Chaussée coin 2 chambres / unité de 2bathroom abord avec sols en marbre poli, véranda avec table et chaises. Master suite avec vue sur la mer / piscine. Deuxième chambre disponible en deux lits jumeaux ou un roi. Sortez par la porte de l'écran sur la terrasse de la piscine et juste une promenade loin de sable fin que vous aurez jamais mis les pieds dans! Grace Bay Beach a été nommé le numéro un plage du monde deux années de suite. Le complexe 18 unitaire est niché entre le luxueux Grace Bay Club et Royal West Indies avec des équipements disponibles à la fois. Le complexe est calme et reposant, pas une station animée en bord de mer avec une vaste et pas en compétition pour les chaises! Condo mène à terrasse de la piscine / jacuzzi patio et gazebo avec vue sur l'océan hamac. Pratique pour l'épicerie, des restaurants et des boutiques. Amazing Property!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. It was spotlessly clean, thoughtfully decorated, and incredibly well stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to visit again!

Our favorite place

Our stay was perfect. Everything was made easy. The unit and the grounds are beautiful. We were able to walk to restaurants, which we enjoyed. We felt very safe, and we will definitely be back!

Very nice !

This is the second time we have stated the Grandview. First time in this unit. Very convenient to just walk out to the beach. The condo is very nicely decorated and equipped. It is a convection stove so I did not have experience working on that, but figured it out. The refrigerator has its own filter so it was nice that we didn't have to work with water bottles, etc. plenty of towels and good communication.. Very enjoyable stay! Love the Granview propert . The grounds are well cared for and the beach chairs and umbrellas were always plentiful.!

Vacay on Grace Beach

Clean and spacious condo with every amenity right in front of beautiful Grace Bay beach. Property is small but lovely with a nice pool area and gardens. Food is surprisingly expensive in this area, but that goes with the territory….A most enjoyable beach holiday - highly recommended.

Beautiful property

Perfect property for us. We like small, quiet locations. Jing was so helpful when we arrived. Being able to store our luggage for a couple hours after checkout was wonderful as our flight was late afternoon. Everything was clean and nice. We loved the location.

A true gem on Grace Bay!

Everything about this property was wonderful! It was so clean and well cared for. We rented a car for the week which made it easy to get groceries and be able to cook most of our meals from home. The kitchen is very well stocked. We loved the ease of the walkout on the main level to the pool/jacuzzi/beach, especially with kids. Even from the main level we could still see the stunning blue ocean water. We appreciated the screened in patio to avoid bugs at dawn and dusk. The beachside umbrellas and chairs were fabulous to enjoy and there were always plenty of them available. We felt this location was nice and quiet and perfect what we were looking for with our family of four!

Wow! What a place!

My husband and I are our 19 and 16 year old kids stayed. Beautiful place. The view is amazing. Steps from the beach. The community is clean and quiet. The pool and the hot tub were never crowded. The beach is beautiful with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. Great location close to restaurants and attractions. Owner was very responsive to questions! Highly recommend

Fabulous relaxing vacation

Met Jing at the home. She was wonderful and extremely helpful. The home was very clean, quiet and comfortable. We walked steps to one of the most beautiful beaches. Would love to return for a longer visit. Cannot say enough about this property, location and Jing!

Beautiful Grace Bay

AMAZING! I can’t say enough wonderful things about this condo. It is spacious, clean, nicely decorated, everything we needed in the kitchen, great beach towels, awesome master bathroom, well maintained pool and hot tub, and just steps to the MOST BEAUTIFUL beach. The host was quick to reply to my questions before and during our stay. Such a wonderful property! Exceeded our expectations.

Paradise

We had an incredible stay at Therese’s condo in Grace Bay! The condo and the location surpassed our expectations. The condo was modern and beautifully decorated with more than enough room for my family of five. We had access to a gorgeous stretch of beach with lounge chairs and umbrellas set up everyday. My kids also enjoyed swimming in the pool which was just steps away. Restaurants and shopping were close by, as well. We would absolutely choose to stay at Therese’s again!

Perfect trip to Grace Bay

Absolutely wonderful stay in a beautiful condo. The condo was well-stocked, beautifully decorated and incredibly clean. We had a wonderful vacation and the location was close to all, yet felt peaceful and private. The property manager (Jing) was so nice and very responsive. It was a perfect vacation on the most beautiful beach. Can’t wait to come back!

We had the absolute best week here. Everything in the description is accurate! The location on the first floor could not be better and the condo was well equipped to meet all our needs and more. I would say this is the best rental we have ever had anywhere!!

Hidden Gem

It was absolutely perfect for us. Quiet, gorgeous condo, beach was beautiful and they have chairs and umbrellas set up in the private beach area for guests. No fighting over beach chairs. It was the best set up we’ve ever had on vacation. Steps to the pool, huge hot tub and 30 second walk to the beach. I’m so glad we stayed here. It’s right next to the Grace Bat Club so we walked through there each night to get to restaurants and shops. Definitely recommend bringing a checked bag with food and groceries since the food it quite expensive on the island. The kitchen had everything we needed. Jing was fabulous and helped us arrange cabs and give us information on anything we needed. I highly recommend this property.

This is our second stay! Everything was perfect again!!! We will be returning next year as well!!! Jing is AWESOME!! We celebrate my husband’s birthday year and she always brings the BEST CAKE!!! The condo is perfect, and everything you need plus more!

Best Honeymoon Trip

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and absolutely fell in love with the place. The property manager (Jing) & owner (Therese) were both very informative and super responsive. Jing even greeted us with Rum punch & lovely Happy Honeymoon cake. She gave us a tour and run down of the place, along with great lunch recommendations. The place was super clean and location was amazing - just a quick walk and you’re right on Grace Bay Bewch (umbrellas,tables and lounge chairs provided and already setup). You can see the clear blue caribbean sea from the patio and master bedroom (we sooo miss waking up to those views). Grace Bay is now one of our favorite beaches - we took many walks along the beach. We rented a car and loved that all the places we went to were only a 5-20 min drive. But there’s plenty of places close that are walkable - Pelican Bay is right next door and they have a really nice happy hour and food was good as well- had breakfast there serval mornings. We will definitely be back to this amazing beach spot!

Amazing!

Everything about Therese’s place was amazing! The location is great being so close to restaurants and within walking distance to shops and right on the beach. The kitchen was so well stocked and they generously provided paper towels, laundry detergent and more! Therese was so flexible with us when our flight was cancelled and Jing was very welcoming and helpful. Even surprised us with a cake for celebrating a birthday! The condo is beautiful and we hope to go back again soon! It was perfect for our family.

Perfect Condo on Amazing Beach

The condo was clean, bright, spacious, fully-equipped and located right on the amazing Grace Bay beach. The property manager greeted us and could not have been more helpful to first-time Turks and Caicos visitors like us. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub and took advantage of the restaurants at the adjacent resort hotels. I highly recommend this condo. My only hesitation in singing its praises is that it might not be available to us the next time we return. A truly awesome stay!

You wrote down the wrong dates: we were there from March 15 to 21, 2024. It was what we wanted and needed. Right on an amazing beach and within walking distance to several restaurants. Doesn’t get any better

Updated, spacious and spotless unit. All amenities are available, location is spot on - beachfront and next door to the Grace Bay Resort. Within walking distance to restaurants and market. Personalized meet and greet and quick response by owner and on-site management were first class. Quality in all respects.

We landed on Providenciales about 20 years ago in a small private plane on our way to St. Marten. We stopped for lunch after about 8 yours of flying in the small plane took one look at the amazing beach and scenery and cancelled our St. Marten accommodations! We've been coming back ever since with our family of five from Michigan. We have always dreamed of owing property on the island but life just kept getting in the way until now!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We stayed this past Christmas at The Grandview after visiting this island over the last 20 years. We loved the location and quiet complex with wonderful restaurants within walking distance. It is our favorite part of the beach, wider and more private than further along Grace Bay. The complex has everything we enjoy in a beach vacation and the island has wonderful access to great diving/snorkeling/kite surfing. The restaurants are fabulous and the locals are warm and friendly!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The proximity to the exclusive Grace Bay Club is an added bonus. The resort is spectacular at night with torch lit bars and restaurants, cozy niches to sit and star gaze next to a blazing fire pit with an after dinner cocktail. We are within walking distance to at least a dozen fine restaurants as well as a 15 minute walk to Graceway IGA for groceries. Shops are within 10 minutes walking and more further down at Salt Mill Plaza within 20 minute walk.
