It’s a stone’s throw from the resort’s popular coastal path, ten-minute walk to a selection of sea front bars and restaurants, and a 25-minute drive to Kyrenia with its bustling harbour and historic castle.
This stylish three-bedroom villa wraps around a large, private swimming pool and is surrounded by beautiful gardens boasting orange and lemon trees with colourful and fragrant flowers.

The space

Above the pool is a terraced barbeque and dining area with fantastic views of the mountains and local area.
The well-equipped kitchen has a hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and water cooler, and leads out to a shaded outdoor breakfast patio. There is a separate utility room with laundry facilities.
The bright, spacious lounge has a dining table, comfortable sofas and patio doors to the pool area. For your entertainment, there is a Smart TV with streaming services and UK channels, a CD player and a choice of books.
The master bedroom enjoys views of the mountains and swimming pool and has an ensuite shower room. All bedrooms have patios overlooking the gardens. In addition, there is a family bathroom with a shower and bath, and a separate cloakroom.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms and lounge. Also provided is a safe for valuables, beach towels, a hair dryer, and fold-up guest bed.
