Ce condo a été entièrement rénové! Planchers de bois franc dans les zones principales, carrelage dans la cuisine et la salle de bain et moquette dans la chambre. Il a également Internet sans fil à l'intérieur du condo afin que vous puissiez rester en contact pendant vos vacances. Sous la contre-laveuse et la sécheuse. Détendez-vous côté sondage au Tiki Bar ou parachute ascensionnel ou jet ski. Propriété absolument magnifique, les photos ne lui rendent vraiment pas justice! Cette unité est située près de l'ascenseur, est située juste au-dessus de la piscine et offre une vue magnifique sur le littoral et des couchers de soleil incroyables. Vous devez voir celui-ci! Les propriétaires vivent localement et sont fiers de maintenir leur unité en parfait état. Un must pour les invités d'hiver

                   Le sommet! Que puis-je dire? Il a une histoire qui lui est propre.

Ce condo a été mis à jour et tout a été trié sur le volet par le propriétaire. Il y a 1 chambre avec un lit King size et un ensemble de lits superposés dans le hall. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit queen-size pliant. La cuisine a tout ce dont vous avez besoin! Il y a même une toute nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse!

Quelqu'un pour une baignade? Il y a 2 piscines de taille olympique pour les grands enfants et une piscine pour enfants pour les plus petits. Il y a aussi un bar tiki au bord de la piscine et un snack-bar avec une cuisine absolument fabuleuse. Si vous avez envie de crème glacée ou de beignets, il y a aussi une boutique de crème glacée et de beignets au bord de la piscine. Permettez-moi de vous dire que si vous n'avez jamais eu de beignet Krispy Kreme, alors vous allez vous régaler (juste une note latérale - prenez-les pendant qu'ils sont chauds).

De cette unité du 7ème étage, vous adorerez la vue sur les belles plages de poudre blanche depuis le balcon privé et si vous vous trouvez avec quelqu'un de spécial, nous avons commandé un magnifique coucher de soleil juste pour deux. Alors venez nous rejoindre pour un bon moment ... Vous serez content de l'avoir fait. À bientôt!! SAMEDI AU SAMEDI seulement de mai à septembre.

Location was great right by everything. Plenty of room for 3 adults & 2 kids 6&10 . Right on the beach with 2 nice size pools. Only improvement could be the elevators all should work and be air conditioned. Only one was working with no a/c

My fiancé and I wanted to find the perfect beach get away at an affordable price and we found something better than what we were looking for! The pictures on this do the condo no justice... It was so clean and we loved our entire stay. Marv was so hospitable and welcoming! I definitely recommend!! We will definitely travel here again.

Great Place!

This was our first trip to PCB and we really lucked out finding Marvin's place. The unit is CLEAN!!! and looks exactly like pictures show - only they don't do it justice. It's even better than pictured. The Summit is perfectly located and this unit is in the perfect spot - not to high, not to low - great views from the balcony. We will definitely be back!

This was the nicest unit we have stayed at summit, I would encourage you to grab it if it is available. The owners are very easy to deal with and respectful. The unit has everything you will need and has been updated and was very clean and neat. Summit is a nice place with a fun atmosphere, with nice pools, beautiful beach and centrally located. PCB is a perfect place if you have never been, we love it and look forward to coming back each year.

Lovely part of the beach!

Checking in is a little crazy, and the elevators don’t all work. The pool closed at 7:30 pm due to a light issue which was a little disappointing. But overall we had a great stay! Also the dryer does not work we messaged about it but had to just air dry everything which was a little challenging but we made it work!

Anniversary trip

Room always great. Elevator issues are every year and suck!!! Pool down due to water main break one day which sucked! Didn’t like the new check in deal where instead of our pool bracelets and parking pass being in room we had to go to office and pay another 20 dollars to get them.

Nice Condo

Just wanted to thank Marv for renting us his condo during Spring Break. The condo was very nice, one of the nicest we have stayed in at the Summit. The arrangements were very easy. The owner is local. Called us the night we were supposed to arrive to see if everything was in order! Everything was great. I recommend staying here and If we come back, will check to see if available. The security was great, If you are not staying there, your not getting in. That was comforting to know during Spring Break because we had younger children. Elevators are a little slow though. But that was the only downside.

Nasty place and Broke down

It was not clean and we did not have hot water only luke warm. The doors would not shut with out picking up on them and shoving. The bathroom door did not lock it was broken. Vrbo said they was going to give me a discount for all this inconvenience but they lied.

Would never stay again

First off check in said 3pm so I was there a little before 3 and they told me check in wasn’t until 5. The room was so nasty when we got in there I had my nephew for one day he was crawling around on the floor while I unpacked and his legs and feet was completely black from filth. So I went to Walmart and got a swiffer and the wet pads it took 4 wet pads to clean the living room floors. The hardwood was bubbled up in places the toilet paper holder was missing off the wall the ceiling fan in was not working due to the blade was falling off. Holes was busted in the doors and the mattress in the bedroom is completely worn out and junk you roll to the middle of the bed. I stay at the summit every year for 8 to 12 days every year and this was by far the worst experience ever.. the kitchen was not organized at all everything was just thrown everywhere. I messaged the host and never got a response. Very disappointed with my stay for the money spent.

Very disappointing

First problem was elavators, there are 4- one was broke all week, the other three were always packed and we had to wait at least 15 minutes. Description stated beach chairs were included so we didn’t bring them well they weren’t so that was $40 a day. Kitchen barely had anything to cook out of. We pulled the sofa bed out to find there was no linens in the condo for it. Dryer didn’t work so I messaged the host about that and the linens. Host had it taken care of BUT someone from the Summit just came in our condo without us there and without of knowing they were there which was frustrating. The dishwasher didn’t work, ice maker in fridge is really slow. Place was dirty and there was grease on the cabinets in the kitchen. Bed was old and had body imprints in it. The pool kept closing at 8pm which was annoying because the bar was open but we couldn’t swim. Lights worked fine which was their excuse. Needless to say we would never stay there again.

Filthy, Moldy, Left Early

Horribly Disappointed!! This was suppose to be time to relax and recharge with my daughter. Within 4 hours inside the condo my 20 year old daughter's feet were black from the filth on the floors. She washed her hands in the bathroom sink and the water backed up and was there for almost 2 days. There was mold on the shower curtain. It was just nasty. I when down stairs and I was told to contact the host...I contacted the host 3 times. Twice on the day we checked in and once the next morning. I still, to this day, have not received a reply or communication from him. Second day, the office downstairs gave me a number for maintenance and within 45 minutes someone was working on the issues. We finally decided to just leave because we felt like everything in the condo was nasty. What was SO disappointing was the lack of communication by the Host and the lack of CONCERN we were shown!! I would NOT recommend renting from this Host! I would NOT recommend this condo.

Pros and cons

So to be perfectly transparent, we are not fans of staying in large condo buildings. We prefer smaller more secluded places. That being said this property is nice and the location to the water is great. The only reason we stayed here was because our original place got canceled 2 days before our trip. The unit was dirty. We had to wear our shoes or our feet turned black. There were not enough forks or spoons for 6 people. The washer leaked. The dryer got so hot after 20 minutes that there was steam billowing out of our clothes and the designs were melting off of the T-shirts. We were asked to sweep when leaving, which is totally fine, but there was no dust pan so we left a note next to the pile of dirt on the floor. The listing says it is 2 bathroom, but it is 1.5 bath. Nothing in the listing says that there is only 1 shower. The listing also says that it has been recently renovated, and I think that is definitely outdated. The sheet for the king bed would not stay on the bed no matter what we did and the bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were extremely flat. Positives: The kitchen sink is nice, there are a lot of utensils and cooking pans, the air keeps it very cool, the staff was very friendly, and there were nightly things going on by the pool. The fireworks for the week of the 4th were absolutely spectacular. We enjoyed watching from the beach one night and our balcony the next.

DISGUSTING

Do yourself a favor and chose a different location - NOT Summit Beach Resort. Absolutely disgusting condo. The amount of filth and grim on everything was due to long term neglect of cleaning. This unit has NOT been upgraded or remodeled, as stated. Parking is also NOT included and we had to pay extra. I filled out the inspection upon arrival (provided pics too) and text management. I called and text multiple times during the stay and was told repeatedly that they would notify the appropriate departments or send someone to address the issues, to no avail. I messaged the host, Mark Perry, with no response. Was told by management co that ‘multipurpose cleaner was provided’ for our use. After 4 days of back and forth I contacted VRBO - the broken tv was finally replaced that day and housekeeping came to review our concerns, but still never cleaned. There is mold everywhere. The furniture is nasty dirty. We’ve stayed at PCB several times and never had issues like with this place. The elevators are horrible and are supposedly being renovated and/or replaced, but one of the maintenance men expressed his frustration about how one of the two non-operating elevators was one that was just replaced. According to Bay Co. PVA this host owns multiple units here and his wife is the HOA president. They also list under other business names - so be aware! It’s sad to see the complete disregard, considering their involvement.

It was a great place to stay. Just lack of communication with cleaner crew and got mixed up with times. But overall it was a great place to stay. Excellent view, great placement and not far from anything we did.
