Access to the apartment is made by code. Guests should go directly to the apartment and contact our team upon arrival to provide the ID or Passport information and obtain the access codes.
All guests must provide their ID or Passport Information at the time of check-in.
Please note that a mandatory touristic tax will be included in the final price. If it has not been charged at the moment of your reservation, it must be paid at the check-in.
All the remaining payments must be made in cash.
Transfer Service - We can provide a transfer service for an additional cost.
Lockers - We have lockers available at the Welcome Centre in Lisbon for an additional cost.

This condo truly lives up to its name - it’s incredibly spacious. The living room is especially impressive, and the bedrooms are generously sized, complemented by two full bathrooms, which made the stay very comfortable. The location couldn’t be better - right in the heart of Lisbon’s historic downtown. The neighborhood is full of character, and you can feel its long history reflected in the apartment itself, from the traditional doors and windows to the beautiful wood flooring. It really adds to the overall charm and sense of place. It’s also very convenient, with easy access to the subway and plenty of restaurants and pubs just steps away. The only downside is that it can get a bit noisy on weekend nights, so it may not be ideal if you’re looking for complete quiet. That said, the lively atmosphere is part of what makes the area feel so vibrant and exciting.

Poor communication/resolution of issues with property manager - When we arrived the Wi-Fi and TV were not working. I immediately contacted the property manager to notify them via email, phone and What's App. They did not answer my call and after some time responded by text through What's App stating this is their preferred method of communication and they only respond limited hours. I was informed there was an outage in the area, even though I could see other Wi-Fi networks showing availability. The next morning I contacted them again multiple times. I finally contacted VRBO directly and they facilitated the resolution of this with the property manager. The communication company needed to reset the network to solve this issue. This should have been completed upon arrival at my 1st request, not 24hrs later.On a positive note, the apartment is spacious, clean and has a lot of charm. It is in a great walking location with many coffee shops and restaurants in the near vicinity.If you are a light sleeper, do not take the front bedroom which is directly on the street - it is very noisy at night with foot traffic and garbage truck pick up.
