Belle Epoque sur le front de mer

Magnifique appartement situé sur la première ligne de Playa de la Concha. Il occupe tout l’étage de l’un des bâtiments les plus emblématiques de la ville. Son design intérieur pourrait être défini comme un savant mélange d'élégance et des dernières tendances en matière de décoration.

L'appartement dispose de deux grandes terrasses, l'une face à la mer, équipée d'un mobilier de jardin et de chaises longues.

Les trois chambres donnent sur l’extérieur et, pour le confort des invités, disposent d’une salle de bain avec chacune son propre jacuzzi, bidet et douche. Les draps et les serviettes sont en coton égyptien.

Depuis le salon, vous avez une vue imprenable sur la mer et une grande quantité de lumière pénètre par les grandes fenêtres. La salle à manger a une table pour six personnes. Dans le salon, vous trouverez un téléviseur Samsung Smart TV 50¨.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée et comprend un réfrigérateur, un congélateur, un lave-linge séchant et un lave-vaisselle.

La connexion Internet par WIFI.

Fabulous location! Beautiful property!

Our trip was wonderful and we thank you so much for the beautiful place to stay! We were there in mid May, however, and learned that the weather is still very cool and rainy in San Sebastián that time of year. Between the 60 degree temps, high humidity, wind and drizzle, we were wearing 4 to 5 layers . Still a beautiful area and we truly enjoyed the stay.

Wonderful Beachfront Property

The location was incredible. Right in front of the best beach, surrounded by many restaurants, coffee shops and walking distance to a market. The team was very helpful and responsive. The building was clean, beautiful and on the first floor. We will definitely be coming back.

Over-the-top amazing

This is easily the best location in all of San Sebastian. Steps from the wonderful La Concha beach, and walking distance to some of the world's best restaurants. There is a fantastic gym / hydrotherapy pool place called La Perla just steps away and we used that nearly every day. Alexander, who met us there, was easily available by phone anytime we had a question. A very nice grocery store is a 5 minute walk away as well. I was there with my wife, 20-yr old daughter, and 7-yr old son and all of us agree that San Sebastian is now one of our favorite places! We stayed for 2 weeks and hated to leave!!!

San Sebastian apartment

Property was spacious with a great view of the water and promenade. Bathrooms were great and plenty of room for all of us. Location could not be better. Only negative were the dead plants in planters that lined the balcony. They also blocked the view when seated.

Very nice, very well located property.

We very much enjoyed our stay in San Sebastian. The apartment was clean and had all necessary supplies. It is extremely well located: steps from the beach and an easy walk to old town and the central part of the city. A little loud on Friday and Saturday nights due to the proximity of a night nightclub. But otherwise it was a superb experience and we would not hesitate to rent it again.

Lovely stay

Beautiful location, waves heard lapping the shore. Spacious with beautiful terrace. Very responsive with slight problems. Stovetop wouldn’t go to high setting to boil water they immediately sent technician but couldn’t fix. Wi-Fi needed to be rebooted but still after 4 days no Wi-Fi in part of the apartment. I’d recommend more towels per person especially large ones as European washer/dryer don’t get things super dry. They do provide drying racks however. Hardest thing was parking the car in the elevator but after a few tries it got easier. Kitchen is gorgeous and huge with many incidentals like assorted spices and sugar packets for coffee. A small grocery steps away was enough for us to get wine and snacks. Next door Hotel does take out pinxtos that were yummy on our first night. Beds are comfortable and AC worked great / might suggest that an assortment of pillows might be needed as very firm memory foam pillows are supplied. Thank you for a lovely 4 days on the beautiful Concha Beach.

Perfect stay in San Sebastian

Excellent communication with VRBO representatives Natalia and Valeria. Quick to respond and extremely helpful. Location is perfect for the beach and walking to the Old Town for pintxos or shopping. Beautiful views of La Concha Beach from large terrace. Would stay again! Thank you!

5 Stars! Best location in San Sebastián

Best location across from the beach right on the La Concha. The deck is great for eating and watching the sunset and having morning coffee. Located opposite a great cafe and next to a transit bus spot. Apartment has three spacious rooms and adjoining bathrooms. Kitchen is well stocked. Highly recommended.

Huge oceanfront apartment in San Sebastián, Spain.

Arrived and was met by Valeria who showed us the apartment and how everything worked. Apartment had everything. 3B 3Bath. Large living room, dining room, kitchen, terraces. It was right on the promenade and 10min walk to the old city. Would definitely chose this place again. The city is amazing, the food was unbelievably good. We were 5 people and it was very comfortable. Very secure walled and gated apartment. Best!!.

Our stay at the Belle Époque was amazing. Our interactions with the owner and his assistant were extremely professional. We were greeted upon arrival and provided with a tour of the apartment.The accommodations were exactly as described and the apartment was beautifully decorated and impeccable in every way. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked and furniture was very nice. The location is wonderful, just a few steps from the beautiful beach and the view from the terrace was lovely. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property.

What a treat! Best location in San Sebastien!

Probably the nicest and best located apartment building in San Sebastien. Walk 10 minutes and you are in old town filled with great restaurants, tapa bars, and shops. The apartment itself is nicer than any hotel in S.S. Plenty of room, 3 bedroom, 3 bathrooms, everything done first class. Only suggestion I have is if you rent a car or our bringing a car, make sure it is a compact or smaller. We have a full size car and it could barely fit in the garage. The garage has a car elevator so you have to fit in and get our of it. Not easy, but after about 30 turns back and forth, an inch or two at a time, we made it. Other than that, the places is sensational. Views galore -- morning, noon, and night.

Beautiful location, great apartment. The host is still new to the process. Would have been more useful to have directions regarding keys and the garage written down and available in the apartment. The process is pretty complicated and we had to take our own notes while it was explained to us.

Fabulous!

Everything you could need. Good wifi. Fabulous terrace. Comfortable beds, parking a bit tricky. Make sure you inform the owners that you will be using the parking. Really clean. Owners very helpful. San Sebastián is amazing. If only the sun had shone. Try Saltxipi and Fabrica restaurants. Grocery stores nearby.

Great location, beautiful apartment

Very well appointed apartment right in the center of la Concha beach, large and spacious. Just a short walk from old town and easy access to anywhere in the city really. Beautiful views. The management was particularly helpful as well. We had two situations that required some extra effort on their part, and they really went out of their way to help. Extremely responsive and helpful, they helped make our stay very pleasant. Highly recommended.

Beautiful, well protected, fabulous management, everybody was more than helpful.

I loved every single minute of my stay at Belle Époque. It is located in an extra special spot in San Sebastián. The management is marvelous. A great time in this beautiful place on the sea is to be had by all. Make sure to try the Basque Cake while in this region of Spain!
