Ceci est un magnifique condo dans un immeuble de haute qualité: d'immenses fenêtres avec de superbes vues, planchers de bois
comptoirs en granit et appareils en acier inoxydable, foyer au gaz, une terrasse fantastique face à la rivière Yampa et
Howelsen Hill et un garage privé chauffé.
Il est joliment meublé avec des canapés et des chaises en cuir confortables et des lits de qualité. L'art unique est
affiché partout. Il y a un jet confortable et un oreiller pour tout le monde, et beaucoup d'endroits pour se blottir avec un
livre. Ou jouez à l'un des nombreux jeux proposés.
La suite principale contient un lit king-size, la deuxième suite contient un lit superposé double et il y a un
canapé-lit queen-size confortable dans le salon.
L'emplacement est imbattable. Profitez de tout ce que Downtown Steamboat a à offrir. C'est une promenade facile vers le
magasins et restaurants. Promenez-vous en bas pour profiter d'une journée au spa, ou arrêtez-vous au magasin de sport et louez votre
équipement pour la journée. Marcher un demi-pâté de maisons pour prendre le bus gratuit pour le domaine skiable de Steamboat. Envie de croix
ski de fond aujourd'hui, ou faire quelques descentes rapides? Il suffit de traverser la rivière sur le piéton à proximité

Great condo
This is a great condo with an outstanding location. We loved being in town and so close to the river. Being a few blocks from the main part of town gives you peace and quiet but only minutes from whatever you might want. The place is awesome!

Lovely Condo
My husband and two teens, along with our 2 golden-doodles stayed here over an April weekend. The layout is perfect for a family. It is very clean, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and linens. We enjoyed the deck, which overlooks the river!

Beautiful Condo in Downtown Steamboat!
What a great location! We've now stayed there twice for hockey trips and great location in downtown Steamboat. Walking distance to good restaurants and bars and very close to hockey rink as well which is super convenient. Will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this condo for any Steamboat vacation!

Great stay in Steamboat!
We did a quick weekend in Steamboat prior to school starting there was a great free music concert and an art fair as well as a very large farmers market. The place was great very central to everything close to parks, trails and great food! We brought our dog and she enjoyed it as well!

Great stay
Very clear instructions and super clean space. It’s very peaceful and has nice amenities which feel like things you would actually buy for yourself instead of just random stuff for a rental.
The location is prime and the host was very helpful. I would recommend this listing and would stay again.

We’ve stayed at this complex before and loved it. Beautiful condo, the location is perfect for a walk downtown but also quiet so it’s not noisy. Easy parking and friendly neighbors. Great communication with Kelly. Will stay again!

Favorite condo in Steamboat
This was our second (maybe third?) stay in this condo, and it’s still our favorite. We love the location in town, parking, view of the Yampa and Howelson Hill in the back, and convenient bus stop to the mountain a block away. The set up is great for a family, and you’ll have everything you need for a great trip!

Very clean and accommodating location close walking distance to all restaurants and shops downtown. Easy to access ski slopes with a short, straightforward drive. Lovely to hear the river in the backdrop and beautiful unobstructed views of the hills behind the building. Host was absolutely phenomenal with helpful, responsive answers whenever needed. A gem!

Fantastic stay
Fantastic condo in a quiet part of old town. Walkable to everything including great restaurants, shopping, the library, Little Toots park and Howelson Hill. 1 block off main and free bus. Plenty of room and nice deck overlooking the Yampa river. Great communication and well stocked condo. Will definitely return!

Great Downtown Steamboat Spot
This is such a great condo in downtown Steamboat. The location is terrific, with the bus stop to the mountain at the corner, stores and restaurants along Lincoln and Yampa in easy walking distance, and the Yampa River out the back patio. The condo itself is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need, the washer/dryer appear pretty new, and the beds are comfy. Looking forward to our next visit!

Beautiful Condo and Area
We could not have been happier with the area and the condo. It is within walking distance of many nice restaurants and shops. There is a free shuttle that comes every 15 mins or so, one block from the condo. Super easy to use. Also, the best book shop and coffee shop one block over - Off The Beaten Path. We hope to be back, soon.

I was born and raised in Southern California and attended college at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. I followed my husband to Colorado for a job in 2007 and fell in love with the Rocky Mountains. My first trip to Little Pony was in 2015 as a traveler. I was on a month long camping trip with my 2 kids and my Bernese Mountain Dog. I decided I needed a break from the tent and wanted a place to wash up and recharge while in Steamboat. I fell in love with Little Pony, the Yampa River, Steamboat Springs, Laundry, Fuzziwig's, Old Town Hot Springs and Howelsen Hill. On checkout, I asked the wonderful host to let me know if she would ever consider selling it. I got the call four years later in 2019 and didn't hesitate. I am so grateful and blessed and proud to be the owner of Little Pony now.
I am an avid skier, but at the time I bought Little Pony, I had never skied in Steamboat Springs, nor been there in the winter. I have since fixed that and now fully appreciate and understand the draw of Steamboat's famous champagne powder.
I have also tried just about every restaurant in downtown and on Mt Werner. I continue to strive to try them all - it is a wonderfully enjoyable pursuit.
My new favorite things to do in Steamboat are attending concerts at the Strings Music Festival, visiting the friendly, state of the art library next door to Little Pony, and horseback riding on Howelsen Hill.
It is my dream to live full time at Little Pony. Until then, I love sharing the magic of my special place with travelers.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
I love being downtown and walking distance from everything, but also having amazing access and views of the Yampa River and the ski resort with the free city bus. It's so easy - I rarely drive my car at all. I also love the proximity to the library, which has great collections and programs. It's a wonderful place to spend a few hours.

Colorado has many wonderful mountain towns, but many of those that have great skiing also have a distinct resort/tourist feel to them. Steamboat is unique in that there is a strong community, good schools and a real people living and working here. I like that it was a thriving town long before it was a ski resort. There is such a great vibe in Steamboat - seems like the happiest place on earth. Everyone appreciates their good fortune in being there. There is a saying in Steamboat that people come for the winter, but stay for the summers.
