Great place to stay

Lovely apartment, very clean, close to bars and restaurants. Communication very good at all times. Letting us have a late check out, because of late flight, meant an extra day of holiday. Would definitely stay again.

Love this place

Stayed in Playa Bastian many times and always love these apartments. Apartment is well equipped and comfortable. Lovely and quiet and very close to some nice bars and restaurants. Only a short walk to beach and main square and near to bus stops and taxi rank. Always very quiet at night. A great place to stay.

We both had a super time in Paul’s apt Casa Verdes is a lovely complex so peaceful The only complained was the weather was too hot ( not your fault Paul )

We've had a fabulous stay. The apartment is lovely and well equipped with everything you need.Well situated and within easy walking distance of the main centre of the resort. There are some excellent bars and restaurants on the doorstep and there is ample parking.Paul, the host has been excellent. Very easy to get hold of if needed and nothing is any trouble for him.We will definitely return and recommend to friends and family. Thankyou

Late winter break

Lovely apartment on well maintained, secure complex. The pool and gardens were kept immaculate. Apartment was as advertised and was very clean and comfortable. Weekly change of bed linen and towels and cleaning. Supermarket over the road and the beach within a couple of minutes walk. Plenty of restaurants to choose from nearby as well as one on site. Very enjoyable stay.

Lovely apartment exactly as described. Pool area excellent and well looked after and plenty of sun loungers. Close to supermarket, restaurants and bars. Would highly recommend and would definitely return. Thank you for an amazing chilled holiday in your apartment.

Good location, nice spacious apartment, would definitely recommend. Be warned if you've a late flight theres nowhere to leave your cases while you wait to go to the airport.

Clean apartment with all that is required for self catering. Very quiet residential complex but located very near beach, restaurants and shops. Host, Paul ,easily accessible by phone if any problems and responds very quickly. Suitable for wheelchar user - no steps to access back or front of apt and no steps to the pool, area. Great restaurant and bar just round the corner to the left of the supermarket Parallel World definately worth a visit.

Extremely comfortable and well equipped large apartment. Super king size comfortable bed in a large bedroom. Plenty pots and pans in the kitchen with cleaning cloths etc. The living room and dining room was extremely large and had a comfy large settee with an excellent TV with largest selection of channels that we have ever seen. Lovely selection of books to browse. Large patio overlooking a very well kept swimming pool and garden. The complex is very private and secure in the Playa Bastian area with about a 15 minute stroll into town however, there are several bars and restaurants in the area. We would highly recommend this apartment and will definitely stay again if we return to Lanzarote. Thanks Paul for a fantastic stay!

Ideal location and very quiet.

All within 100m; beach, pool, parking lot, restaurants and the groceries store open until 10pm. 👍 Ground floor apartment with it’s orientation allow to enjoy sitting outside on the terrace, protected from the wind and the hard sun if noon time. In complement, parking lot right from the door. Don’t hesitate...

L'appartement était à la hauteur de nos espérances et extrêmement bien situé. La résidence est très bien placée, très calme, près de toutes commodités. La situation géographique est idéale, au centre de l’île et permet de graviter vers tous les points intéressants. L'appartement est super agréable, tout refait à neuf, bien équipé, bien orienté, face à la piscine ... Nous avons découvert cette île méconnue pour nous dans un confort très agréable. Nous recommandons vivement cet appart, avec des propriétaires serviables et avenant. Prêts à repartir .... :)

La ubicación era perfecta, en el centro de la Isla y muy cómoda para llegar a todos los sitios. El propietario fue muy amable y atento. La propiedad es amplia y muy fácil de aparcar. Las zonas comunes limpias, pero la piscina no es climatizada. Lo único que no me gustó fue el sillón cama muy incómodo y un sólo ventilador no era suficiente, porque hacía calor.

Lovely clean and well equipped apartment on beautiful complex. Owner excellent communication despite our problems with repatriation due to Covid 19 restrictions. Paul went out of his way to help us and we are due to stay again later in the year fingers crossed. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying here. Thanks Paul.

Sorry to say we won't be back nice location handy for restaurant supermarkets beach but not very well maintained bedroom damp bathroom no window no extractor fan lounge seating so uncomfortable no welcome pack or information it's a shame it could be better with a bit more thought

Great place!

We just loved this place! Paul was very helpfull from the start, if we had any questions we could always contact him. The house itself was great. Very clean, it has everything you need (and even more!), the internet is very fast and works great. Best thing is the pool is only 5 meters away from the house and the beach just a 3 minute walk. The pool is also very clean and the garden just looks amazing! You can park your car near the house, supermarket and restaurants are in walking distance. We would definitly go back to Paul's place when we go to Lanzarote again, it's just a great place to stay!

We are gated, offering a good level of security and easy access to the pool area.
