We had a fantastic stay at this Ocean City condo! The unit was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. Communication with the host was excellent, and everything was seamless from check-in to check-out. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ocean City!

Absolute 5-star experience! Bill's house was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. He is a stellar host with quick communication, and the neighbors are incredibly friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property!

I've never had a host call to welcome me to their property! William did that. He also provided his cell number. I felt the shower liners could have been cleaner (at least in master bedroom... stains/spots towards top) and the faucets were dated... while they worked they seemed questionable. There was significant dust/crumbs under the master dresser too. That probably falls on cleaning crew. I appreciated the well stocked kitchen! And also the use of linens. However we had to wake up extra early in order to wash all we used. It seems the that should be included in my cleaning fee. William did ensure me the cleaning crew would dry the linens (as we couldn't stay until they dried) The location of this condo is amazing!!!! People watching being right on boardwalk was the best! The elevator and luggage carts were so appreciated! Overall this was a great spot! And a great experience! Would for sure recommend!

Great place to stay for a family vacation. Great location on the beach. It was so convenient to be able to walk out the front door and access the boardwalk. Will likely stay here again.

Very convenient and well appointed. Furnished beautifully. No smoke detector seen anywhere. Its very quiet inside. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Thanks for the review. The condo building has an automatic sprinkler system that has sensors in every unit but the sensors are not the typical ones used for a private residence.

The location could not have been better - convenient parking as well - what we did not expect was to make our own bed when we arrived but we made due - the bed was a little uncomfortable and the bath linens could used to be refreshed but other than that the stay was nearly perfect

WOW! This was the best place I have ever stayed at in Ocean City. Super clean, very comfy, and just a 10 out of 10 in every way possible. Right on the boardwalk with an ocean view and very accessible to the beach for those with mobility issues. Not super loud out front at all. The owner is great too.

It was like staying at your own home! Everything we needed was there. It was clean and the instructions from the host were clear and accurate! The host also responded quickly to answer any questions we had. We had a GREAT time! It was so nice and close to so many things!

We stayed early in June for the Air Show. Our location was perfect for the show, entertainment, and shopping. Bill, our host, was awesome! He was on top of everything. Our family highly recommends this property!!

Location, location, LOCATION!! Everything about this was PERFECT!Condo was spotless and included everything you could possibly need for a beach stay. Everything is right there. No need to drive anywhere! Walk out your slider onto the boardwalk. Beach, restaurants, bars, ice cream, shops…if you need it, it’s right there. Bill is an excellent host. Easy communication and he shared a few helpful tips to enhance our stay. All around wonderful vacation! We will definitely be back!

Perfect Location!!

We were all impressed with the facility and working with the owner was an absolute pleasure. I am very happy we choose this location and if we ever return to Ocean City we will be looking up Bill for a rental. Thank you, John Wilkinson New Jersey
