I had to ask the owner to send us our check-in information as we were driving down on the day of check-in. Pillows were wet in one room. Hair in the bed in one room. When we asked to have the sheets changed, we got a snippy response. Wasp nest on the deck that we asked to have removed and it wasn’t but the patio door was left open by the maid. Barely any hot water. Mold and mildew in the shower in the main bathroom. Dishes in the cupboards and drawers were often dirty. No network TV. Queen bedroom TV didn’t work. The main bathroom sinks were clogged. Showers felt like we were going to fall through them as there were no supports underneath apparently. Unit was advertised as “new“ but this certainly was not a new unit. When the maid came to swap out the hairy sheets, she made sure to display that these were new, which means she also did not wash them prior to putting them on the bed. Everything was super minimal and very cheap. Not asking for stuff like staying at the Ritz, but definitely asking for stuff to be clean more than anything and working. I stay at a lot of VRBO‘s and was very dissatisfied here.

Perfect for a quick weekend to the parks, close to everything! Beds were comfortable and the area was quiet, got to sip coffee on the patio and watch some football. Would stay again!

Love Vista Cay. Family with grandchild 10 months. Event at Convention Center and one day at Epcot. So convenient to Publix, major interstate, meeting center. Able to host dinner for 6, breakfasts, pool area wonderful. Great upgrades in this unit. Need to work on icemaker.

The condo is very nice. There are a few things that are broken that need to be fixed, the sink only sprays, it has a button to push to make it 1 stream but we couldn’t get it to work. The light switches in the primary bed room are broken. The only way to turn the fan on without the light is to stand on the bed and then pull the string for the light to turn it off. We stay at vista cay every year for Volleyball great complex. Would stay here again.

Great Place to Stay during AAU National Volleyball Championships

This condo was in the ideal spot to get to the convention center walking or by car. The communication with the owner was great. The condo was clean and everything readily available. The pool and bar/restaurant area on site was amazing!

Perfect location

Our 4th trip to Vista Cay! Top notch clean! Necessities provided! Convenient to all amusements, food, entertainment of all kinds. Grocery store within walking distance! Pools, hot tub, drink and food bar right across the street! Heated pool with plenty of seating. So relaxing! Highly recommend!

New but this unit was near a busy road!

The property was clean and comfortable, bedrooms were on the small size and closets were also very small. Bathrooms were a nice size, but no hooks on back of doors or extra towel bars, also no place to hang a hand towel. This particular condo was in the front of the complex and on a very busy road which was quite noisy. The vent in guest bathroom did not work, they came to fix it and said it needed a new one but never returned to install it. The kitchen had no teaspoons but otherwise it was well stocked. Overall it was a decent property, close the restaurants and parks, at a reasonable price.

The resort is safe, quiet, and filled with fun activities. The pools are amazing, and the lake walk offers a peaceful and relaxing experience. It’s also conveniently located near the Convention Center and all of Orlando's major attractions.

This is one of the few resorts in the International Drive area that offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full-sized kitchen, laundry facilities, and a spacious living room. It’s located across from the new Epic Universe park, providing ample space for families and plenty of fun activities. The resort features beautiful, resort-style pools and is a quiet, safe, gated community—the perfect place to relax and enjoy your stay.
