Le salon spacieux dispose d'un mobilier confortable et d'une grande télévision à écran plat 50 pouces, idéale pour une soirée cinéma. La salle à manger peut accueillir six personnes et la cuisine entièrement équipée a tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour préparer des repas et des collations à la maison. Parfait pour se divertir ou passer du temps avec la famille, ce condo a tout!

La suite principale dispose d'un lit king et un téléviseur HD 32 pouces. La deuxième chambre dispose d'un lit queen-size et d'une télévision haute définition 22 pouces. Awesome stay before cruise.

We have been to this property before and are already planning a return trip. Great property, secure, quiet and relaxing. Our unit had everything we needed and then some.

Great week

Overall a great experience! The place was quiet and managed well. Questions were answered promptly and issues handled right away! Needs some small maintenance issues dealt with but nothing that would keep us from staying again. The pool on Saturday was super fun! Check in and check out were a breeze! The tiny grocery cart in the hallway was very helpful! Some suggestions to make the stay even better would be, more trash bags for the kitchen. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms, and a wagon or luggage cart for one trip load and unload ease. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect stay

We loved this condo, it fit our family of 8 perfectly... the beds were comfortable and everything was clean when we arrived. They even left a welcome gift for when we arrived. The location is minutes from food, Walmart, downtown Orlando. The pool and amenities were wonderful, not overcrowded and everyone was very accommodating. We will be back in the future for sure.

Perfect Stay at Penthouse Pleasure

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rented this apartment in aug/sept '19 and we loved it. This is my second booking with Casiola and they never fail. Very professional and great service. I stayed during the Dorian hurricane period and they keep you informed. I appreciate that. They also personally checked if all loose items on the balcony were placed in the apartment as instructed. I had an issue with the AC and it was fixed within an hour. I was really surprised. Thank you! The apartment was as in the pictures. Comfy, clean, modern. I like the new designs. I hope they do this for all the apartments under their management. The building is near the convention center, has a great view of a lake and great for walking the dogs or running. Very relaxing. There is a Publix and a Walgreens nearby, walking distance. It is a 5 minute ride to Wonderworks and ICON park. Very near Universal Studio's , Seaworld and the malls. If you don't have a car you could use a taxi. But in Orlando I recommend to rent a car to explore all the places. Overall, great location, great apartment. We really enjoyed our stay. I will rent again.

Enjoyed our stay Condo was perfect

When we walked through the door we were immediately delighted. Everything was clean and so spacious. We felt right at home. The pool was very close and convienant. The beds were extremely comfortable. I will be back in the future. Thank you for a great experience and the Oreos :)

No Handicap Units

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in the same unit over the last 5 years, three times. This unit has a bathroom with bars on the walls in shower and by toilet. My husband is an amputee and must have a bench or shower chair, which is required by ADA laws. The first year we purchased shower chair and management reimbursed us. The next year, management had chair and brought it to the unit. This year the unit had been remodeled and shower chair was missing. When we called to ask about getting one, young lady on phone told us "We are not required to supply a chair for shower". We did go purchase a bench, or my husband would not have been able to take a shower for a week. We took our bench home with us on plane. Needless to say we will not be staying here again. Over all we were happy with unit, but thought that the handicap issue was handled wrong. ADA laws are there to protect people from being treated differently. We called the management office the day we arrived about the chair issue and they strung us along for 3 days, before they out right told us they didn't need to supply us with a shower chair. Just don't want anyone else who is handicap to run into the same problem. Because in a property so large, there is only this one unit labeled as handicap, and it's not.

Terrible Management Company

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was very unhappy with the Casiola Management Company. We booked a condo unit on Mon morning 9/13/18 for a Thurs 9/13/18 morning arrival as we were running from Hurricane Florence in NC. We were selective in the unit we chose as we had our children and dog with us and needed to be on the first floor unit. After an exhausting 14 hour drive because of traffic and road closures Casiola informed us the morning of our arrival that they had moved us to a 4th floor unit because of a maintenance issue. We looked at the other property and said that we were not satisfied with the quality and we did not want to be on the 4th floor with our children and dog. It was wrong of them to tell us on the day of our arrival. They said that was all they had left and that was our only option. I called several other places and everything was booked because of the hurricane. We had no other options. I then asked for compensation and they said all they could do was take 10% off. This was ridiculous but we literally had no other place to stay. On top of that VRBO charged me a $75 booking fee for the original condo!!!! A booking fee for the condo that we did not even stay in. I tried calling VRBO several times and was hung up on. My cc company has filed a complaint as well. I also noticed on the other reviews that someone had written a review on the condo we were supposed to stay in so I am wondering if there was even a maintenance at all and they were just moving people around to fill up the all the properties and take advantage of people trying to get away from the hurricane. My review of the Penthouse Pleasure condo specifically was that it was on the 4th floor (which we absolutely did not want) it had old uncomfortable beds,dirty sheets,and a very dark shower that poured water onto the floor every time you used it. I definitely will NEVER book through Casiola again!!!!

A Penthouse Pleasure

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We found our 4th floor Penthouse Pleasure to be spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was very convenient to the convention center in which we were attending an international conference. Shopping was equally handy and we found a great Diner just around the block (breakfast & lunch). The pool was lovely and although the nearby lake was not accessible to my fisherman husband, it was still lovely to look at. I appreciated the elevator, not only for unpacking & packing to go home but also for general convenience since I was in a walking boot for a broken foot. Our unit was handicapped equipped which was also greatly appreciated. There were a few minor maintenance issues that we are reporting to management but all quite fixable. One note, the television is a challenge! Finally, we accidentally left two items behind and the management has helped us retrieve those items, many thanks!

Reviewer Comments: Did not sleep well (mattresses was not comfortable at all) and the appliances needs to be updated (stove did not work and even after having maintenance fixed the issue it would only work on 350 degrees. The washer and dryer made horrible sounds during operation). Needless to say we lost money by buying groceries and oven not working properly. There was also some kind of ant all over the place.
