The villa comprises 7 bedrooms sleeping/accommodating 16 people in spacious comfort and luxury, 6 bathrooms with panoramic sea and mountain views from all areas, and located on the islands most sought after and premium location.

A superb villa in a prime location with all amenities on hand. This superbly luxurious and spacious villa consists of 7 spacious bedrooms, all located on one ground floor all fully air conditioned to keep you cool during those warm nights.
There are 6 full sized bathrooms with large showers, 3 of the bedrooms also have en-suite bathrooms. This modern tastefully designed villa is light and spacious and would be ideal for large and or extended families and groups of friends holidaying together. Satellite TV with large flat screen TV s throughout including all sky sports and movies.
Free Wifi is included. The villa which comprises of 2 conjoined yet separate villas has 2 separate fully equipped modern kitchens with granite surfaces and 2 separate utility room/drying areas. Relax and enjoy the large and spacious private south facing sun terraces furnished with comfortable sun loungers, heated pool and 2 large hot tub Jacuzzi, soothing away any feelings of stress with hydro air massage. Enjoy a swim in the electricity heated salt water pool (heated all year) and later dine by moonlight on either of the large and spacious ground and/or first floor terrace dining areas, all of which overlook the harbor with incredible sea and mountain views providing that special al fresco experience.

PRICING NOTES:-

Please kindly note that, and as has already been made as clear as possible at the top headline & very beginning of this villa description, in what is an honest effort to completely avoid mis-understandings of any kind, this property is not budget accommodation, but, as is fully accepted practice in advertising, and as is recognized practice throughout the travel industry, and in most walks of modern life, the headline price refers to 1 person utilizing 1 bedroom only of one of the combined villas only during low season off-peak dates only, should the entire property be required at any time of the year the price of the combined 2 villa property is a minimum €4800 per week, for up to 12 people.

For all other dates not containing school holidays and apart from the lowest off peak seasonal dates, the minimum 1 bedroom rate for one of the combined villas is €1035. The 2 bedroom rate over these same dates is €1335, the 3 bedroom rate is €1635 and the 4 bedroom rate over said dates €1935, please kindly note that should you need more than 4 bedrooms up to which point you are being priced for 1 of the combined villas, then because you need more than 4 bedrooms the second of the combined villas would be required, and automatically the full property rate of €4800 would apply.

Amazing Villa and location

We we’re a family/friends group of 14 adults and children. We rented two adjoining villas one had a small pool which was perfect for the kids. Two hot tubs and a larger pool shared by another couple of villas. The location is perfect for going down to the old town for food and drinks. Every possible restaurant you want within walking distance. Lots of small supermarkets and grocery stores close by too. WiFi in the villas and aircon in all rooms that runs on a euro coin meter. We had an amazing holiday. Can’t recommend highly enough 👌

EXPECTED A LOT

I had a group of friends and our kids get together in Lanzarote. When we arrived at the property we could not believe how amazing it was. We had expected a lot from the pictures of the property and somehow got more when we arrived. The living areas, all of the bedrooms and even the kitchens were big, spacious and very airy and had everything we needed in each accommodation. Had the perfect combination of privacy and shared space, with a beautiful relaxed atmosphere. The villa was great for cooking in the kitchens and serving breakfast, lunch and even dinner when we couldn't be bothered going out for it. The location and surrounding environment is perfect and very relaxed with the most lovely views of the sea harbor and mountains, truly spectacular. The attention to detail in this paradise is something. It was also a very short walk to the supermarket and an easy walk to nearby restaurants & bars. Amenities were more than you would need. Had a blast. The entire party had a great time and appreciate the thought and detail that went into creating this piece of paradise. We will be back. Superb villa, spacious, large, luxurious holiday villa furnished in very classy style, huge living and sleeping spaces, most comfortable beds we have ever had in a rental home, lots of bathrooms and showers with no end of hot water. Terrific salt water swimming pool and 2 hot-tubs, pure luxury. The pool and hot-tubs were very well maintained and cleaned 3 times during our stay. The villas location is in a nice quiet place, lovely , high class area, very close to some excellent restaurants, bars, supermarkets, butchers shop etc 1 or 2 minutes easy walk with no hills.The beach was also just 3 minutes away. Stunning vistas of the sea and harbor with the mountains in the background, from all areas and especially from the sun terraces, the location is perfect and doesn't come better. The owner is very helpful and has a great maintenance team on the ground, and whom we also found very helpful and inviting, they simply could not do enough for us, excellent service. Puerto Del Carmen is a fantastic resort to visit and it suited us perfectly. This villa was perfect for our large group of 14. We can highly recommend this villa and will definitely come back again. This property will leave you wanting to stay...

The property is amazing. The owners have poured not only their money but clearly and obviously, their talented creativity into enhancing and updating paradise. The home was laid out perfectly. It really is nice, so spacious, large and luxurious, you will enjoy sitting in the kitchens or dining rooms while looking out the window at the harbor and mountains and the sunsets were amazing. Our experience dealing with the Owner (Johanna) couldn't have been easier or more accommodating. And Adrienne the property manager is a real PRO, anything you need you just ask. Thanks for everything. Outside there were 2 fabulous hot-tubs and a salt water swimming pool, and 3 huge sun decks with Sun all day long and where we all hung out and spent many hours enjoying each other's company. There is a laundry room that came in VERY handy washing clothes beach and pool towels, and bath towels each night. All in all this was a perfect holiday and we hear they own two other properties nearby so we are looking forward to visiting these properties on future trips. Two Thumbs Up. Simply fantastic, very memorable.

My Husband and I celebrated our 40th Anniversary this January in Lanzarote, along with our children and grandchildren -- 14 of us in all. This villa was superb and easily accommodated our group of 9 adults and five children. This is for all intents and purpose two luxury villas combined. The older children and young teenagers practically had the use of one wing of the villa to themselves, along with its own private heated pool, hot-tub & sun-terraces, and with the 2nd fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area they enjoyed being self sufficient. The whole villa is luxurious, spacious and open, very comfortable and well designed and comes with every feature and modern appliance. It has two large living areas and 2 full kitchens, the kids and adults could have a good time separately whenever needed and without being on top of each other. Anybody could always find a quiet space whenever they needed. We found the interior of the villa to be much more spacious than the photos implied or suggested, and we were all in agreement that the pictures do not in any way do it justice. The children (young and old) played and had a great time in the large pool and everyone enjoyed the 2 separate hot tubs both during the day and under the stars at night, with the full moon lighting up the clear night skies as we overlooked the sea and the Old Town harbor, it was simply fantastic, very memorable. The villa is in a brilliant position and location, with an easy 1 minute walk to some really great bars & restaurants, or very handy supermarket to pick up the essentials or other necessities, while the younger generation occasionally enjoyed the nearby pubs, the walk to all of which was on the one level, very convenient We particularly enjoyed eating at Marios ( 100 feet away ), the food and service here was excellent and prices very reasonable, we ate here several times during our stay. We had a most delightful time and a very enjoyable holiday at this lovely villa, and all of us agreed that we will return. Adrienne & Ralph, the owners, were very kind, helpful and available whenever we called or needed them. Johanna was very friendly, great fun and helpful with her tips and recommendations, and she and this lovely villa were perfect for helping us all to enjoy every moment of our holiday from start to finish.
