Cette beauté de la terrasse marine porte très bien son nom. Quelle belle vue, en effet !!

Entièrement rénovée, cette maison a été considérablement rénovée, avec du carrelage au sol, de riches boiseries, des plafonds avec poutres apparentes, de nombreuses fenêtres, entourant la magnifique vue. Le salon et le lit principal et la salle de bain se trouvent tous au niveau de l’entrée, face à la grande terrasse. Superbe cuisine en marbre et en acier inoxydable, avec vue sur le salon et au-delà sur l'océan. Ce plan est idéal pour une réunion de famille, des vacances mémorables et des escapades tranquilles.

En descendant les escaliers, vous entrez dans une pièce supplémentaire décorée pour les enfants. Il y a une grande télévision à écran plat, idéale pour regarder un DVD; et un cerceau avec des ballons de basket… très amusant!

La chambre des enfants, grâce à un ensemble de lits superposés et à un ensemble de lits superposés avec un lit bas complet et un lit double en haut, se trouve dans la chambre bonus. Juste à côté de la chambre avec lits superposés est une salle de bain complète et laveuse / sécheuse. Il y a une autre chambre d'amis, avec un lit queen size et une salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne. En bas, il y a un accès à une autre terrasse et à la cour arrière privée. Ponts, garage à gaz, vue sur l'océan, promenade jusqu'au ranch ou à la plage, télévision par câble dans le salon; les autres téléviseurs sont les téléviseurs intelligents, les DVD et le Wifi. Holidays in Cambria

We had a great vacation at the lovely Bella Vista home. The house had everything our two families needed - big dining table, fully stocked kitchen, pantry items, giant TV, hot tub, board games. The location was perfect - easy walk to Fiscalini Preserve, and short drive to the village of Cambria, beaches, and San Simeon. Highly recommend!

A nice home with a good view of ocean

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is very nice, but the basement area is weird. I know it is for kids, but the floors are too hard for rough housing. The yard needs work badly. The dishes are limited. More lighting is definitely needed. The screen in master bedroom needs attention.

Beautiful, comfortable home but beware of Downstairs

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Six of stayed in this house for 4 nights. It was roomy, had a comfortable living space, large dining table and deck with a view of the ocean which was all very nice. There was a musty odor when we first walked in so we immediately opened the patio doors for air. The downstairs, however, smelled AWFUL. It smelled of moisture and mildew and the sheets on the beds actually felt damp. One of the guests has asthma and only spent 1 night down there because she began coughing and wheezing. She slept on the couch the remainder of our time there. The rest of us stayed there for the remaining nights, but the odor never went away. There was a "Damp Rid" bag (to prevent moisture and mildew) hanging in each of the closets and they were both filled with water. Sleeping downstairs was very uncomfortable and not pleasant at all.

Magnificent Bella Vista

This is a beautiful property which surpassed my expectations!! We were two families visiting and had 4 kids and 1 baby. This property was super comfortable and the perfect fit for us. The kids loved the downstairs den and got a nice surprise to have the street fighter arcade game to play. We cooked in the evenings and the kitchen was really well stocked with everything we needed. We loved being able to walk to the nearby beaches and explore the rock pools. I would highly recommend this property to families looking to visit the Cambria area.

Great Multi-Generational Getaway

It was nice to have space to cook together, eat together, and play together. The home is clean and has plenty of cooking items, towels, etc. The kids loved the downstairs area and the hot tub. The view was spectacular and we were able to enjoy it from the many windows on the second floor.

Amazing Family Getaway

The house is beautiful, the pictures don’t do it justice! The oceanfront view from the balcony is amazing. Neighborhood is peaceful, we saw a few deers roaming during our stay. The house is perfect for families with young kids. Our kids loved the playroom a lot, that’s were we spent most of our time in. I did have a few questions along the way, they were quick and responsive. Check in and out was a breeze. I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family. I know we plan to come back per my son’s request!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time staying here. We were a group a 7 women and had plenty of space. The view is amazing from the dining area and balcony. The kitchen had all that you would need, but I’d recommend actually decluttering and organizing the kitchen a bit more. This is also a great space for a couple of families with young children. I would suggest, as others have, that the property owners do something with the backyard besides overgrown weeds. A simple concrete patio with a table and chairs would be nice. Also, please include on the hot tub guidance sheet that the chemicals will make the water green. We didn’t go in because of that at first and missed out on a couple of hours before someone’s called to tell us. This is a fantastic property, and I hope that the quality of the property doesn’t diminish over time.

Reviewer Comments: Everything was as expected besides the spa was green and not maintenance’s regularly like it was posted in the vacation rental description. It definitely needed a shock treatment and a thorough cleaning. I suggest if they are going to advertise it they should pay someone to keep it maintained and up to par or take it out of there because it’s kind of a tease to see it there and not be able to use it.

Amazing views

This property was located in the perfect neighborhood with the most breathtaking views. The home was spotless and just the right amount of space for a large group. Perfect way to start an elopement celebration. There was just enough space to allow the bride to get her hair and makeup done before heading to the venue.

Perfect Cambria Cottage with Amazing Views

We loved this property, the pics of the view didn’t do it justice. What an amazing location and just a short walk to the beach! The house was cozy and comfortable! The kitchen was the best I’ve seen of any rental with any kitchen item available for cooking large meals! Endless supply of towels, linens, paper towels and toilet paper. Very well stocked and set up! I’d definitely stay here again.

Great getaway

This is a lovely home with lots of great space. It is definitely one of the best outfitted kitchens I've stayed in for a rental property and had all the cooking utensils, pots/pans, etc. that we needed. The propane tank on the grill was not hooked up properly so we needed to fix that before we could use it, but other than that everything worked well. We enjoyed walking down to the tidepools and spending time at Moonstone beach, in Cambria, and along the coast. We were a little thrown off by the green color of the hot tub water; the management company assured us that was just because of the chemicals used to treat the water, but that didn't sound reassuring to us (especially given we have young kids) so we only used it briefly one night. But since the weather was warm and we were outside at the beach most of the day it was a minor disappointment. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend to others.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My partner and I booked a stay with his parents. The location was perfect, close to hiking trails, the beach, and downtown Cambria. The property was beautiful, the beds were comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook when we wanted to stay in. Plus the hot tub was AMAZING!! This would also be a great location for a family with kids because of the game room downstairs. The company was great to work with too. We had a mix up with the reservation and they were gracious in resolving the matter. I would definitely recommend using this company again and would absolutely come back to this property.
