Récemment et entièrement rénové (2015) 3 BR, 2 BA maison 1/2 bloc de la plage sur le golfe du Mexique. Everyting est nouveau dans cette unité fantastique ... lits, meubles, appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, comptoirs en granit, éviers et accessoires, éclairage et ventilateurs, et même une table de billard récemment rénovée pour votre plaisir en famille! Deux points d'accès rendent cette maison sûre et sécurisée. Marchez jusqu'à des restaurants, une épicerie, des locations de motomarines, des magasins, Gravity Park, des chartes de pêche et plus encore. Regardez les feux d'artifice du vendredi soir dans le confort de votre entrée. Vous pouvez également jouer à des jeux de ramassage de basket-ball en utilisant le nouveau but de basket-ball réglementaire dans l'allée.

Maison entièrement chargée avec serviettes et service de restauration pour 12 personnes. Nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable ... réfrigérateur, cuisinière, four, micro-ondes, cafetière et four grille-pain. Nouvelle cuisine surdimensionnée avec bar de petit déjeuner en granit ... beaucoup de place pour tous les cuisiniers de votre famille! Couchage de luxe sur lit King Pillow Top en Master (qui a sa propre salle de bain en suite). Le Maître a son propre balcon pour se détendre le soir. Chacune des deux autres chambres possède 2 lits queen-size de luxe et partage une salle de bains Jack-n-Jill récemment rénovée. Chaque chambre est dotée d'une télévision connectée à écran plat de 23 pouces qui vous permet d'utiliser vos propres comptes NetFlix ou Hulu, ou tout simplement de regarder la DirecTV fournie. Cette unité a sa propre buanderie séparée avec nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse. L'immense salon a un nouveau canapé sectionnel qui peut être utilisé pour dormir confortablement deux invités, tandis qu'ils regardent la Smart TV à écran plat de 60 "avec une console xBox attachée. Apportez vos propres jeux et contrôleurs, ou utilisez votre propre compte NetFlix, Hulu pour votre plaisir.

Amazing location in the middle of EVERYTHING! The new patio is Adorable and Spacious with loungers and patio games...the only suggestion would be a hot tub :) The owner was very prompt with any questions through email and very generous to let us check in 3 hours early!!

Nice and Comfy

The home was pretty nice and comfortable. It had enough beds for every one and the pool table was a great addition! The back deck is also really nice and relaxing. They also have beach toys for the kids if you don’t have your own. Having the wash room was also a great addition! Great kitchen space. The best part is the beach is a 2 minute walk away! Now the showers are pretty small and some of the kitchen pans need replacing but literally everything else was perfect!

Very clean, would rent again

Very clean, loved the beach access close to house. Did not like the steep stairs, one room very warm but the rest of the house very comfortable. Bathrooms do not lock. But overall would definitely recommend it.

Great Rental

The flat is spacious and clean. As someone else mentioned, none of the interior doors locked (bedroom/bathroom), but this was not an issue as our group just knocked before entering any closed door. All of the appliances worked and there are plenty of pots, pans, and utensils to cook meals and save a bit on dining out. The coffee maker is capable of 'K-cups' or you can put fresh ground in an adapter pod. The location is central, just a 5 minute walk to the beach or restaurants and Gravity Park. We all enjoyed the pool table a lot as well - big hit with the teens when we came back to cool off and recharge from the beach or an outing. All in all, we had a great time here and would definitely recommend.

Very impressed!

We were so impressed with the condo! It was so spacious, plenty of room for everyone and all of their stuff. The pool table was a big hit with everyone and the backyard deck was a nice touch! The cherry on top was that you could see the firework show from the backyard and the front yard without having to travel. Hands-down, the best part. The only downfall and complaint that people had that were with us, was that the Jack and Jill shower was incredibly cramped if you weren’t a small teenager. But overall, we were so satisfied with all of the space, accommodations, and the condo in general! We will definitely book again. Owner was super helpful and fast to respond. Thanks for a little slice of heaven !

Not what I expected

We had to share parking with another family, it is not a single family dwelling. I missed my boat for viewing dolphins because the other family left children alone and no one to move their car from behind mine. I had already paid :( The shared shower leaked all over the fuzzy carpet everytime someone showered. That was really gross. You get out of the shower and flash the neighbors in the other shower, the window is too low, I'm five ft three. There were sugar ants. I didn't know I would have to use stairs. The A/C automatically starts getting hotter during the night. The washer held plenty but then the dryer could only dry three towels at a time. One shelf in the fridge is broken and drops the items in it. Kitchen pans too small for 12 people. Had to but utensils and dish soap, trash bags, hand soap, etc... Scary street. Paper thin walls, loud neighborhood, no pool. The closeness to the beach is nice but for all those problems the price was too high. The little things to make you comfortable weren't there.

Spacious property but a few issues

Overall, as mentioned in other reviews, the property was beautiful, spacious, and in a great location to the beach and other shops! The rooms were big and the pool table was a big hit with the family! The patio was a nice addition as well but we didn’t use it during our particular trip. In regards to the issues, there were a few that really hindered the enjoyment of the vacation. The master bedroom main light did not work so we had to resort to using a small lamp in the room or the vanity light. The refrigerator was set to max coolness and yet it took about 24 hours for food and drinks to actually be cool. The light in the half bath did not work and would require you to flip the switch numerous times just to get it to turn on. The washer and dryer provided in the unit was a nice touch but the washer did not complete the spin cycle so once the washer said it was done, the clothes were still soaking wet and we had to wring them out. The dryer did not work as we tried to dry the same load 3 times and ended up taking wet clothes back home. As requested per check out requirements, we attempted to take out all trash but we were only provided one trash bag for each bathroom and the main kitchen trash can. The same occurred with toilet paper, there was only two extra rolls in the entire house. We had 6 adults and 4 kids for a 4 day 3 night stay so had to go out of pocket to buy additional trash bags and toilet paper. In regards to the patio, I was informed the day of check in that there were 2 new propane grills that we could utilize, so we bought a propane tank to only find out neither grill worked. We assumed it was the tank as the grills were advertised as new but tested the tank back home and it works. Also, the external shower to rinse off did not work. Lastly, as mentioned by numerous reviews, the AC is a problem at the house with only 1 of the double Queen rooms being cold and the other rooms being significantly hot. We checked all the vents and they were open but the air flow was still lacking. We ended up buying a box fan for that room to help achieve some comfort. If you do plan to rent during the hottest part of the summer, I would suggest not cooking inside as it just made the house even hotter. With the following experience, it was a good price for the middle of July! If you need a close spot to the beach and you enjoy playing pool stay here. But if you want working amenities, I would suggest paying a bit more and looking elsewhere.

First, I regret that you did not enjoy your stay. As for the complaints, most I did not hear about until after the stay, making it impossible for me to react. I have a great record of responding to issues, if informed about them. I will address a few things. As for the refrigerator, if you take an empty refrigerator and fill it with warm/hot items from a road trip, it will take any refrigerator that long to get everything cold. Perhaps next time, place some of the drinks in the freezer for about an hour so you will have cold drinks faster. As for the temperature, it is important to keep the doors and windows closed, If you have people going in and out, please ensure that the door is promptly closed. On SPI, with open windows and doors, the humidity comes into the house. For any AC unit to work, it has to pull down the humidity first, then it can cool the dryer air. I did spot check the temperature when she called me about this, and the temp showed 73 degrees heading to 70. As for the washer, I have never experienced it not finishing, nor have I had a guest mention that before. I know the plug for that is on a side wall, and perhaps it got unplugged during use. The dryer is a commercial grade dryer, but even those will not dry clothes if the lint filter is full. Please check this if it is not sufficiently drying. As for trash bags and toilet paper, we try to supply a reasonable amount, but we have no idea what each group's usage rate will be...and we have found that if guests are given access to our supplies of these, unfortunately, they all disappear. We will be addressing some of the other issues, lights, etc this coming weekend, when we visit our house. Again, I would like to say I regret that my home was not enjoyed, but we try very hard to make each stay as pleasurable as possible, as almost all reviews reflect.

It was a great house with minimal to no problems. Property manager was excellent at communicating and making it a smooth process. For first time SPI visitors we learned alot and look forward to visiting again !

Best location on the island!

We were celebrstung our famiversary of 15 years blended and growing! This was a perfect home for us huge open floor plan where no matter where you were I. Thw commons you were not left out! This superhost hD everything we needed, including g an out door shower and an amazing deck for another Oace to congregate.. it's definitely worth a rebooking.

Fabulous

When we got to the property, it was clean. We found that the beach entrance is half a block away. The grocery store is roughly four blocks and the shopping stores are all within walking distance. If you like dairy queen, that is just down the road and we were there almost every night. Bedrooms were good size and everyone had their own beds...total Of 9 of us stayed. We can't wait to do it again next year. I would highly recommend this to any family that is looking for a family vaca close to the beach.

South Padre Island stay

Nice property very centrally located to all activities on the island. None of the bathroom doors lock which is extremely odd and due to kids we kept the doors shut all the time so they didn't crawl into the bathroom so we had a couple times people walked in on each other. Few lights burned out when we arrived. Ceiling fans very loud while trying to sleep. But a very nice property and place to stay.

SPI Summer family getaway!

My family and I had a great time staying here. The duplex was clean and much bigger and brighter than we expected and the pool table was a plus. The online pictures do not do it justice. Great location, and within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and the beach! We were able to step right outside to the driveway and watch the fireworks! I read a few negative reviews about the AC and the rooms being warm and was a little worried, however, the thermostat was set at 70 and we all were very comfortable especially at night when we slept. I would stay here again!
