Magnifique Ocean Ranch Villa

"Magnifique domaine de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bains à l'extrémité sud de Park Hill, connu sous le nom de" Seaclift Estates. À quelques pas des sentiers Fiscalini Ranch Bluff, des bassins de marée et du parc Shamel.

Cette maison joliment aménagée, ouverte et spacieuse, est très chaleureuse et accueillante. Il est conçu pour être apprécié en groupe, peut-être une réunion de famille, pour préparer de délicieux repas ensemble et pour se détendre tout en écoutant les vagues s’écraser à quelques mètres. La grande salle est élégamment meublée, le foyer étant la cheminée et le coin salon. La grande table de la salle à manger est à proximité et la cuisine serpente au coin de la rue pour beaucoup de préparation des repas. Il y a une salle de divertissement près de la cuisine, où vous trouverez une télévision à écran plat, un lecteur DVD et de nombreux sièges. Le canapé se transforme en couchette et une autre salle de bain complète se trouve juste à l'extérieur de cette pièce. Il y a une belle terrasse arrière, avec le Ranch comme arrière-cour. Regardez la lune se lever sur la colline et les cerfs brouter, juste derrière la maison. La table à manger et les chaises d'extérieur sont parfaites pour un barbecue. La table du petit déjeuner de la cuisine est juste derrière une porte en verre, avec une vue spectaculaire. Il y a une petite cour de beck magnifiquement aménagée, juste en bas de quelques escaliers.

La suite principale est à l'étage au niveau principal, avec un lit queen, une cheminée et une baignoire luxueuse. Vraiment une belle pièce pour se retirer, avec des murs de style ancien, faux-fini, comme une villa toscane.

Il y a deux chambres plus confortables en bas, une avec un lit queen, l'autre avec deux lits jumeaux. Dans le hall il y a une salle de bain complète et une buanderie séparée.

Il y a une terrasse avant du salon, avec des sièges pour regarder le coucher du soleil chaque nuit et sentir notre air frais de l'océan.

Cette maison est, comme son nom l'indique, une jolie villa, nichée entre l'océan et le ranch. Venez faire de magnifiques terrasses avant et arrière, barbecue à gaz, mobilier de salle à manger extérieur, TV, DVD, Wifi, laveuse et sécheuse, garage 2 voitures, vue sur l'océan et le ranch. souvenirs ici! Perfect location. House is a little tired.

The house was in a perfect location for what we wanted to do. It was clean and well stocked. It could use some refreshing- especially the pillows! The front windows were full of bird poop - impacted the view. Cambria is a cute little place and we loved all the trails and access to the trails from the house.

Beautiful ocean getaway

My family wanted to spend a week together by the ocean. We were a family of 6, including my 6 year old grand daughter. The home is beautifully setup. There are dishes and cooking paraphernalia a-plenty! We had no problem cooking for ourselves and serving meals when we wanted to. We frequent the area of Cambria often and this property's location is perfect to get to the beach or in town for shopping or dinner. There is also several hiking trails that take you along the coast line or in the hills slightly. Being early June, we saw many spouts and fins in the ocean. Not sure if they were dolphins or whales. I even saw one breach! We plan to return to this property again!

Large home in a wonderful location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this home, with the Fiscalini nature preserve on one side and a short distance to the ocean on the other, is spectacular. We love the layout of the home. The kitchen is extremely large. And it can sleep our extended family of 7. Some TLC is needed. The furniture upstairs is worn. Some mattresses need attention, especially on the fold-out, as others have noted. There are small issues: one of the bath drain handles does not work, downstairs sinks need regulators, etc. A basic Adirondack chair or two would make the deck more useful. The rental company was great as always.

Fabulous Place

Rented this home for my 70th Birthday. Family came to visit to help me celebrate. The home was lovely and large to accommodate a little celebration. The kitchen is awesome and plenty of room for those of us who were using it to not bump into each other. The bedrooms very comfortable. Slept well. Plenty of linens and the Kitchen has everything you need and then some. The location is the best. The backyard is the Fiscalini Ranch. Across the street is the ocean. Very lovely views. We had a lot of fun going on Fiscalini ranch walks. Shopping in town and dining was great. I was treated with a glass blowing lesson in nearby Harmony. It was fantastic. It was no problem to reach the Management Co. on the one occassion I did. It was an absolutely wonderful stay in a beautiful home in such a beautiful town.

Great Location. Dirty Windows.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I stayed for a week and did enjoy the home, for the most part. Here are the pros and cons of the property:Pros- Great location - Partial ocean view- Good size for family gathering- Short walk to beach and Fiscalini RanchCons- Smoke detector chirping. Called to replace battery and did not receive a call back. - Dirty windows with bird droppings all over them- Bird droppings all over driveway- Driveway very steep and cars dragged when parking- Tired and dirty furniture- Several of the blinds did not work and could not left/open them- Broken screen - Dirty exterior, including the deck- Hot water did not work on left side sink, in primary bathroom- Twin beds in guest room were credit when sleeping on them

Elegant property with sea view

A very large and elegant home in a beautiful neighborhood. Well supplied for any and all needs. Sea views from livingroom and master bedroom. Easy access to Fiscalinni Ranch walking trails. Even saw otter and whale spouts from the cliff trail.

Peaceful getaway

The home was comfortable for our family. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs (one with 2 twin beds) a full bath and a large laundry room. Upstairs-living area, kitchen, a spacious primary suite, den/tv room with its own bathroom and another 1/2 bath outside of the primary bedroom. The views from the living area were beautiful, particularly at sunset. The morning light and views of Fiscalini were wonderful from the breakfast table and rear deck, so peaceful! We enjoyed our stay!

The Girls’ Cambria getaway

Cambria is an annual getaway for several of just-us-girls. This year only 3 of us could make it, but it was still fun. Rummicube afternoons, a puzzle going all week. Cooking for just us girls, not picky family. And this house is perfect for all. We set up our puzzle in the Fiscalini view breakfast nook. This house has a giant dining room table. We kept a game of rummicube set up all week on one end, and kept the opposite end for dinners. And cooking in this kitchen is fabulous! It’s equipped almost as good as my own, we rarely want for anything. Each afternoon we take a walk through the Fiscalini Preserve - it starts just a block up from the house, but also runs all behind the house too. Most mornings and afternoons you can sit out on the deck and watch deer, and birds. The front deck is perfect for ocean view cocktails, as is the comfy living room. We do go out shopping, and occasionally enjoy the sights of Cambria, but coming back to this house everyday is such a treat!

Gorgeous house in an ideal setting

This place is an awesome stay in the wonderful town of Cambria. This very nice neighborhood is quiet with easy access to Fiscalini reserve. Can’t recommend enough for others to stay here. We will be back.

Wonderful Home

This house is fully prepared for families who want to grill and/or cook. Pots, pans and utensils were all provided. We thoroughly enjoyed the place. One tiny suggestion would be to replace the 2 twin beds with a single queen or king bed.

Magnificent Indeed!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I have been coming to Cambria for over 25 years. We even owned a vacation rental on Park Hill for several years. The Ocean Ranch Villa is probably the nicest house we've ever stayed in. We LOVED the HUGE kitchen - it's perfect for Thanksgiving or other holiday gatherings. The location is unbeatable: Ocean views out the front, Fiscalini Ranch views out the back. We love to hike Fiscalini when we visit so this location was extra special for us. The back deck was fantastic. Great place for morning coffee & breakfast - even in February! Although, we always make sure we hit Linn's for breakfast and sweet treats when we're in town. The Friday Farmers' market is great as well! One minor detail that could be improved: It would be great to have a TV in the main living room (connected to the dining area and kitchen). The current location in the small room in the back of the house isn't great for people who like to curl up on the couch in the evenings with a nice fire in the fireplace and a movie. We would happily stay here again any time!

Beautiful Oceanview Home

View incredible, but arrangement of bedrooms and bathrooms inconvenient for 3 people. Downstairs queen bedroom very noisy from water pipes being audible when any water being used. Thermostat not functioning due to lack of batteries. Double doors to deck on second floor wide open when we arrived.

Ocean Ranch Villa

Our stay at Ocean Ranch Villa was great. We had stayed at this particular property twice before COVID and imagine our surprise at all of the work that had been done to the inside! Loved all of the china and pottery. We had a great time in your well-stocked kitchen cooking our meals. We visit Cambria at least once a year and will definitely return to this property.

Beautiful Oceanview Home

Perfectly located near downtown Cambria with beautiful ocean views and direct access to Fiscalini Ranch Preserve and its breathtaking trails. Kitchen is a chef's dream and the house was very comfortable. The one and only drawback was the steepness of the driveway. We had a heck of a time maneuvering our way down without bottoming out. Otherwise, great property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Cambria for the last thirty years. It is a yearly sojourn that we look forward to. The Ocean Ranch Villa is spacious, clean, and has spectacular views which we all enjoy immensely. The closeness of Fiscalini Ranch Preserve is very appealing as we are all walkers. What a delightful way to start the day on the trails of the Ranch. The weather was absolutely beautiful this year adding to the joy of being outside is such an idyllic place. The ocean vistas and wildflowers were spectacular!Just a side note that doesn't need to be included in the review: the pull-out bed in the "TV" room needs a new mattress. The existing one is painfully thin. The springs can readily be felt making sleep difficult! Makes for a sore back in the morning.

The devil is in the detail

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I thought long and hard about writing this review. The house was clean, beautiful with gorgeous views but the Devil is in the detail. We traveled up with our 8 month old meeting both my parents and in-laws for a long weekend. What sold us on this house was the kitchen as we had planned to cook and eat our meals there. We have stayed in many VRBO’s and Airbnb’s in the past so knew the drill and brought our own groceries. It became very apparent that no one actually lived in this house. What the pictures don’t show are white plastic severely corroded kitchen faucets, janky kitchen appliances and no basics like foil. No blackout curtains throughout the entire house, so If you plan to spend any time in the living room or master bedroom, don’t do so when the sun is setting as it becomes blindingly bright and hot. Whoever owns the house has a very large collection of local art displayed throughout the house, but the living and dining room furniture is that of a college dorm. Our bathroom had a massive Kleenex box with one tissue. Seriously, 1 tissue. Ladies, if you plan to dry your hair, bring your own hair dryer as the one they provide looks like it was from the 70s and sounds like a hazard while on. The master shower faucet had zero pressure so we alI ended up using the bathroom down the hall. The contract stated no cars allowed to park on the street at any time though everyone else in the neighborhood appeared to do so. Hope you enjoy bottoming out every time you need to leave the house. I have never written a review like this. But I felt compelled to do so for the next renter. It’s a beautiful property, but for the price, we expected a bit more than what was delivered. Property management needs to up their game.

This trip was sad to see how the property has declined. One of the dining chairs was unsafe to sit in. The filters upstairs and downstairs for drinking water didn’t work. The water in the sinks downstairs was flood or none. The downstairs was dusty and caused some allergy issues. The furniture in the family room has seen better days. Carpet in master bedroom is dirty. Landscaping has been neglected. There’s more, but I think you get the point. Sad to say, we will not be back to this property. Location and views are nice, it’s just tired.

Great Home, But A Little Loving Care Is Needed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I really liked the home overall, but I feel a little constructive critique is warranted. A beautiful and spacious home. Large living area, but in order to watch TV, you have to go into a small dark bedroom made into a family room to watch the TV. Would have been nice to have the TV in the actual living area. All the furniture was old. Not worn, but well used. We are in our 70's and found it hard to get out of the chairs and sofas because they were so low and soft. The mattresses in the bedroom with the 2 singles were really soft and the mattress in the other downstairs bedroom was rock hard. Master bed was fine. There was a leaky faucet in the master bath and one of the light switches was hot to the touch. Possible problem.All that being said, I would rent this place again because of the location and the fact that is was very clean and well stocked with anything you needed.
