Unité au 1er étage avec vue imprenable sur le lac à cÎté du club-house, du gymnase et de la piscine

La définition absolue de la vie de condo de luxe, au bord du lac de luxe offre un espace magnifique pour votre escapade en Floride. Avec plus de 2000 pieds carrés d'espace et d'un mobilier élégant, ce condo vous fera détente en peu de temps. L'unité est située à l'extrémité du bùtiment juste à cÎté du club-house, salle de gym et une piscine pour un accÚs facile à tous les équipements de la station.

Il n'y a pas besoin de sortir et de dépenser de l'argent sur les repas, comme la belle cuisine a tout ce dont vous avez besoin, y compris les appareils en acier inoxydable et des comptoirs en granit. La cuisine ouvre sur la salle à manger, avec une table assez grande pour accueillir six, et la cuisine comprend également un bar de bon goût avec des siÚges rembourrés, parfait pour les matins rapide avant la plage ou pour se divertir.

La suite principale accueille un grand lit avec une télévision à écran plat de 37 pouces et salle de bain complÚte, y compris une baignoire de luxe pour tremper ainsi que d'une douche de plain-pied dans son intégralité et lavabos à la vanité. Une deuxiÚme chambre a également un lit king et sa propre télévision à écran plat de 32 pouces. La troisiÚme chambre est trÚs spacieuse avec deux grands lits et d'une télévision à écran plat de 22 pouces.

Great place to stay for our Vaca!! We were celebrating my son's birthday by visiting Universal and this was a perfect spot. Nice, clean, roomy, comfy,... Also appreciated the "starter" supplies in kitchen and bathrooms. Only thing we would have liked were some extra blankets. Some of us get a little cold at night and it would have been nice to have an extra blanket for the bed. Other than that, it was perfect. Thank you

Great spot for the family!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful Orlando condo! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the clean, modern, and spacious layout. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation—fully equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms, and a welcoming living area. The location was ideal, close to major attractions, restaurants, and shopping, yet the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The community amenities (pool, fitness center, etc.) were a fantastic bonus, and we enjoyed using them during our stay. The owner/management was responsive and helpful, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Orlando—highly recommend, and we’d definitely book again! 10/10 – A perfect home away from home!

Nice place

Nice, clean place in a good location. Very roomy for the entire family. The only issue is that the dryer didn't work during our stay but it wasn't a big deal. As long as that gets fixed, I would highly recommend this rental.

The couch is peeling and can be annoying if you want to watch TV in the Family room. The little skins would come off and get stuck to the clothes. OVERALL I would come and stay on this property again. We would enjoy coming for a few more days to take advantage of the amenities.

Crazy broken furniture

I don’t understand why they have not replaced couch carpet blinds toilet blender I could go on and on light bulbs .. it would be a great place if they would fix broken furniture and all the other things that they have had way to long to fix!!!!! If all that was done it would be 4.5 to 5 but as long as people give height stars and only comment they will not fix the broken things

Great property

We loved this rental! It was very clean, and the location near the pool was great. The view of the lake was beautiful. The only issue was the couch, needs to be replaced, it was shedding black pieces of fabric everywhere making a mess. We would definitely come back to this rental, my family had an amazing time!!

Great home away from home!

We loved our stay and thought the spot was great! The only small suggestion we have is to change the couch. The pieces flaking off the fabric got everywhere.

Great location, amenities, layout....but...

We really liked the location of the condo, and the layout of the unit itself was excellent. Good pots and pans, good silverware and plates, and the beds were pretty comfy. Overall we would stay in this place again...... As long as one thing is updated The couch was disgusting. we could not sit in the couch or lay on the couch because one, it was so uncomfortable, it was so old that as soon as he sat on it you literally hit the wood that the couch was made out of. and two, the couch was flaking off on her clothes and her skin and on my kids hair, it was really gross. If they get a new sectional couch we would definitely stay there again
