My husband and I stayed here with our two teens. They were happy to have their own rooms! This is a pretty standard European apartment, with the bonus being an elevator so you don't have to walk up 5 flights of stairs. Pros - the metro is steps from your front door, tons of restaurants nearby, walkable to Auchan and Lidl, washer/dryer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, space heaters provided for chillier winter evenings, 2 bathrooms with showers and ample hot water.
Tips for Americans - the stovetop has to be unlocked in order to use it and you have to choose the burner. This took us a bit to figure out. The washer/dryer is small and the dryer didn't completely dry our clothes, so give yourself extra time to hang dry.
This apartment is a great option for those needing a bit more space.
Les matelas sont nuls . Les oreillers aussi. Les serviettes sont jaunes. Le wifi est trĂšs lent. Apparemment 4 chambre pour 3 places assises au salon ! Bref c'est Ă eviter
We were a group of 8 people. The size of the apartment is suitable for 8 persons. The location is great. The metro station is 50m and the bakery is 40m away, the tram no. 28 stops right outside the front door. There is shopping at the Lidl 250m away. By metro in 5 minutes in the city center. The coffee machine is unfortunately leaking, so we had problems making coffee. But all in all, everything was great, we enjoyed our stay very much.

We loved Lisbon and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very well situated extremely near the Metro and with the help of a Lisbon Card ( definitely recommend this especially for transport), we got around the city and to Sintra with no problem. The apartment was fine and suited our needs very well. Just a few suggestions - we all tripped up with the uneven floor, so maybe some indication of where there are small changes of level would be helpful. Luckily there were no broken bones! Also we could have done with a floor cloth and or kitchen paper and perhaps a few coffee pods and milk as we arrived quite late. These are small things though and in general all was very good. Thank you.
Great Location, able to walk to restraunts, bakery. Excellent view of Castle
Joana was our contact person. She was extremely helpful when we had no power ...blown fuse. Was patient when we had issues with opening our door. The Apartment was Bright and Clean. My only issue was Mattresses on beds were too thin and soft. I am tall and found it difficult getting in and out of bed because bed was low to the floor. We enjoyed our 1st cup of coffee each morning.....nice to have coffee maker in apartment. The Local Bakery was fabulous. with delicious treats, fresh OJ and of course Espresso and Americano coffee hit the spot before starting our daily touring. Happy to recommend this prpoerty
We had a lovely stay for a week with 8 people (4 children) in this spaceious apartement with a nice view from the balcony and its historic lift which gives you the authentic lisbon-feeling right before check-in. The house is well located with the famous tram no. 28 and the metro station Intendente right outside front door. We also loved to have a lot of bakeries (the kids could be sent to fetch croissants and pasteis de nata), small supermarkets, a LIDL and even the cervejeria Ramiro (mentioned in almost every travel guide) in the near neighbourhood. The landlords representative Joana took great care of us. Muito obrigado and hope to visit you soon again.
