La familia de Beatriz, ha sido una familia estupenda. La zona donde se ubica el apartamento está rodeada de todo tipo de servicios. El aislamiento térmico y acústico es de alta calidad. En la ciudad de San Sebastián, la temperatura no pasa de 25 grados centígrados en pleno verano, y al estar muy cerca de la playa, la brisa es muy agradable y no es habitual la instalación de aire acondicionado.

We are sorry that our apartment did not meet your expectations. Possibly it is due to language difficulties, because as we have already explained there is no jacuzzi or tennis facilities. At no time is it said to be on the beachfront but "by the sea" and, in fact, there is no image of the beach in our information. In the exterior photo of the apartment, a nearby church is visualized next to a children's playground. It is true that car parks are expensive in San Sebastian, but in the information we provide it is clear that this service is not included in the price and that it is a public car park close to the house and for a fee. As for noise, the windows have been recently installed and are of the best thermal and acoustic insulation currently on the market. For all these reasons, we consider that we do not accept your proposal to make a discount on the agreed rate. I am very sorry for the misunderstandings and we take note despite the fact that in the years that we have worked on the rental of the apartment a similar situation has not happened to us and in fact we have reviewed all the information we offer in case there is any term that may lead to misunderstanding.
