend!

Overall great place and owners. Loved having designated garage space (thankfully my 4Runner fit) because there was rarely any other parking available. Unfortunately the people above us had a lot of people and partied until 2am, 2 of the 3 nights we were there. Wish pool didn’t close at 8am. Had everything we needed. However, I would suggest an electric griddle for future guests- for those pancakes and french toast breakfasts. 😊

Pride in Ownership

We enjoyed skiing and snowboarding at Steamboat the walk to the gondola was close, even in ski boats. The condo was very clean and had everything you needed to make your stay enjoyable. We used the shuttle service to go into town and was super easy. We also rode the local bus one day which is free. The condo sleeping accommodations were very comfortable even the pull out couch. The kids utilized the spa and billiards table. The condo is updated and has nice touches with shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer, lotions, and indoors washer and dryer. The parking can be a bit of a challenge if you don’t fit into the garage if it’s crowded but that is why we used the shuttle and local bus. This is by far one of the best VRBO we have rented. Thanks for making our vacation rental feel like home.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We are living our dream of owning a place in Steamboat Springs. We've looked at or stayed in many condos in Steamboat over the years and when we saw this place it was love at first sight! The bedrooms are large enough to fit a King bed in the Master, and a Queen and Twin over Twin bunkbed in the 2nd bedroom. We know this setup is hard to find in Steamboat, but we're happy to provide a variety of sleeping options for our guests. The private one-car garage is an added bonus and we have air-conditioning in all rooms and a private patio and shared yard. The pool, hot tubs and workout facility are wonderful and the close location to the Gondola makes this super convenient and provides easy access to shopping, restaurants and more. All of this is why we're calling this property our Steamboat Dreamboat! We absolutely love our condo and hope you will too!
