Grande escapade moitié de bloc de Carlsbad Beach et à quelques minutes à pied des commerces Carlsbad Village, restaurants et brasserie / cave. AccÚs facile aux autoroutes nord, sud et est. Couchages l'unité de ce propriétaire légÚrement utilisé 6, est magnifiquement décoré et a votre propre 1000 sq ft vue sur la mer terrasse avec foyer, barbecue et bar tiki. Cette unité du deuxiÚme étage est situé dans un immeuble de 4 unité bien entretenu et a buanderie, garage simple et un parking offstreet. L'unité a récemment installé la climatisation de prendre la sueur de ces jours d'été chauds et humides. Cette propriété est située à un demi pùté de maisons de l'Tamarack Beach Resort. Un séjour de 4 nuits minimum est nécessaire pour réduire le chiffre d'affaires de l'unité.

Perfect Getaway!

The location and property was perfect for my family's needs. The home was clean, had all the amenities that I needed especially when having young children, and you could not ask for a better location with a view! When returning to Carlsbad I will stay here again without question.

Perfect Spot in Carlsbad

I loved staying at this place. The location is perfect—steps from the beach as well as numerous coffee shops and restaurants. Dennis’ place was immaculate and extremely well supplied. I would definitely recommend it and would love to stay there again sometime.

We spent a week here and wished it was longer. So many great features. Spent lots of time on the spacious deck. Very clean inside and fully stocked. Seriously - anything you need is here. The beach chairs and umbrella made our day on the sand perfect. Communication with the host was excellent. The location is amazing! We walked to almost everything. We’ll book again first chance we get.

Carlsbad beach trip

This house was great, the owner thought of everything. We have stayed at many places in CA and this was the best overall place we have found. We love the beach, surfing, and just watching the ocean and we were close to all.

Wonderful place to stay!

Fantastic location for easy and close beach access, and walkable to Carlsbad Village. Patio deck provides a great view of the beach and plenty of seating options. Love that it’s in a quiet neighborhood as well. Beds were comfy, lots of towels for beach and in house use. Had beach chairs, umbrellas and a wagon. Well stocked kitchen too! Will be first option if we return to Carlsbad!

Fantastic place for vacation

Dennis's apartment was perfect for our family vacation. We spent a lot of time on the huge deck watching sunsets and grilling. The property is in a great location close to restaurants, a fantastic beach right across the road and much needed air-conditioning that kept us cool during the recent heatwave. We would love to come back one day.

Christmas Visit

Visited our son over the Christmas holiday. The property was in a great location across from the beach and was a clean and well stocked home. Kitchen was very good for cooking and the deck was fantastic.

Fabulous!!!!

Thank you Dennis for an amazing place to stay and for being such a great host! My husband and I stayed a week and enjoyed sitting on the deck looking at the ocean and people watching. The house is so nice and clean and comfortable! I could live there😁 I loved it so much and can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful again!

We have stayed at this property now a handful of times and have never been disappointed. Dennis is a wonderful host. The property is clean and has all of the necessary amenities that we look for in a vacation. The outside deck is a huge bonus for this property. We eat breakfast there and dinner there and read and stare at the ocean and have a wonderful relaxing experience.

We loved our week at this unit. It's clean, perfect location, and the huge deck is amazing! My family and I had an amazing vacation and we can't wait for our next one! We love the Carlsbad area. Perfect 2 bedroom by the ocean

This is as a very cute and clean condo, with everything you need. Dennis the host is very helpful if you have any questions. The neighborhood is very safe and pleasant. It is only a couple minutes to the ocean. People are walking and enjoying the weather constantly. Carlsbad the town was quaint and cute with delightful residents. We hope to stay here again.

Wonderful experience in Carlsbad

The property was just as advertised. Walking distance to beach and town. It was very clean and all the equipment from kitchen appliances, utensils, linens were of top quality. Host was very easy to reach and responded to our questions speedily. We stayed for 2 months and were supplied with paper products, cleaning supplies and coffee for the entire time. We would highly recommend this property and will hope to stay there again should we return to the San Diego area. The weather was a little cooler than we had hoped for January and February.

We’ve been here before. Dennis has kept the place well and has wonderful touches. The new floors were fantastic. The patio and view are amazing. We love that we can cook and relax and walk to everything we need in the village. Thank you, Dennis, for this wonderful week.

Great setup and location

This property is exceptional for its location and the massive 2nd story deck with ocean view! I spent every morning reading and having coffee and breakfast out on the deck while taking in the breeze and ocean view. At night, there is a great fire pit to hang out with a glass of wine. The unit is well stocked and the host is very attentive. The bedrooms could use some updating, particularly the mattresses and carpeting, but other than that the place is great.
