Villa avec piscine privée, vue mer et montagne

Hi Marvin Many thanks for your review of our villa, it is really appreciated. Ich bin froh dass es ihr so gut gefallen hat. Gruss Derek

Thank you for the review and positive comments. I am glad you enjoyed what was your second stay at our villa and also approved of the recent improvements we have made. Derek

My prices are held perhaps lower than others to give guests value for money, they are not intended to reflect any standard, my local agent says I should increase them to the level other charge. The word "overhaul" is, in my opinion, a little strong. Every year we make some improvement or necessary repair. For this year, for example, the lounge, kitchen / diner, hall landing and stairs were re-painted and the pool grill surrounds were replaced. The tiles on the outside terrace were replaced within the last 3 years and I added a rear pergola with terrace to give guests shade. I'll just close with an extract In received from a regular guest who has just returned from the villa. "Villa was a picture again and we do appreciate the time and money that you expend on the place, as well as Sandra and Paul's hard work. The villa improves each year instead of deteriorating, which is why I cannot understand the latest review - scandalous!"
