Situé dans une zone avec une abondance de boutiques, bars et restaurants et se trouve à 12 minutes à pied de la plage de sable la plus proche. La piscine chauffée électriquement est entourée d'une terrasse tranquille meublée avec des chaises longues confortables et en plein air salle à manger. Un grand bain à remous privé en contrebas est disponible pour que le massage bain relaxant et hydro après une dure journée au soleil. Fantastic villa

Villa La Perla is a fantastic villa to stay in! It has everything you could need plus more to keep you entertained. It’s a short walking distance to Puerto del Carmen & the old town so either is close by. Jill is a great host and she came round within minutes of us arriving to explain everything and show us how things worked. Would definitely book again!

Perfect location

Lovely villa in a great location just minutes from PDC, the old town harbour and Puerto Calero. Big rooms, good bathrooms and lots of outside space. Pool heating superb as was hot tub.

Amazing holiday

Best villa I have stayed in.

I visit Lanzarote two or three times a year and this is quite simply the best, most luxurious villa I have stayed in. It lacks nothing. Hope to return very soon.

Spring break.

Luxurious villa ideal for small groups or large family holidays , fantastic outdoor area the pool & hot tub are super , plenty of seating areas aswell, villa is well equipped for your stay if eating in or going to the many lovely restaurants, all bedrooms very spacious with plenty of storage & all with own bathrooms , overall a fabulous villa & would stay again and highly recommend.

Beautiful Villa

Excellent time staying here and will certainly return. Villa is very spacious, clean and modern with everything you need. Added surprise of welcome pack as we landed very late which was much appreciated. Great location with easy walk to the town, taxi home to save the uphill walk (as we were lazy) was very cheap and easy. Communication with Jill was effortless and would highly recommend. Stunning villa and great location.

Excellent week

Villa Perla lived up to its classy advertisement and truly was a 5 star villa. We travelled as a party of 9 and all guests shared the same opinion about the property. 1 week was simply not long enough. All guests made full use of the pool and hot tub and we even managed to sneak in a couple of BBQ's in the warm winter sun. All in all a great property and holiday!!!

This guest tried get away with not paying for a late check wishing to vacate the villa at 20.00 hrs on his day of departure The price for an extra day should have been 327.00 pounds, but we gave a special price of 150.00 pounds however, he expected to stay for an extra day free of charge. When approached for payment he threatened to submit a bad review on the internet. Also the fees he mentioned were charged by HomeAway and not by us. Luckily, all the other reviews for this villa are 5 stars and not the 3 stars that he has given. 60% of our guests are repeat guests so we must be doing something right, but he will not be one of those special guests to return to any of our villas in the future. I only wish the guest had the balls to put the threat to write a bad review in writing, so i could pursue a legal response that this individual deserves. The review was not because the villa was inadequate or at fault in any way but as a result of a vindictive individual. So finally: To our future guests take no notice of this individual and peruse the truthfully written reviews that appear on this site Roy Davies

Perfect Family Villa

This villa , which has recently had a substantial amount spent on upgrading can only be described as one of the best for a large family that we have stayed in. Every modern extra is available and the TV package even included Sky Sports and hundreds of up to date films. the Pool and hot tub got constant use, as did the pool and table tennis tables. The layout of the bedrooms is such that everybody feels they have their own space. The Management team are always on hand should there be any problems, however small. overall "we could not have asked for anything more." Thank you for enabling us to have such a wonderful holiday.

Great break at Villa la Perla

The villa was exactly as described - excellent in all respects. Communications with Jill beforehand were really good, especially as the holiday had been postponed twice due to COVID. The delay meant that our family holiday of four couples was expanded by two babies. Jill, however, honoured the original booking and even provided cots and high chairs at no extra cost. We arrived a bit early due to the flight time but the person cleaning the villa allowed us use of a room to change in and to then leave our bags. Outside the villa was perfect with a large pool, table tennis and pool table, and a seating area under the shade as well as rattan furniture and sun beds. We even made use of the barbecue a couple of times. The bedrooms were large, several with en suite bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped. The lounge was large, with a big TV that had Sky Sports, perfect to watch the Open golf tournament. The only thing we had to come to terms with was the coin-operated aircon but once we worked out that the optimum temperature to set it at was around 23 deg C, to switch it off when not in the rooms and to only use it at night, the coin use slowed right down. Location-wise, the villa is within easy walk of the harbour (10 mins) and the sea-front (15 mins). Plenty of places to eat and drink and supermarkets nearby. We'll be back.

Superb Villa, Great Location, Excellent Host

We had a fantastic stay in Villa La Perla. The villa itself is stunning with everything you need. The location is perfect with short walks to the old town or the livelier strip. We had an elderly family member with us that couldn’t walk too far but taxis were always readily available and only a few euros. The communication we had with Jill before our arrival was fantastic, with having to rearrange our stay from 2020 and the complete uncertainty around travel in 2021 Jill was amazing and accommodating. We all loved our holiday here and we hope to return. Thank you Jill.

Great stay in Fabulous Property and Location

The Property is truly fabulous. Spotlessly clean and looks stunning. Kitchen had loads of Utensils glasses crockery (a proper kitchen!). Pool was heated in June and was extremely well tended and maintained. Hot tub got used every evening returning from our adventures in town and really was fantastic. Bonus of Internet TV with virtually all channels and an on demand service. Internet 100Mbs service (Fastest I have had abroad). Location of villa is great in a very quiet area and the beach and the front is a 15 min stroll away. Jill was a great host communication easy and fast responses. Even accommodated an additional night at late notice for us. Very highly recommended!!

Wonderful villa

Leaving this wonderful villa today after spending a week here with my family celebrating my 60th birthday. We have loved every minute, the pool is just the right temperature and we couldn’t get our 3 year old granddaughter out of it. The hot tub is fabulous to relax in. The villa has everything you need, the beds were really comfortable, the showers were fabulous and no problems getting hot water when showering. There is a Lidl and Spar shop both 10 minutes walk away, it’s uphill coming back so I would recommend fellow guests stock up In one shop with water, pop and alcohol and ask the person at the till to order you a taxi to transport back to the villa, the taxis come within minutes. Every member of my family has loved staying at this beautiful villa and would love to return.

Family Holiday

We’ve had a great holiday villa is fabulous for family group( 7 adults & 1 baby )Gorgeous pool & jacuzzi Barbacue was excellent close to shops bars Great taxi service although very walkable to old town Would definitely come back 👍

Fabulous week

Villa was exactly what we wanted and ticked all our boxes. Well equipped and well maintained. The location is private and perfect for access to all the amenities of the old town harbour. Special mention for the outside as this is where we spent most of our time. The pool was perfect and the pool table is a real bonus. The whole outside area is well thought out so that you can either seek shade or sunshine. On the whole a perfect weeks holiday. Thank you we would love to return.
