Ce tout nouveau condo en bord de mer (2017) de 4 chambres est idéal pour une semaine de soleil et de plaisir à la plage. Il offre une vue magnifique sur l'Atlantique et dispose de nombreuses commodités, y compris une piscine en bord de mer (ouverte du 1er avril au 1er octobre), à quelques pas de votre porte, un porche couvert côté océan avec une grande terrasse, et est décoré et meublé avec créativité avec votre besoins de base de la plage. En tant que membre de l'association des condos, vous avez un accès gratuit à la voie navigable intercoastale pour la navigation de plaisance, la pêche et le crabe, ainsi que plusieurs courts de tennis et 2 autres piscines. Cette maison loin de la maison comprend également un parking pour 6 avec chambre à disposition, une douche extérieure, des jouets aquatiques, CCTV, W / D, MW, lecteur DVD ainsi qu'un service Internet sans fil. Les lits comprennent 1 très grand lit, 2 grands lits, 2 très longs jumeaux et un ensemble de lits superposés (jumeaux). Notez que les draps ne sont pas inclus dans le tarif de location. Venez, détendez-vous dans nos rockers colorés et profitez de regarder les dauphins et les bateaux à crevettes tout en longeant la côte.

L'âge minimum pour signer le contrat de location est de 25 ans.

Great house right on the beach!

Enjoyed this great house, spotless, well organized kitchen. Large outside decks with many rocking chairs, and a clean cabana. We are beach walkers and ocean swimmers, but also liked the pool. One plus was to get in at noon the first Saturday, so we did and had a sunny first day on the beach!

OIB 2025

The house was a great place to stay on OIB with a great location and the ocean front pool. The house is really nicely decorated with incredible artwork made by the owner and had plenty of space for our family to have dinner together. We especially enjoyed eating meals at the table on the deck. The rocking chairs on the deck were a favorite too.

This was a wonderful experience; probably one of our favorites in OIB, and we’ve been visiting for 20 years. Beautiful home with more than enough room, excellent location, super clean and kind/prompt communication with the owner. The porches and easy walk to the beach made it absolutely perfect for our family which includes my elderly parents. The only bad part was leaving which is always so hard. Hope to be back soon!!

Another Great Stay

This was our second stay at this oceanfront cottage. Beautifully decorated and has all the amenities that you would need. Owners wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend. Oceanfront views were spectacular!

Beautiful beach home

We really enjoyed our stay at this beachfront home. Plenty of room for 6+ people, the access to the beach was excellent (not too many stairs to get over the dunes to the beach). The home worked great with a couple toddlers... we used a couple baby gates and they were safe. The cleaning before our arrival was not excellent, the owners are working on that. Pool area was dated, but nice... and great for small kids. On a nice, quiet street, easy accesss to all normal needs on vacation.

Great Stay

This was the first time together on vacation for our newly combined family. 8 adults and 2 children. We loved it. The house was clean with modern amenities, and it was located right on the beach with a swimming pool. We had a great experience.

Would highly recommed!

We had an amazing time - we would stay again and would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay on OIB. We have been coming to OIB for 10+ years and this is one of the best places we have stayed. The house was very well kept, great furniture, comfortable beds and amazing location. Right on the beach with great muti level decks and direct pool access as well. 5/5!

Best rental property at Ocean Isle beach!

I would give this property 10 stars! We loved this rental! I loved the open feeling, view of the ocean, big dining table inside and out! Loved the decks and big back porch with rocking chairs to enjoy the sounds and view of the ocean! Another great feature is the outside shower/dressing room! So much thought went into your rental to make our stay so comfortable and enjoyable! We loved the pool and very short walk to the beach!

Oceanfront Oasis

Ocean Isle Beach is our favorite family vacation and we have been enjoying our weekly stays for many years. This rental by far is the most beautiful and well organized rental we have ever been to. It’s an “absolute dream”! You couldn’t have asked for anything else, the amenities were superb and the owners communication was excellent! Our family would love to make this rental our “go to” happy place!

Awesome place and great central location!

The property was ready for occupation upon arrival. It was very clean, organized, and met or surpassed all of our expectations. The location is awesome, and the immediate beach and pool access made our stay the most enjoyable of all of our family vacations. The owners were accessible and very easy to work with. They also responded immediately to any questions or concerns. The property was accurately described and was as nice as it was pictured in the listing. The decorations and colors were wonderful. I would highly recommend Robert and Sheri's place and I want to thank them for sharing their lovely home with us.

Ocean Isle Beach September 2022

This is not the first time we’ve stayed here but as always dealing with the owners is fantastic, the place is in an ideal spot on the west end of the island and it accommodates all of our needs. Beautiful views beautiful beach, beautiful pool, and great weather even if the weather wasn’t great it wouldn’t be bad to be stuck inside in this cottage. The decorating is fantastic and all the instructions to get in and get out are top notch. Looking forward to our next visit!

Great remodeled beach house!

Our family really enjoyed staying in this renovated beach condo! It feels like a house with the benefits of a pool. Being right on the beach was wonderful and our kids loved the pool as well. The kitchen has all the amenities you need with new marble counter tops and appliances. The pebble floor shower upstairs is really nice too. The owners are very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely return when we come back to Ocean Isle!

Amazing Vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay this summer. When we arrived the place was just as described and super clean. We felt like we are living in our own home the week we stayed vs a rental property which was great! We had easy and close access to the beach and pool which was great for us and our young children. The owners where also super nice and helpful. We had lots of questions in the months leading up to our rental week and they were fast to respond and very helpful and thorough in their responses. I don’t normally leave reviews, but this was such a great experience for us I wanted to share! This is a great place to stay on your vacation and we will definitely be coming back!

Perfect house, perfect location, perfect amenities!

The house and property was as advertised and more. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. There is plenty of room in this great loft style accommodation. Sheri and Robert have gone to great lengths to make the place feel cozy and comfortable and with such great beach-style decor. The beach is seconds away on the boardwalk and we spent a lot of time on the beach during the day enjoying the water and night hunting for crabs! The pool area is clean and spacious. A perfect family getaway location. Thanks Robert and Sheri!!

BEST OIB home we've stayed in!

We frequent OIB and this home is by far our favorite! The location to the beach is stellar, but the love and care that radiates from this beautifully decorated and designed home makes it super special. My husband and I loved the upstairs master with the great windows. He thoroughly enjoyed the upstairs living space for relaxation and keeping an eye out for good surfing conditions, and I enjoyed the super cozy downstairs living space. The couch has 2 sides that pull out into a recliner, so it was the perfect space to kick my feet up and fully absorb the experience. Thank y'all for creating such a wonderful place!!!

Best location on the island!

If you like shiplap, barn doors, open concept, and seating for everyone at dinner, this is the place for you! This beautifully renovated beach home has everything you need for a week of fun and relaxation. Just steps from the beach and the pool, there is something for everyone. The outside shower keeps the home sand-free all week, especially if you have small children. There is a huge outside deck with chairs and tables to watch the sunset, put together a puzzle, or chow down on homemade frogmore stew. But, the best part of the whole experience is that the owners are so sweet and accommodating. We couldn't ask for better.

We currently live in New Bern, NC where we moved in 2020. Sheri grew up in Raleigh, NC and went to school at UNC - Charlotte. Robert grew up in Atlanta and went to NC State University. Our kids grew up in Chesapeake public schools. Aslyn graduated from William & Mary and Kaity graduated from Virginia Tech. We love anything outside - we hike, camp, garden and have our own Koi pond.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We inherited this property in 2014. Our family has been coming here since 1990 and it is like our second home. Our kids would never let us even think about selling it!!! So many wonderful memories here. With the pool and ocean basically right outside the door, it doesn't get much better than this! The cottage was originally named "Country by the Sea" by Sheri's parents back in 1990. Due to structural issues, the unit had to be completely torn down and rebuilt in 2017. We have changed the name to "Adventure by the Sea" because there is really nothing country about it anymore (and adventure describes our family much better!). It was a long process to get this unit rebuilt, but the blessing is that almost everything inside and out will be brand new with the same quirky style as before. Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Association has 3 pools - one of which is basically right outside the ocean side porch. The pools are maintained and open after April 1st (depends on pool inspection process and is out of our control) and usually stays open until October 31st each year. The view is outstanding. With new rockers, you can spend hours outside enjoying the view.
EVERYTHING is BRAND NEW, except the view and a few pieces of furniture, and now we have an upstairs view and deck!!! What more could you want?
