Paisible et relaxant maison de vacances

Le formulaire d'appartement fait partie d'un deux attrayant bloc de plain pied sur un développement spacieux et prestigieux (un site très bien géré), près de la côte (200 m) et dominé par les magnifiques montagnes. Il est un appartement rez de chaussée avec son propre jardin clos privé et deux grands balcons avec vue imprenable sur les montagnes de Kyrenia. Pack Rich de bienvenue, numéro de téléphone portable local (tous gratuits). Le propriétaire vous accueillera personnellement et vous montrer sur le chèque dans la journée.

Les intérieurs de l'appartement a des sols en marbre, et est meublé à un niveau élevé. L'appartement bénéficie d'une télévision par satellite qui sera également jouer votre DVD et CD (nous avons beaucoup de films DVD et CD de musique et de livres en anglais et en russe). Location de voitures et des transferts aéroport peuvent être organisées par les propriétaires des agents de gestion locale (arrangements sont gratuits). Pas de factures surprises. L'eau, l'eau potable, gaz, électricité, wifi puissant sont tous inclus dans le prix contrairement à la plupart des autres propriétés.

L'appartement bénéficie d'une grande piscine commune, bassin pour enfants séparés qui peuvent être facilement vu de l'appartement et un grand parc qui fournissent un environnement sûr pour les plus jeunes membres de votre parti.

La propriété est à seulement quelques minutes en voiture (14 min.) De Kyrenia avec son port vénitien préservé, le château byzantin et restaurants sophistiqués tout en Évadez Beach Club peut être atteint en quelques minutes. Autres plages dorées et Lapethos parc aquatique se trouve à 2-3 min. conduire. Il y a une plage de sable crique cachée seulement 5 min. à pied de la propriété.

Highly Recommend

We have just returned from a great extended stay at Arhuns apartment. It was the first time we have stayed in this apartment, although we have previously stayed on the same site in inferior accommodation. The apartment is a real "home from home". It is well maintained, it is clean, comfortable and relatively spacious. It has everything you could need for a relaxing stay and Arhun has paid attention to detail to ensure his guests are happy. As well as good wardrobe space in the two main bedrooms there also a good number of hanging hooks for coats, towels etc. The suite had just been reupholstered before we arrived and every window had new sliding insect screens. Great for keeping the mosquitoes out at this time of year. When we arrived we were met by Arhun who showed us around and provided a good welcome pack that meant we didn't have to dash out straight away for provisions. The outside area is very spacious and provides areas of both shade and sun and is equipped with good quality patio sets. The site its self is a mix of residential and holiday lets, it has wonderful views, very nice pool, attractive gardens and is close to the new Lapta coastal walkway. We were made to feel welcome by everyone we met on site and found them all to be friendly. The site is very well managed by Mehmet who also lives on site. He acts as maintenance man, gardener and general dogs body. He is an extremely friendly and pleasant, sociable guy who is always available to provide help and assistance with problems or just for a bit of advice. Both Arhun and Mehmet go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. We have stayed at numerous other places in Cyprus and further afield and we can honestly say this is the best. We would not hesitate to highly recommend staying here We have just returned from a great extended stay at Arhuns apartment. Great place lovely people

When we arrived late in the evening, we were welcomed by the owner Arhun and shown around. There was a good complimentary welcome pack. The apartment is well furnished and has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The small complex has its own swimming pool and the grounds are beautifully maintained. The site Manager Mehmet introduced himself the next day and couldn’t have been more helpful. Mehmet even drove us to the car hire company to fill out the paperwork. The transfers and car hire were all arranged for us and ran perfectly, which is what you need when you are in an area you don’t know. The apartment is really well placed near the sea and some very good restaurants, as well as close to a supermarket. Needless to say we have booked again for 2019.

"Great Apartment-Serene Location"

Just returned from 3 weeks in Arhun's excellent apartment. Location very convenient for local beaches and numerous good restaurants along the "strip". Also a large well stocked supermarket for eating in, within a short walk. The apartment itself is very clean, well fitted and has everything to ensure a thoroughly enjoyable stay, with the extras of a generous welcome food pack and free mobile phone (local calls), all helping to make this a memorable holiday. Arhun is a first-class host who will go the extra mile to make sure his guests are happy with everything and a mention also of Mehmet the site manager who is also available at all times for any small problems that may arise. He got us out of trouble with a problem we had with our hire car, which was much appreciated! Hope to return at some future date and would not hesitate to recommend this lovely apartment to family and friends.

Arhun's Lapta Pines Apartment

We arrived at Arhun's apartment near midnight to be greeted personally by him, he showed us all the facilities within the apartment, gave us a local mobile phone to use with his number along with mehmets (the site manager) for us if we needed anything. The apartment was very well equipped very clean, both beach and bath towels provided a great welcome pack ready for us, all in all the apartment was great. The site manager Mehmet was great, always around if you needed him, very friendly, along with all the other people on the site,w e had a fabulous time, even rebooked half way through our holiday ready for next year Great supermarket within 5 mins walk stocking everything you could possibly need, the local buses were great taking us to Lapta Strip where there are lots of lovely restaurants and a few bars with entertainment or into Kyrenia where again lots of lovely restaurants around the harbour and great shops too. All in all a fabulous holiday

Lovely relaxing appartment

I had a great stay in this appartment, I have already booked to stay again next year. On arrival the appartment was clean with everything you need for a nice stay. The grounds the appartment is situated in is very well looked after with a very clean swimming pool, peaceful and the perfect place to relax. Relaxing family holiday in Lapta

We are a family of 5. We had a perfect stay in this holiday house at the Pines in Lapta. The location is great! The sea and 2 small beaches are at walking distance, from the terrace and the well maintained pool you have a very nice mountain view. A perfect place to relax! Arhun, the owner, is a great host. Upon arrival the fridge was filled with drinks and fresh food. He provided a lot of recommendations of good places to eat and to visit. He stayed in contact on a daily base to make sure everything was at our convenience. If you look for a relaxing holiday, this is the place to be!

great location, great apartment and great host

i have been to Lapta a few times before, but this is the best apartment I have stayed in. Well appointed, very clean and with a great pool and well tended gardens. Urhan is the perfect host I shall be visiting again

Relaxing and tranquil Holiday destination

A spacious and well equipped holiday apartment with many extras such as a local phone for use during our stay. The owner and site manager were both welcoming, helpful and friendly. The site is beautiful - well maintained. peaceful and tranquil. any queries are sorted by either Arhun or Mehmet speedily and efficiently. I would use this apartment again for holidays and would recommend it without any hesitation

A great holiday

We had a splendid week at Mr. Ersoy's house when we came and stayed there for a vacation. The house is very comfortable, clean and close to the beach. Mr. Ersoy provided us everything that we could ever need in the house. He gave us many informations about Lapitos, Kyrenia, the places we should visit and see in the house where he welcomed us warmly when we first came in. The site included many kind and friendly tourists like us. The pool was right in front of the house, which was easy to just put on your swimsuits and dive in. If me and my family ever go to Lapitos again, we would very much like to stay in Mr. Ersoy's home once again...

Amazing stay

Such a great place to stay as always we had a great holiday. It's like home from home the apartment is always clean with high standards,such a relaxed environment wish we could have stayed longer.Arhun always makes sure we have everything we need and always give us information for places to visit. This was our 3rd time staying here I would deafly recommend this for not just families but also couples such a great place to stay. Can't wait to book for next year.

fantastic location

This is a spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped apartment in an extraordinarily beautiful setting with the mountains to the right and overlooking a pool in a garden setting. We were met by Ahrun, the owner, who ensured we had everything we needed and provided a very useful welcome pack of milk, juice, cheese bread etc. There is a large veranda which faces east. so breakfast in the sun but shaded in the hottest part of the day. There is a garden for your own use and ofcourse the pool in its lovely setting, also should you need him there is a very friendly site manager who lives on the complex. My wife and I travel a lot and stay in many different apartments and this is without doubt one of the best.

Awesome, confortable and clean House!

Great Host and a Sparkling Pool

Arhun is a great host. This is his family vacation home and you are helping him pay his mortgage. He will be helping you have a good time and he is above average good at it. When I complained that the mattress was old, new ones magically appreared two days later. The maintenance guy lived in Canada for years and maintains the pool to Canadian standards all winter. Most pools in Cyprus collect junk all winter. I certainly would recommend this.

Excellent holidays in a beautiful place

That were great days we spent in this apartment. Arhun, the owner, did all his best to meet us and prepare everything we would require. Fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms with many stuffs and things. Refrigerator was full as for compliment including milk, bread, eggs, slices of bacon, beer, bottle of wine and many other. There were also a plate with fresh fruits and our photos on a table — we came to our home! Arhun also provided a mobile phone for local calls and for immediate contact to him, that was very useful. He also printed information about nearest interesting places where to see and to eat — very important information to new visitors. Anyway Wi-Fi worked like a charm and let to discover the area over Internet. The apartments are located in a great place with superb views on mountains. The orientation is very nice because there is no too much sun on day in summer. 2 beaches in 150 and 200 meters away. Clear outdoor pool on the site is available. Lapta is an excellent place to stay in North Cyprus and I can say because lived in NC for several months. This is nice and quite place that is very close to Kyrenia and all sights.

Amazing Holiday

We stayed at Arhun's apartment for a week in May, with our three small children and had a wonderful holiday. The apartment itself is very clean and spacious and has everything that you might need whilst you are on holiday. Arhun had provided a welcome pack which was above and beyond anything that we had expected; it even included ice cream and cold beer! The Lapta Pines development is lovely and very well maintained. It has a lovely swimming pool and spectacular views of the mountains. It is also very near to two small beaches, which are very picturesque, safe for the kids and very quiet. There is lots to do in Lapta and the surrounding area but equally it is great to just relax by the pool. We had an amazing holiday and would highly recommend it.

Great holiday

Really nice place for a wonderful holiday with family. The property was clean and well maintained,nature was excellent.Many historical places around. We mostly went to beaches nearby and far and had great time.The owner,Arhun,provided a welcome pack on arrival ! Would definitely recommend this property to friends and relatives.

holiday home from home

August 2014 : The apartment is very clean and well equipped and very comfortable. Four adults (two couples) stayed with plenty of room and privacy. Arhun had provided a welcome pack which was above and beyond anything that we had expected; it even included ice cream and cold beer! The Lapta Pines development is lovely and very well maintained. It has a lovely swimming pool and spectacular views of the mountains. It is also very near two small beaches, which are very picturesque, safe for the kids. Fantastic holiday

We visited Cyprus in late October 2016 and stayed at Arhun's place. The site is made up of 9 blocks with 4 apartments in each block, so a total of 36 apartments. Not all the apartments are occupied all of the time and it was quite during our stay. Arhun's apartment is on the lower floor and so has use of the patio and garden area where we enjoyed several BBQ's during our stay. The apartment sees the sunrise onto the decking area in the morning where we enjoyed our breakfast each morning. The weather during our visit was right on the cusp of their Winter season but we enjoyed temperatures of 27 to 30 degrees throughout our stay. The temp in early Nov starts to drop. Arhun's apartment if fantastic and is really for 5 people although we were comfortable for our family of 6 (with our son sleeping on an air bed). The kitchen is well equipped and the site is well maintained by Mehmet who speaks very good English having lived in England and Canada over the years. The pool is cleaned each morning and our kids really enjoyed it. Arhun kindly arranged our airport transfer and also our car hire (you really do need it any where you stay in North Cyprus). Arhun also provided us we are prepaid mobile phone to use during our stay. Arhun is a fantastic host and we highly recommend his place. Hope to visit again soon.

My family and I really like our holiday home. After our stay in The Pines site in 2010, we fell in love with this property and decided to buy it.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Its large communal pool, massive communal garden, private garden and the view of the pool and the mountains from our property is charming.
No surprise bills. Water, drinking water,gas, electricity (to some extend), powerful wifi are all included in the price unlike most of the other properties
