Ce gîte a «chaque» chose que vous devez, d'une cuisine entièrement équipée grâce au Wifi et smart TV, s.

Probablement l'un des endroits les plus convoités de rester sur le côté plage de La. Avec la facilité d'accès, l'emplacement et l'ambiance élégante. "LA Weekly"

Charmant chalet de 2 chambres privée, niché dans un quartier tranquille juste à côté de toutes les plages et les autoroutes

1. 5 blocs de marche de boutiques branchées, restaurants, cinémas, restaurants, bars.

Idéalement situé aux villes de plage dans les deux directions. Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach sur le côté sud, Marina Del Rey, Venice Beach à l'Ouest et Santa Monica sur le côté nord. Supprimé, mais pas trop loin de l'agitation du centre-ville de Los Angeles et Hollywood.

Depuis le 1er juin 2017, notre stationnement est autorisé. Il y a beaucoup de places de stationnement dans la rue juste devant, mais vous devez utiliser les permis que nous vous fournissons pour éviter d'avoir un billet. Les permis sont suspendus à l'arrière de la porte d'entrée. A défaut de les retourner entraînera une déduction de 250 $ de votre dépôt. Ils sont très difficiles à remplacer.

    Short stay

    Davida was very helpful. We had some problems and she was very nice and was there for us. A good location and easy to get to many things.

    Awww 3 stars is disappointing...Guests arrived, stayed 1 hour said there was a odd smell and that the guest has medical issues and is highly sensitive...then left. Despite not being required to, we refunded them money when a new guest booked. NEVER before or after has there been a complaint of a smell as you can see from ALL reviews.

    Stay was good

    I was pretty happy with the stay but they didn’t have air conditioning available and it made the nights pretty hot.

    Great Place

    This is a cool place to stay. The outside was great, we loved the hot tub. Beds were amazing, so comfortable. That is hard to find in rentals. It was close to a lot of things. Only thing that would have been nice is more kitchen stuff, probably more me than anything and I made it work. That is probably the only thing you could say. Great place and I would stay here again.

    had a really nice stay. great location for our purpose

    we came for our daughter's graduation from USC, so close enough, but far enough. we had a couple people over for a low key cookout. great space for that. the pantry was a bit low in terms of corkscrew's, etc.. There were times that we needed something...pepper, for instance, and of course, it was chilly at night and it would have been nice to have propane for the gas heater....but we moved inside and had fun. Great outdoor space. very private. we'd go bak again

    great location and still private

    This is a great place to stay. We enjoyed a long weekend there. It's close to a lot of great sites, yet it's in a quiet area. The street had plenty of parking. We got a spot right in front the house each night. The backyard and hot tub were relaxing. The landscaping and fence gives a lot of privacy, even though it's in a neighborhood. We stayed in late January, Being from Chicago, it was a great break from the cold. We would stay here again for sure. The host contacted me a few times via email, before and during our stay. I was given a contact number and was told to contact them at any time. We didn't have any issues, so i didn't call. It was nice to know though. I felt like there they genuinely cared about making our stay a good experience. There's a movie theater, restaurants, shopping mall and grocery store close by. All within walking distance. This was great. The beaches are close too. We enjoyed our stay

    40th Birthday Celebration with the guys.

    I just celebrated my 40th birthday party with my brother, brother in laws and a friend from back east. The location is perfect if you want to experience Venice Beach, and Santa Monica Beach. The proximity to these spots along with getting downtown to see a Lakers game was very good. The LAX airport is very close and shopping around the home is great. We really enjoyed the central location for what we wanted to do. We hit Beverly Hills also which was not to far. If you want to see the Hollywood Stars near the popular Chines Theater then this might not be the best location if you spend all your time in Hollywood as it was a drive from this location. But if you want to really experience the beaches and parts of Downtown LA then this is a premiere spot. The home was in good shape and the outside area was very enjoyable and usable. We would use this home again. Also would be a great place for kids which I have two small children. The parking in front was easy and getting around was great. The area was also clean and seemed very safe. The host of the home was very helpful and accommodating.

    Rich was fabulous to have as a guest! He took great care of our home and left it the way he found it, in clean and great condition! Rich was a great communicator and responded quickly when contacted. There really isnt much else to say. A great guest is just a great guest. And he is one I would highly recommend. You can feel confident that you have a quality guest in Rich.

    Superb accommodation located just minutes from Venice Beach. The accommodation is very well equipped, with the huge plus: the jacuzzi. We had a very good stay in Los Angeles partly thanks to this great accomodation.

    Jolie petite maison, au calme avec place de parking. Tout était parfait, la maison était propre, très bonne literie. Les photos correspondent bien à la réalité. Nous avons bien apprécié la terrasse avec le jacuzzi et le barbecue. Nous avons passé 4 jours magnifiques, nous étions proches de la plage Venice Beach, des supermarchés, de très bons restaurants à Marina Del Rey. Je recommande vraiment cette location.

    Paradise in the concrete jungle.

    It was all we wanted and more. Parking was easy. Access was simple. We felt like movie stars. Simple. Elegant. Refreshing. A great escape with a private experience. Go grocery shopping nearby for supplies and great dining. But you might not want to leave. We wanted to extend our stay.

    Fantastic!

    The property was exactly as advertised. The location is perfect. Close to the airport and Marina Del Ray. Easy parking on the street. The property manager, Davida, made it easy to get into the house was quick to respond by email if we had any questions. We spent most of our time outside on the deck and in the hot tub.

    Another wonderful stay

    Our second time staying at the property and it was every bit as good as the first. Great location, walkable to many shops and cinemas, central to many LA areas of interest and a wonderful property with all the amenities you could need! Davida is so responsive and everything was very smooth. We hope to be back again soon.

    Location, location, location

    This house was PERFECT for our vacation. It is just a hop, skip and a jump away from everything you will want to do. The house itself is very fun and relaxing. Spent a lot of time using the patios and hot tub. Communication with the owner was easy and we received responses to any concerns immediately. I would recommend this location to everyone.

    Lovely home with beautiful tropical outdoor space. We thoroughly enjoyed being able to unwind and take advantage of the relaxing outdoor space and hot tub after a long day of sightseeing. Perfect for our family of 4 ! Owner was readily accessible and her welcome beverages were a pleasant surprise. Great location and surroundings! Would definitely stay here again:)

    Great location. Great little home.

    Terrific manager and communication from her. Very welcoming. Extremely clean which is for me the most important quality of a rental. Home is perfect size for four and very conveniently located near Beaches and mountains and canyons. We hiked and visited multiple beaches. I would appreciate more cooking utensils and sharp knives. Living room seating is ok and nearing aging-out. Overall, highly recommend!

    It was wonderful! Quaint spot beautiful backyard with wonderful foliage the Whirlpool was the BEST

    I wish I could put 4 1/2 Stars it was wonderful! We had such a great time! It was a perfect little get away tucked in a garden of beautiful foliage! The beds were extremely comfortable and very spacious. We loved our privacy but loved being so close to so many attractions and 18 minutes from the airport! We loved having so many towels and wash cloths very convenient! The shower was great! The only things that would make it easier are a little better directions to the TV and for the laundry machine and the dryer even if you left the manuals :) In the kitchen add a spatula , colander and kitchen shears or scissors. Also 3 more 16 oz glasses there was only 1 there. Thank you for the extras of beer ice, water and pop in the refrigerator! To summarize the experience was wonderful!

    Perfect spot for a 45th birthday celebration!

    Comfortable home with lovely outdoor area. The parts of California we love we got with this home. We picked a lemon and lime from the tree in the back yard to go with our drinks. We would love to return. Communication was top notch.

    Great place to base your la trip

    Second time we have stayed here. The bungalow is ideal. Lovey deco etc. The host left us some essentials on the fridge for when we arrived, beer, wine, milk. The location is a perfect base for visiting all of la. We had a car so it was easy to get around. Always seemed like a 20min drive to any hotspots, downtown, Hollywood etc . There is supermarkets, fast food, restaurants, coffee shops all in walking distance . Can’t wait to stay again
