Cette spacieuse 1 chambre 1 étage Barn a été récemment converti le transformant en une escapade de détente luxueux idéal pour les couples. Les Barns à High Park ont ​​été construits à la fin des années 1800 et sont situés au coeur de la côte nord du Devon. Il offre un accès facile aux plages, landes, sentier côtier promenades, pistes cyclables, terrains de golf, des jardins horticoles, les enfants des parcs d'amusement amical, et bien d'autres activités récréatives extérieures et intérieures traditionnelles pour ceux qui recherchent une véritable détente, encore actif, se détacher de la stress de la vie au jour le jour.

Cette grange est située dans les 14 acres de terres privées avec accès sécurisé par un portail électrique. Dans l'enceinte est un grand lac naturel accessible avec une végétation étonnante, plus de 200 poissons et une maison de bateau.

Convertie en 2016, cette grange comprend un lit super king-size en chêne massif dans la chambre principale, de nouveaux meubles en chêne massif, des canapés en cuir, un éclairage LED et le chauffage au sol.

La grange est chien amical, et vous êtes invités à les amener à 25 £ pour le premier chien et 15 £ par chien pour chaque chien supplémentaire.

We had a good stay, unit is well equipped, comfortable and clean. The swimming pool is a great extra and the timetable system works well. The hot tub is a disappointment however as it was set to a lower temperature than we would like and jets didn't have much power either. Walls are quite thin too between units which isn't something we are used to. Hosts are very friendly and helpful, booking and check in process straightforward. Good location in the countryside and close to coast and amenities although the access road is challenging and busier than you'd expect.

Flawless New Years stay

High Park is our happy place, an oasis of calm, quiet beautiful surroundings yet close to amenities and the sea. A lovely welcome as always from Paul, top class accommodation that offers comfort and style. We love to plan our days around our personal private swim slot which adds a touch of luxury. Molesworth was a perfect setting for a chilled New Year’s break. Looking forward to returning.

An amazing and beautiful place to stay

They say, "First Impression's Last", well, from the moment we arrived, everything was simple and straightforward — gaining access to both of our barns (Molesworth and Moulton-Barrett) was effortless. Each barn was exceptional and ideal for our family holiday. We settled in quickly and met Anne-Louise a couple of hours later, she was just so lovely and very informative. The cleanliness of the barns was excellent, every detail had been so carefully thought through, especially in the kitchen, the beds were so comfy and big and having underfloor heating was luxury. We were delighted by the welcome treats too; the scones, jam, and cream, along with the locally sourced milk, were all absolutely superb! The warm pool and hot tub were fantastic additions to our stay. No matter what the weather was doing outside, we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves inside. Overall, this place is a real find! Anne-Louise was the perfect host and we'll definitely be back again. Thank you for everything!!

Spacious and well equipped barn with excellent bathroom and generally very comfortable and homely. Great location just a short drive to the main road network. Shopping and a selection of supermarkets only 5 minutes drive away. Perfect for EV car owners as good charging facilities. Nice swimming pool too.

5th Excellent Stay

We have stayed in 3 different barns, all excellent. Molesworth this stay. Fully kitted out kitchen with washer/dryer, dishwasher, etc. Lovely touches like milk, scones, cream and jam on arrival. Pool and hot tub a massive plus. Also, think it’s the only place we’ve stayed that actually have bath sheets in the bathroom instead of towels not fit for purpose. Would definitely recommend a stay and we will be certainly be coming back.

This is our third visit to High Park Barns and we love it there! Our number one destination to stay in North Devon. High Park Barns offers luxury accommodation with everything to a high specification, including a swimming pool and is ideally located for the north Devon beaches and close to other amenities. Anne-Louise is a perfect host. Highly recommended!

Best dog friendly place we have stayed in

Very thoughtfully laid out property. Amazingly well designed barn convertion. Provided everything you could need including slippers, detergent, dishwasher tablets, tea, coffee, toilet paper, dog bowl and many more for those who don’t bring their own. This barn is one of the most private on site. I particularly loved being able to recycle. Facilities were fantastic. (Heated pool and hot tub neatly organised in a timetable to have the place to yourself) Brilliant value for money. Lovely place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of busy areas.

Had a lovely few days here. Lovely accommodation and owners are v welcoming. V relaxed on rules which was great. Pool runs on a timetable so you get sole use. Also has unallocated slots which are first come first served. Lots of pool toys and crabbing kits, buckets and spades to use. Milkiosk vending machine at neighboring farm is positively addictive - we went every day and brought 2 litres home with us.

Amazing stay!

Cannot fault our stay at Molesworth Barn! Very clean and had a wonderful welcome treat of Devon scones, cream and jam! It had everything we needed and bonus of a washing machine so that we could get the washing done before coming home which was great! Fantastic location and in the countryside! Additional bonus of a shared swimming pool and hot tub and private pool timetable worked really well! We would love to stay again! Thank you for a lovely week x x

Just back from a lovely holiday at High Park farm just what we needed the accommodation was very clean and the cream tea left for us was yummy, the swimming pool and hot tub was very clean and we liked the fact there was a rota so everyone could enjoy it on their own. The Thatched Inn at Abbotsham was nice and we were made to feel welcome we had 2 meals there which were excellent

We had the best time at molesworth, Everything we needed , The scenery and peace was awesome The wildlife, The location Swimming pool and jacuzzi So much room for the dogs to play off lead Lovely host . Lovely cleaners who were in the neighbours property but still had a chat give information and asked if anything we needed. We will return as it was Everything we required. Better than the photos . Very warm and the comforts of home .

Lovely place to stay

We are returning customers and love to stay at High Park. Ann Louise and Paul are excellent hosts and nothing is too much trouble. A private swim also appeals with the swim schedule making sure you can have the pool every day and plan around the schedule. Excellent pubs locally and the Atlantic village is a stones throw away although you would never know in this quiet haven with green views. Self catering but all essentials provided with a warm welcome of scones and a pint of milk from the local farm milk kiosk. Other places we have stayed supply nothing. Already booked to stay again.
