This property offers a Seasonal Chair from Mar 1-Oct 31, 2025 ( 1 set of 2 loungers and 1 umbrella)



The unit accommodates up to 4 guests maximum(including children and infants of all ages) per PCB Ordinance 1632.  Having more guests than the maximum of 4 allowed by law could result in a fine starting at $500 and ejection- NO MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED.



Upon arrival, ALL GUESTS will have to register with the HOA office to pay the resort fee and receive their parking pass. The office is located on the first floor to your left as you walk in.  The cost of it is $30, and they accept credit cards and cash (no debit cards).



NOTE: This property requires armbands to be worn AT ALL times while on the property for safety
