Greetings! SOPHUN Vacation Properties are new owners of the lovely property at Surf Side Shores II Unit #2904. Enjoy top floor views in this newly updated property. Condo was very nice and the owners were nice and were very quick to respond to texts when needed. Had problem with tv but Meryl was on the ball and tech came next morning and resolved the issue. Would stay here again in the future.

We have stayed at Ty and Meryl's properties multiple times and they always give us thorough and concise check-in details prior to our arrival. Their condos are always ready for us and comfortable for our stay, and they are super hosts by checking in on us after we arrive. We will definitely stay with them again. Super hosts. Let me start off by saying this was our second stay here. We loved it so much last year we came back this year. Our favorite part of staying here is the convenient location to all things Gulf Shores, a super clean room and beach front views. It was perfect for my family of 4. We love that its not a huge resort so the beaches are not very busy right out front and also we loved the convenient location to Walmart, restaurants and the pier- all of which are a quick drive. The host is always very prompt with responses as well. While we were there this time we met several other families who said they always stay at this resort year after year bc its quiet, convenient and nice. Just book it, trust me. I don't leave many reviews but this is one i stand behind.

Awesome stay

The condo was perfect for my little family of 4. I loved that the complex was smaller than all of the others we’ve stayed at. The beach wasn’t overly crowded either so that was a huge plus! Meryl was awesome at getting back with me super fast when I had a question. We will definitely be using this unit again.

We love knowing the names of our guests and why they are visiting the area. We recently hosted a guest and his family because they were in town for the Kenny Chesney concert at The Wharf. We enjoyed knowing they had a great time at the concert. Gulf Shores hosts many sporting events. Whether it is a youth baseball game or the NCAA Women's Beach Volleyball Championships, SOPHUN is part of the SO FUN experience our guests came to town to enjoy. You may be wondering about the name SOPHUN. Well, the name is inspired by the most SO FUN people Ty and I have the honor of knowing....our children, Sophia and Hunter! We have wonderful memories from our vacations together. It is important to us that our guests have a pleasant place to stay on vacation where special memories with family and friends can be created, too.
