This single family, 2100 square foot, home is located on the wide intra-coastal waterway on the beautiful island of Indian Rocks Beach with a private dock. The home has a pool, fenced in yard and outstanding views. You can relax and play in the pool, go boating, fishing, stroll to the wide sandy beach, only 2 blocks away, or enjoy the abundance of attractions available just a short hop away. The large living room has six sliding glass doors, which open out onto the pool deck with incredible views of the waterway. The master bedroom has two sliding glass doors that open up to the pool and
waterway. The kitchen/dining area is well equipped with everything you will need, and a view of the pool and water when in the kitchen, there is a washer and dryer in the garage.
Check in is 4 pm and check out is 9 am.
For monthly rates, please send an inquiry for available discounts.
There is a fee of $35 per day to have the pool heated.
Cleaning fee $250.00
$50.00 Pet Fee per pet. Minimum of 2 pets, cats need to be declawed. May approve additional pet depending on the pet, type.
All rent is due at the time of booking

Elaine's home met all our needs, home had more than enough room where the 6 of us had plenty of space if wanted, enjoyed seeing dolphins off the dock one morning. Local stores and restaurants easy to get to and fun.

Wonderful waterfront home with open floor plan and walking distance to beach

Beautiful home..on the intercoastal waterway and close to the beach. With the pool and jacuzzi and a dock for our boat, we couldn’t have asked for more. The owner was gracious and accommodating... best family reunion ever!

Great location and house!

The location is great--on a quiet fingerling of the intercoastal and within an easy walk to the gulf beach. The house is well furnished with towels, bedding, dishes, and beach/water toys. The house is roomy--worked well for 4 adults and two children. The pool is a definite plus! Elaine's quick responses to any questions before and during our stay were appreciated!

We loved our stay in this lovely peaceful home.

From the moment we walked in it was perfect. Everything we needed was there. The location was perfect for us and our friends. This home is a walking distance to the restaurant and a beautiful beach where we had our wedding ceremony. Elaine - the owner was very helpful with our reception after wedding - THANK YOU ! Pet welcomed with food/water bowls was a plus. Over all great stay and I would stay again.

Great stay

We enjoyed our recent vacation to Indian Rocks Beach. The house location is perfect. Family members were able to fish and paddle board off the back dock. We even spotted manatee! The pool was nice to cool off. The house was spacious and well stocked. Short walk or min drive to the beach. My daughter loved the playground at the end of the street. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We are already looking forward to our stay again! Elaine was great to work with and communicates easily.

We had a great time. The house is very clean and orderly. The kitchen had all of the essentials. Tons of bath and beach towels! This house is even equipped with a washer and dryer. In addition, she had beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, pool toys, etc. available for use. The master bed mattress is extremely comfortable as well! This house is close to the beach (a few minute walk down the road) and a playground is nearly across the street. Elaine is great. She is only a phone call away if you need her!

A review

Our stay was adequate. The home is large with lots of area to sit and chill. The backyard is a very nice area to sit on the deck and watch the dolphins in the waterway. The pool is a very nice size and depth. The house is in a great location and is very easy to find and travel around the area. Lots of parking 3+ vehicles!!! I cant give the hot tub a review because it was mostly not working during our stay. The owners were on site working on the deck, pool, and hot tub over the course of our stay which wasn't ideal but James was very nice and helpful while he was there. Overall, we were happy with the rental.

Comfortable and Homey says it all!

First off, the pictures do not do this house justice with the size! Large rooms, big kitchen that 5 of us could work in and not be in each other’s way, 2 dining areas, and 2 living or den areas. House was very clean, plenty of towels, beach towels, blankets, kitchen towels, pillows, etc. Kitchen is well stocked. Pool and dock were icing on the cake! Loved sitting in the swing on the dock! Neighborhood is great with park and work out area down the street, the Nature Park was cool to walk through, and a few block walk to the beach! What more could you ask for? And Elaine is fabulous to work with from beginning to end. Could not ask for more or better home to stay in!

Indian Rocks Misadventure

The property looks nice in the photos and the location was great BUT check in was delayed ( not cleaned until 6 pm ) and we wasted a full day. Trip hazards throughout the property and house. 2 toilets and the shower backed up at the same time. Yuck!! Also, water was coming up from the floor in the bedrooms (under the windows and nowhere near the bathrooms) flooding the bedrooms as well. The blame game was on by the owner. ( it was not our fault, but rather faulty, aging pipes and a broken garburator). Hot tub did not properly work, turning it on was an adventure and it continually leaked , we were filling it all the time. The pool was sketchy at best. Property manager was unrealistic and the property maintenance person was unqualified (and told us that!!) Putting lipstick on a pig would best describe this property. We left before our time was up and requested a refund.

I can assure you that all of this information is false. It was nothing more than a toilet that the tenant plugged and then wanted and claimed that their designer had bag was ruined and want monies. Wanted full refund. I am a super host for years. It is clear something is not right on their review of my home.

Great family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our first family vacation at Elaines property. The house was a good size for our 3 families (6 adults,3 kids) and the location was the perfect distance to walk to the beach even with small children (11,4,2yrs). Elaine was easy to get ahold of for check in, and even fulfilled our request of a wagon for the kids! Thanks again Elaine !

Great place for family (& Dogs!)

We loved the location- close to everything. Saw dolphins out front! Elaine was very kind & responsive. House was well stocked with everything we needed. Our dogs loved it & pouted when we started packing up. We have no complaints & would rent from Elaine again!

Beautiful relaxing FL waterfront home

We often say, the 2 marks for visiting anywhere, anyplace, are: 1) would you return, and 2) once there, do you desire to stay? In reverse order, this Elaine Wise home is so comfortable & relaxing in every way (location in quiet Indian Rocks Beach, on the water, comfort of furnishings, huge pool, many amenities just-like-home, ... etc) that our too few days (staying 7 days) were so relaxing, we did not want to ever leave - awesome and so relaxing ... to #1 above, yes we will return. In more than 20+ years of using VRBO/similar homes, and in staying in > 16 separate properties, this home is one of the most comfortable and relaxing. All communication with Elaine was prompt, friendly, and so very helpful (local attractions, tips, info, etc) - Elaine is great, and now, another new friend. We will return.

House is good for a big group

It was only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and only one garbage bag in the kitchen. We had to go buy more as we had a group of 9 for a weekend. The jacuzzi is not available for customers (I found it about this after paying for the house) and house is not updated. Besides those issues the house is spacious and in a great location. It has an air mattress, 3 double beds and two sofa-beds. The owner is friendly and the check in check out is very simple. It’s a couple blocks from the Ocean and located in a very peaceful water front area.

HI Gina Thank you for your review. It does say it is cold water Jacuzzi , As for toilet paper we left 3 in one bath room 2 in the main. When you called me on this we offered to bring more over you said not to. As for garbage bags there were extra under the sink. But I appreciate your comments. Thank you

What a great place for a getaway!

We had a large group of girls visiting the Clearwater area for a bachelorette weekend. The home was a perfect Basecamp and Elaine was amazing! She was so kind and easy to reach and the home's pool and open floorplan was great for the size of our group and for a relaxing weekend in Florida. Centrally located and easy to find! You can't go wrong with the location and there are a lot of things around. We had so much fun! Thanks Elaine!

This property is located on a very private street located on a beautiful waterway. This home will give you the feeling of true Caribbean living. The homes on this end of the street are in the millions. It is a safe area.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Very family and pet friendly! Great home for all family members. Large kitchen ,two dining rooms ,two living rooms. Fishing off the dock, boat ramp close to the home boats dock from the dock. Driveway can hold boat trailer. Just a great home , Walking distance to the beach. Beautiful sunsets!
