Condo de luxe pour 8 personnes. 2 001 pieds carrés 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain complètes
Luxe et bon goût sont la combinaison de ce magnifique condo, tous les meubles sont neufs et décorés de façon professionnelle - les ustensiles de cuisine, les draps et les serviettes sont des marques de qualité supérieure.
Chambres :: Magnifiquement et récemment meublée, cette maison à plan ouvert est conçue avec goût avec une chambre principale abritant un lit king-size de grands matelas

La deuxième chambre principale a également un nouveau lit king size, et la troisième chambre a 2 nouveaux lits doubles. Toutes les chambres ont de nouveaux téléviseurs HD à écran plat. Ce condo impressionnant peut accueillir un total de 8 personnes dans des lits et offre une véranda couverte orientée au nord.
Vivre, manger:
Le salon immense et relaxant est également tout nouveau. Il dispose d'une suite en cuir, d'un téléviseur HD à écran plat de 50 pouces, d'une Play Station 2 et d'un lecteur DVD et d'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite dans toutes les chambres.

Il y a une belle table et des chaises de salle à manger aménagées avec goût pour accueillir 8 plus 4 tabourets de bar au bar de la cuisine.

Cuisine:
Pas envie de sortir, pas de problème. Recevoir et cuisiner est un plaisir dans cette cuisine moderne entièrement et récemment meublée avec des comptoirs en granit. Avec la cuisine ouverte, le cuisinier ne manque aucune des conversations et peut partager du temps privé avec ses amis et sa famille.
Autres :: Les équipements du condo incluent: laveuse, sécheuse, serviettes, draps, cafetière, cuisine entièrement équipée et tous les ustensiles gastronomiques pour préparer un bon repas, fer et planche à repasser, sèche-cheveux et bien plus encore.

The condo was in great shape and in a great centralized location. Close to the conference center, parks and I drive with all the dining options. Plenty of space and a nice patio to enjoy as much of the outdoor weather as possible.

Great Property

Everything from the initial booking through the check out process ran smoothly. The property is nicely decorated and very clean. All beds were very comfortable and the management team was very responsive throughout. They had changed the locking mechanism the day of our check-in and our initial code did not work. We checked in around 10 pm and when we called someone was there in less than 5 minutes to help us. I would stay at this property again.

Clean, Quiet & Close to everything 10/10

Clean, quiet, and close to most things people want. Excellent property. I am glad I read the review and found out about the lake and walking path behind the building. It is a beautiful way to start the day. I would also recommend Moma’s cafe for your morning coffee and breakfast or light lunch. It is very walkable and in the same plaza as the Walgreens. The property itself was very spacious. It had all the amenities we needed/wanted. We enjoyed our stay a lot and will be back.

We had a great stay in the unit. Pillows are a bit harder than we like but doable. Bedrooms were spacious bathrooms were nice and decor was really cute relaxing and comfortable. Hall bath could use new doors under the sink. Doors are peeling. Only suggestion is maybe get the vent covers cleaned. They were extremely filthy. Not good for those with allergies like myself and son.

We came for a little sun & relaxation & our experience was everything i had hoped it would be! Our condo was immaculate & we had everything we needed within walking distance. We chose a condo versus a hotel so that we could have access to a full kitchen. It saved us a ton of money on dining bills. We used the extra money to do more fun activities. We enjoyed shopping at Disney Springs and the outlet malls, walking through Icon Park, sitting on our balcony reading books, lounging at the pool, playing video games, taking moonlight strolls & even spent a day at Cocoa Beach! We had planned on going to Universal Studios but just didn’t feel like dealing with the crowds. We had an amazing time anyway! We love it here so much, we hope to make this an annual trip!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was clean, large and otherwise as-described, so no complaints there, though mildly irritated that we were only given 1 roll of toilet paper for a 4-night stay. The poor review comes from being locked out of our condo twice, once late at night and once after the car was loaded for our departure. Each lock-out lasted about 45 minutes, with 4 kids ages 2-10! The code was accidently changed on our door the day before we checked out by management. When we alerted management, they got us in and said they would send the new code. The new code was never sent. Our final departure was delayed by 45 minutes (from 9am to 9:45am). During that time, we called all the numbers provided many, many times, but got no answer. By a stroke up luck, a gentleman who helps maintain the unit walked by while my husband was trying codes and let us in. Later that day, management made many excuses for not answering phone and did not attempt to make amends for our ruined day. Very disappointed.

booking for says so We provide starter toiletries as a courtesy to all our units for the first day including • 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom • 1 extra roll of toilet paper per bathroom on drawer under sink • 1 Liquid Soap per bathroom • 1 mini bath bar soap per bathroom• 1 mini conditioning shampoo per bathroom• 1 mini hand lotion per bathroom• 1 garbage bag per bin• 1 kitchen paper roll • Dishwasher soap for the whole stay • Dish liquid soap for the whole stay • Couple of garbage bags. As for the door code issue We are very sorry that happened and we offered you an apology when we learned that happened,The code indeed stop working and it is not something that happens often it was a one time issue but the minute you called us we provided a new code immediately And you told me that the reason you didn’t call it in immediately was because your battery died and therefore you couldn’t call us immediately So the delay was caused due to not having a phone to call cause but the same moment you called We provided a code The system recorded the first time you entered the code that didn’t worked was 8.13 pm you called 8.23,I provided code and you entered the home at 8.24 pm so the delay including the no battery on your phone was 10 minutes not 45 and if it wasn’t for the no battery you would have waited no more than 5 minutes As. for the morning time where you said you were again locked outside The previous night when you called I offered if you want me to email the new code or if you want to write it down somewhere and you told me it was a only 4 digits code and not need to email it that you could easy memorize 4 digits and for my surprise the next day you called again Very mad because I didn’t email it and that you was locked outside and asked for money Back We suggested also the hospitality app that has emergency codes and maintenance number on site help and much more helpful things to have on site but you said you did'nt want to download it

All I can say is wow! Miranda’s Gem deluxe Fonda was a piece of heaven! My family of five stayed here this past weekend to celebrate my mother’s birthday. She was super excited and thrilled by the way the property was setup. It was quite and we all experienced an excellent mini vacation. Everything from All the amenities were available and her maintenance staff and office staff were so amazing. Definitely would stay here again. We can’t wait to stay here again. We all were very comfortable and pleased with her condo and services. Thank you for making this a weekend to remember

Very spacious, clean, and relaxing. The bedrooms and bathrooms were outstanding. Plenty of dishes and kitchen utensils to make cooking (or frozen cocktails) a breeze. Super close to the parks, but quiet enough to unwind afterwards. Great pool and bar area as well. Finally, Monica and team were always responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back!
