Ce charmant appartement est une solution idéale si vous souhaitez rester dans un logement très central. Toutes les beautés de la ville sont à une courte distance de marche. Dimora Leoni est situé au premier étage dans un palais historique du XIXe siècle.
Au-delà de la salle il y a un salon spacieux avec un canapé-lit double, une télévision et une table de cristal avec 4 chaises. Les deux portes-fenêtres mènent à un magnifique balcon avec des chaises et une table pour se détendre pendant que vous avez une bonne tasse de thé ou de café. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour agréable. Sur le côté opposé se trouve la zone de couchage composé d'une chambre spacieuse avec lit double et une petite terrasse. En outre, l'appartement dispose de la climatisation et wi-fi.

Such a wonderful location and the check in process was seamless. There is such a cute little bar right beside our building we stayed at, and it wasn't open late so it didn't keep us up on long day's touring. Good bed and wonderful view. Has everything you need in the kitchen. Would definitely stay here again Thank you for the wonderful stay

Apartment was fine - well located, clean and handy to all amenities. Make sure you read your check in instructions- the keys have to be picked from the managers office which is a 15-20 minute walk away from the apartment.

It was a good base. A bit sparse but we were hardly ever in so not a problem. Surprisingly quiet given it was over shops & bars. Bring your own loo paper!

Flat was in the centre, next to bus stops, regular buses to station. Good cafes and restaurants nearby. Noisy on the street side but the bedroom at the back was very quiet.

Probably our favorite property to stay at! The D. Verona staff were friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and very kind. They made us feel so welcome in their city within five minutes! The apartment is well-kept, with all the supplies you’ll need. It’s also at a perfect location for walking almost everywhere you need to go! We fell in love with the apartment and will definitely come back.

This apartment is in a great location, with a great view, and it was clean. Note that the rental office and apartment are in separate locations, so you will have to travel a mile or so between the two. Very friendly host.

Beautiful view from this apartment. Easy to walk throughout the town. Check-in is about 10-15 min walk away from this apartment but was seamless. In Italy, you have to sign a temporary lease. This was new for me so some things are outside VRBO. Good restaurants nearby. Verona has many tourists even before the opera season starts. Quiet building despite this. Bus station right outside the apt. No bells ringing from the church ;)

Beautiful Verona

This was a great property! Perfect location for walking to all of the places we wanted to see. The neighborhood around it was safe, reasonably quiet and right across the street from San Fermo. The check in process was excellent - they even waited for us in the office after our train from Bologna was delayed. The apartment itself was exactly right - nice big living area and quiet bedroom. The bathroom was big and the kitchen had everything we needed. a bonus was the balcony which was very nice for coffee in the morning and a nightcap after a long day of touring. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

Great location

Great wee flat that is walking distance from everything in the old town. Bus right outside, (buy tickets from the tabacco shop downstairs) takes you to the train station. We did this for a day trip to Venice. Very easy. If you are in town in the summer look out for cheap tickets to the opera in the arena. Very reasonable, €30 and quite an experience. Do buy cushions though, centuries old stone seating needs a bit of softening.

Great location

The apartment was sterile, not homey or welcoming. It was clean with peculiar "art" works on the walls (my husband and I art retired Professors of Art). No end or coffee tables. No salt, pepper, oil, or other basics. Very clean, and Guilia was charming and very helpful, especially when we couldn't get on line.

Dear Linda, as we rent self catering apartments we always provide our guests with bed linen and towels. On the contrary, we don't usually provide other basics like oil, salt or pepper, but we are happy to bring them, if requested. We are also really sorry to hear that you found the apartment sterile: the "art" on the walls is by a painter from Verona, and our intent was to give personal touches to the apartment, instead of showcasing the usual premade "art" posters .

The apartment is in a great location, within walking distance of all the great sights. We pretty much walked the whole city with our 7 years old daughter. The cafe downstairs is a great find, super friendly staff and delicious coffee and orange juice. Bus stop is straight across the road for bus back to airport. The downsides were the smell of gas from the kitchen. We did raise our concerns but were told the apartment had new carbon monoxide alarms, nevertheless it was quite overpowering so we ended up having our daughter in the main bedroom as we didn’t want her breathing in it overnight. When we were in we had the doors open to the veranda the whole time to ventilate. I dropped an earplug on the bedroom floor which unfortunately went under the bed, on bending down to retrieve it I was a bit surprised at the dirt and fluff under the bed. It was the same under the living room unit under the tv. I had to wash the glasses before I could use them as they were dirty. It is very noisy in the evenings with we expected being in the city so if you are staying on the sofa bed I’d recommended ear plugs! We enjoyed spending time on the veranda in the evenings. Listening to the swifts and watching life. We enjoyed our stay but it could have been made better with attention to detail.

Great Location in a nice appartment

Location is five spare and the apartment with the balcony overlooking San Fermo Church is fantastic. 10' walk to Piazza Erbe and 5' walk to Giulietta's house. Dealing with the property managers was easy. We had a broken kitchen light which they managed to fix the same day. Despite being on a busy street the apartment is quite and I really enjoyed the balcony. On the downside: I would like to echo some of the previous comments: It would not take much to get a five star review: Like having an additional sofa or two and a coffee table so four people could actually sit together. The kitchen was poorly equipped: There was a single glass of wine, a single espresso cup and an eclectic mix of china and no towels for drying dishes. Being advertised for four people I would expect a full set of dishes and glasses including a coffee maker for four people. Again, a great appartement and with just a little bit of an investment by the owner this would easily get five stars. If you plan to use the iron: Be aware the iron's plug will only work on the kitchen.

Gute Lage schlechter Service

Normalerweise findet eine Schlüsselübergabe vor Ort statt oder es gibt ein Schlüsselsafe. Dann schickt man noch Fotos von den Ausweisen an den Vermieter und alles passt. Hier wird man vor Anreise aufgefordert, sich selbst anzumelden. Richtig geärgert hat uns, dass wir nachdem wir unser Auto in der 10 Min. entfernten Tiefgarage geparkt und das Domizil aufgesucht hatten, feststellen mussten, dass man den Schlüssel an einer anderen Adresse abholen sollte. Dieses war zu Fuß 25 Min. entfernt was bei 35 Grad echt anstrengend war. Dann gab es kein heißes Wasser. Okay kann passieren. Am Abend kam jmd. von der Hausverwaltung. Am nächsten Morgen war dann der Techniker dabei. Und an unserem letzten Tag hat man uns tatsächlich gefragt, ob es uns stören würde, wenn der Techniker die Therme reparieren würde, was zwei Stunden in der Mittagszeit bedeutet hätte. Da haben wir dann auf die warme Dusche verzichtet. Positiv ist durchaus die Lage der Wohnung. Diese ist recht großzügig und sagen wir funktional eingerichtet. Besonders nett war, dass jemand von der Hausverwaltung uns die Tickets für die Oper ausgedruckt hat! Aus diesen Gründen geben wir noch drei Sterne.

Dear Edith, we believe that you have had all the time possible to evaluate that the check-in takes place in another place than the location of the apartment. Also, we stayed in touch for months prior to her arrival and you had plenty of time to evaluate this. We have been doing our job for 10 years and we do it with the utmost commitment and no guest had ever complained. As for the boiler, we know that when you rent an apartment there can be some technical problems. Although it was the week of August 15th, a very important holiday in Italy, we were able to find a solution immediately but you, as you say, did not want us to come to replace the boiler and we had to postpone our intervention.

Lage der Wohnung ideal. Die Klima-Anlage super; nur die Küche sollte besser ausgestattet sein. z.B. war die Espresso-Maschine nur für eine Person ausgelegt was Schwierigkeiten bei zwei Personen darstellte. Es fehlte eine Kaffee- bzw. Teekanne, ebenso eine Kaffemaschine für Filterkaffee und beim Besteck fehlten Messer. Aber sonst waren wir mit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden.

Great apartment, great location, great service

The property is great and has all you could need or want during a stay in Verona including AC,heat, WiFi , terrace, large rooms etc. The location is fantastic and central to everything. Also the service from the property manager is exceptional should you have any questions or issues. Parking is at a lot only ten minutes walking and 10 Euro per day if you tell them where you are staying which is the cheapest and best option you will find in Verona.

Vi ble tatt godt i mot ved utlevering av nøkler og fikk god informasjon om leiligheten. Den lå veldig fint til i strøk med atmosfære og nær elven. Leiligheten var ren og pen med lite kjøkken, stort stue og et pent og ryddig bad med dusj,vask, bide' og toalett. Godt utstyrt. Soverommet lå mot bakgård og var meget stille. Kjøkken var nok utstyrt for oss, som ikke brukte det til å lage store måltider. Balkongen lå mot hovedgate og små restauranter og en vakker kirke. Et bord og to stoler. Ligger perfekt til med hensyn til historiske sentrum. Vi var meget førnøyd.

Absolutely perfect!

The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfy. The bed was really comfortable. The view from the balcony was fantastic, right in the middle of things and perfect for people watching. Location was perfect - walking distance to everywhere. We would absolutely stay again and would definitely use Dimore Verona again. The people at Dimore were professional, friendly and very organised.

First trip to verona

The place as great. It's centrally located to all shops, sights and restaurants and bus stop. We enjoyed the apartment- it has everything we needed. Like the balcony to seat and watch people walking and enjoying my wine. The place is clean and comfortable. Will recommend this place to family.
