Moulton-Barrett Barn à High Park avec piscine intérieure et bain à remous communs

Cette spacieuse grange de 3 chambres et 1 Ă©tage avec 3 salles de bains privatives et la climatisation est une escapade de dĂ©tente idĂ©ale et luxueuse. Les Granges at High Park sont situĂ©es au cƓur de la cĂŽte du North Devon. Il offre un accĂšs facile aux plages, aux landes, aux sentiers cĂŽtiers, aux pistes cyclables, aux terrains de golf, aux jardins horticoles, aux parcs de loisirs adaptĂ©s aux enfants et Ă  de nombreuses autres activitĂ©s de loisirs en extĂ©rieur et en salle traditionnelles stress de la vie quotidienne.

Cette grange est située avec 14 acres de terres privées. Sur le terrain se trouve un grand lac naturel accessible avec une végétation magnifique et plus de 200 poissons.

Convertie en 2018, cette grange comprend des lits super king-size dans la chambre principale et la deuxiĂšme chambre, deux lits simples dans la troisiĂšme chambre, toutes avec salle de bains privative, mobilier en chĂȘne massif, chauffage au sol et climatisation.

La grange est chien amical, et vous ĂȘtes invitĂ©s Ă  les amener Ă  25 ÂŁ pour le premier chien et 15 ÂŁ par chien pour chaque chien supplĂ©mentaire.

An amazing and beautiful place to stay

They say, "First Impression's Last", well, from the moment we arrived, everything was simple and straightforward — gaining access to both of our barns (Molesworth and Moulton-Barrett) was effortless. Each barn was exceptional and ideal for our family holiday. We settled in quickly and met Anne-Louise a couple of hours later, she was just so lovely and very informative. The cleanliness of the barns was excellent, every detail had been so carefully thought through, especially in the kitchen, the beds were so comfy and big and having underfloor heating was luxury. We were delighted by the welcome treats too; the scones, jam, and cream, along with the locally sourced milk, were all absolutely superb! The warm pool and hot tub were fantastic additions to our stay. No matter what the weather was doing outside, we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves inside. Overall, this place is a real find! Anne-Louise was the perfect host and we'll definitely be back again. Thank you for everything!!

Perfect family week away!

First visit to Moulton-Barrett and definitely not our last! We booked for a 50th birthday celebration with family from France and had a fantastic week. The house is warm and comfortable with everything you need. Each bedroom having an en suite is great. The pool was a highlight for us all and the rota works really well. Swimming at night with the underwater lights on was lovely. The dog field is a great thing to have on site, our cocker spaniel thought she was a puppy again jumping the hurdles. Cream tea on arrival was a real treat. We all agreed this was the nicest property we have ever stayed at and are already planning when we can come back.

Beautiful idyllic accommodation

Stunning location, grounds and facilities, so much attention to detail and to ensuring all the creature comforts are catered for and that you feel welcomed. Have been here at least the last 4 years in a row because we love it so much. We are always recommending High Park Barns to our friends and family.

Lovely

Our family (6) stayed here at the end of the summer holidays. The accomodations is very well located and is 10mins drive to westward ho, appledore and bideford amongst other places. It's only 40min to Ilfracombe and Wolacombe. The grounds are lovely and although we had quite a bit of rain, didn't put us off from exploring. We particularly enjoyed the lake which is on site and naturally the pool and hot tub. The accomodations is spot on, clean and well furnished. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. There were a few issues with, bulbs not working but the host sorted very quickly and efficiently. Nothing was too much trouble. The host was on site to greet us and gave a quick but comprehensive account of everything. The pool planner is spot on and the area is clean and well presented. We would definitely recommend.

Home from home

Just back from a return visit to Moulton Barrett with our kids and dog. We love this place and the addition of the dog exercise area is a huge bonus. Accommodation was spotless, kids had a ball in the neighbouring indoor pool. Hosts are so helpful and informative, the grounds are beautiful and the EV charging onsite is excellent and reliable. Could not ask for more. We love the location of this holiday let, so much to do in close proximity to some great attractions and amenities. Westward Ho!-fabulous beach, Appledore- great for quay jumping and crab fishing, Instow-lovely restaurants. We visited the pop up slip and slide this year too- great family fun only 20mins away. Atlantic villlage just down the road is great for retail bargains and we love the Milk Kiosk. Highly recommend this location for a dog friendly family holiday.

Lovely property, great for families. Good location . Attractions close by and supermarket and petrol 5 min away . They add little extras so everything is there for you . The milk kiosk attached to the dairy farm is a must .

Fabulous February Family Break

We spent a week here in February halfterm and had a brilliant time. The swimming pool was a huge hit with our three children - designated slits for each barn each day along with extra sessions if wanted. The barn was spacious and having en-suites in all bedrooms was a bonus. The milk-kiosk next door was also a favourite with the children. Despite the winter weather we managed to explore many of the nearby beaches and visited Big Sheep Farm (highly recommended day out for families). Our dog loved the lake and wildlife on site. Communication with the owners was great and all information we needed was provided. Would definitely return and have recommended to other families already.

What a gem!

We stayed in the Moulton-Barrett property for a week in January as a getaway for a birthday celebration. From the moment I booked to the end of the stay, I couldn’t have asked for more. Clear and detailed instructions on finding the location and accessing the property. Anne-Louise introduced herself and went through everything we needed to know and we were made to feel very welcome. The pool was outstanding. Lovely and warm, easy to use the pool covers and of course the hot tub. As a family of 3 generations with a 2 year old, we didn’t actually leave all week!! With the copious amount of space to run and ride bikes, the pool and all the exploring to be done, we didn’t need to go anywhere else. A relaxing break for the adults and an exciting new world to explore for the toddler, we’d have stayed another week! Absolute gem! We’ll be back

Top Notch and Classy

A fabulous, modern, smart and comfortable accommodation. The apartment included everything we could possibly need and want. The swimming pool and hot tub was fabulous - felt very spoilt. Beautiful grounds and close to the beech. Highly recommend. A hidden gem.

Lovely stay

Moulton-Barrett is a lovely property, we had a wonderful weeks stay. It’s very spacious and comfortable with everything you could need, a home away from home. We loved having daily access to the pool & hot tub, a lovely way to end our days after long walks on the local beaches. The location is perfect, Aldi & Asda less than 10 minutes away, beautiful beaches within a short drive! The hosts are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property for short or long stays.

Perfect holiday home perfect location

Se have had a wonderful week at Moulton Barret despite the variable weather. Impressive holiday house with 3 en-suite bedrooms and a massive kitchen, diner, lounge overlooking a walled garden with apple tress. The swimming pool was a firm favourite with the kids and our hosts provided llora of really useful info about the local area. We will be back next year

We had the best time staying in Moulton Barrett Barn. Accommodation was to a very very high standard with three en-suite rooms. Very spacious lounge diner kitchen area overlooking a delightful walled garden with apple trees. The indoor pool was adjacent to our property and was a firm favourite with the kids. The property was dog friendly. Our hosts were fantastic and hugely informative about local amenities, attractions and restaurants. Very grateful for the top tip about quay jumping in nearby Appledore. Such a fantastic location to explore North Devon. Very close to the big Sherp,MilkyWay and North East Devon Wake Boarding centre. Some fantastic beaches nearby and wonderful coastal walks. Already planning our return visit next year.

A wonderful place for all ages. Comfy and spacious accomodation. Lovely indoor pool to use as one family with set times. Near to so many lovely beaches that were also dog friendly.

Perfect home from home

We had a great time visiting Moulton Barrett. It was very comfortable, dog friendly and perfect location. The barn was clean and special touches like scones, milk, slippers etc was lovely. Dogs were so welcome and there was lots of safe and enclosed space for them. We’ll definitely be visiting again soon!

Great stay

Our family of 7 over 3 generations reaaly enjoyed our weeks stay at Moulton-Barrett. we all loved the pool espeacially when it was next door to our barn. Very clean, well equipped all of our bedrooms had an ensuite. Charger points for my electric car was a bonus. Charming Hosts.
