Excellent accommodation and location

The accommodation has two large balconies, perfect for morning and evening sun. The location is a little walk to restaurants and bars and it’s a bit hilly, but that can’t be avoided in Lisbon. We’ve had a wonderful time and the staff at the hostel were very friendly and helpful

Perfect Apartment for your Lisbon visit

We loved our stay in this 3 bedroom apartment in the Central District. Everything about the stay was great. Rooms were nice, kitchen was well stocked and the people who helped us with check in were amazing. I would strongly recommend anyone stay here.

Spacious apartment, easy check in process, cleanliness, washer & dryer. Great communication with any issues. Perfect for relaxing after a busy day of sightseeing. Area is close to restaurants and center.

Huge space. Perfect for 5 or 6 adults. Great location for walking to all the best places in Lisbon but also very close to the metro or bus. Extremely nice employees. Wonderful location.

Great location and Host

Super easy experience with a host that actively reached out and made the process very easy. Very clean and comfortable apartment which I’d highly recommend. We were 5 in total which included 3 adult children (22, 21 and 18)

The apartment has two good sized terraces in an excellent location and views across the city. Thoughtful extras in a well equipped apartment with pleasant and helpful staff made for a very enjoyable stay.

Amazing apartment with top notch service

We spent one night here in this amazing apartment. It is big, clean and feels luxurious. The two balconies were very nice with great city views. Very close to the tube so can easily get to the airport or any other part of the city. Walkable to many of the city’s restaurants and sites. Check in at the hostel and the service there was way above expectation. They even left us a gift of Portuguese pastry paradise. Many small touches that elevate the experience which you don’t find elsewhere. I will definitely be staying there again the next time I travel to Lisboa.

Excellent apartment big with lovely views

Excellent apartment. Very spacious, with 2 balconies that had views over to the castle. Apartment was clean and well equipped. Staff in the hostel were happy to help. It’s good there was a lift but only 2 people could go in it at a time. We used the parking space which we had to pay for even though this wasn’t mentioned when we booked - I believe this has been added to the listing now.

Great location!

Fantastic apartment in great location right close to Many fantastic restaurants and upscale shopping. Apartment was very spacious for our group of 6. Very clean and we loved the double balconies!!! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. We opted for the car service from airport and were grateful for that instead of a taxi or Uber XL w all of our luggage! The staff members were EXTREMELY HELPFUL and kind. Checking in early and leaving our luggage was excellent while exploring Lisbon until our apartment was ready. Communication was top notch.

Lisbon Apartment

I highly recommend this apartment. Being on the top floor meant that this apartment has 2 roof top terraces. It was so nice to be able to sit outside. The location is central and we walked to everything. It was very convenient to be able to park our car in the underground garage. The apartment is quite large and has everything you need. Check in/out was super easy. Next time I am in Lisbon I will be renting this unit again.

Exploring Lisbon

We were 2 retired couples travelling throughout Portugal with our last week exploring beautiful Lisboa and surrounding areas. The check in process was seamless as we were greeted by the friendly and very helpful staff at the hostel. They assisted us with our underground parking before showing us this beautiful apartment. They took time to show us the operation of all the appliances as they toured us through this large vacation rental. The staff were also very helpful when we called in for extra supplies and arranging transportation. We would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a great central place, close to restaurants and the on and off bus tours, to definitely consider staying at this wonderful apartment.

Schöne Rooftop Wohnung

Great Stay

Because Lisbon is hilly, location is key when looking for accommodations and Cruz Apartments did not disappoint. It is conveniently located close to the Marques de Pombal metro station or, if you like to walk, it is an easy stroll along Avenida da Liberdade down to Baixa, all the way to Praça do Comercio. The service provided through the staff at the hostel was great. Communication was clear and my questions were answered promptly. The ladies (I'm sorry, it was Laura and one other lady) were friendly and accommodating and we felt very welcome. Miguel was responsive with my messages and arranged for our airport transfers. The only thing we didn't anticipate was how low the ceiling was on one side of the living room. The picture does show it, no blame given. I mention it so you don't bump your head like we did. Another thing, I think the living room would benefit from another light source - perhaps a lamp on one of the side tables. Just a thought. There were no noise problems at all. We slept very well and it was a lovely stay. We didn't have time to hang out at the patio except to use it to dry our laundry. Had we done so, it would be a great hang out spot to have drinks, gaze at the stars and talk about life. :) Overall, it was a great stay and I will book this apartment again if I travel with another big group.
