Vous pouvez vraiment vous détendre et vous détendre dans le luxe dans cette fabuleuse unité au dernier étage pour un week-end, une semaine ou aussi longtemps que vous le souhaitez! L'intérieur a une sensation tropicale décontractée qui est renforcée par des meubles en rotin, des couleurs vives de la nature dans les œuvres d'art et le décor; qui sont tous baignés de lumière naturelle par les larges portes et fenêtres de la véranda. Cette unité de lit / salle de bain spacieuse et aérée a un grand plafond à poutres ouvertes sur le salon, la salle à manger et la cuisine, qui est enrichi par le flux d'air de refroidissement des fenêtres commerciales hawaïennes et des ventilateurs de plafond dans chaque chambre. À partir des tons chauds des armoires en bois d'érable et des tons terre du comptoir en granit, la cuisine entièrement équipée fait du service des repas une partie agréable de vos vacances, si vous avez envie de cuisiner. Comme être au dernier étage offre un panorama de différentes vues, vous trouverez la véranda un endroit délicieux pour le petit déjeuner, lire tout en profitant des boissons au coucher du soleil, regarder le tennis et surtout regarder l'océan et les vagues.

Had multiple emails and texts prior to our arrival. Check-in/ check-out was simple. Pool convenient to each unit. Beach is walkable, but small and lots of people. Lots of food options, including close grocery stores. There is an AC unit in the bedroom, but we found keeping the windows opened was most comfortable.

Perfect location

The property was lovely. The view was beautiful and the patio was spacious. Location was amazing with quick access walking to great beaches and short drives to great restaurants and shopping. We would stay there again.

Great view, comfortable apartment

Comfortable, clean well-equipped apartment with a lovely view of the sea and sunsets. The only thing that prevented us giving it 5 stars is that it was noisy - both from the road behind and the pool in front of the condo and from the nearby restaurant. The noise wasn’t terrible and perfectly fine during the day but it did get annoying in the late evening and at night .

unit is beautiful however very hot, n op the good air flow the way the unit is set. The bedroom backs up to a busy road and all you hear is road noise. Not a good choice.

Beautiful location, and condo, and wonderful stuff

Overall a beautiful location with wonderful facilities and very easy access to Poipu Beach. The condo Was beautiful and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Our only disappointment was that there were very little supplies (just a tiny bit of salt and pepper and two days worth of coffee) were in the condo which required us to purchase a lot of staples for own cooking, and one of the reasons we decided to stay in a condo was to be able to save some money to do our own cooking. We have stayed in other condos and homes in Hawaii and in other locations prior, during, and after Covid, and they all were very well supplied in the kitchen and bathroom. We only found out about very limited supplies right before we checked in, and they said it was due to Covid, although there were no Covid restrictions on the island at all that we ran into during our stay.

Great location in Poipu

We loved our stay here. Location is great and so close to Poipu beach. There is only a portable ac unit in the bedroom which does an excellent job keeping the bedroom very cool. The bed was also extremely comfortable. However, if you need a super cool, air conditioned place this is not the spot for you as it is on the top floor and facing west. Pool was being renovated which we were notified about but noise was pretty intense during the day. The lanai is great but because of the construction we tried to steer clear during working hours. We really enjoyed the lanai in the evenings after dark, very peaceful and great sky. Kitchen utenencils were lacking. If you want to cook or bbq an upgrade is needed here. Otherwise the kitchen itself is spacious, clean and wonderful. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Lovely space

The condo was as described and had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans and utensils. The lanai was great with a view of the pool, tennis courts and ocean. The walk to the beach was short and we enjoyed watching the turtles and monk seals other beach. The reason I gave it only 4 stars is that the location was next to the road so you had road noise at night and during the day we often had to listen to kids at the pool or loud adults in the hot tub. These were just inconveniences but overall the place is great. A piece of advice.... shop at Target not Safeway for groceries. Their prices are much better! But still beware, nothing is cheap on Kauai. :-)

Beautiful View Nice place

The only things we were disappointed in was that the air conditioning is not through out the whole condo. There were fans to use in the living space but still very hot. Very disappointed in that the swimming pool was not remodeled prior to us staying. When I made the reservation the office stated that they were working on it and it was suppose to be done by the time we visited. It wasn't. Why this was so disappointing? The pool is located right below this condo, they worked on it the whole time we were there. I'm sure it is beautiful. It was the main reason I picked this condo as my husband was in meetings all day and I was going to enjoy some needed sunshine. I'm not one to go in the ocean so that was not an option. Lesson learned you need to give timelines and accurate information for the price as there were many choices in this area at the time of our visit. We will definitely return to this area again as it was I feel the most beautiful part of the Island.

Great property

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here and it was perfect for the two of us. Although there is no air conditioning, they did provide portable air conditioners which helped a little bit in the living area of you kept the curtains closed and worked great in the bedroom when leaving the door closed. The property management was so friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the tv and they had the repairmen to our condo within 1/2 hour to fix it.

Wonderful time!

Lovely place in good central location, but definitely needs A/C or better window coverings/cross ventilation to avoid living/dining room area getting so hot from midday onward.

Beautiful views

We loved this property and would come back next time. Our only complaint was that there is no central AC and we were there in August and it was in the 90's so the living room and kitchen remained pretty warm, however there is a portable AC unit in the bedroom which kept us pretty cool at night so we were OK with that. The amenities were great, the view was stunning, the sunsets were gorgeous. We walked to the beach in front of the complex early morning to snorkel. Location was perfect.

We found all staff to be very kind and helpful. We loved the spacious condo and enjoyed the spectacular views. We were gravely disappointed to discover upon arrival there was no air conditioning. Due to health issues we had to relocate. With all due respect I do suggest this should be made clear on your marketing materials. Especially with the refund policies, travelers should be informed of this. We have since learned most homes and condos on the island do not have air conditioning. We are world travelers. When viewing upscale properties for consideration, we should not have assumed they are all air conditioned as is found throughout most of the developed world this day in age.

November 2016 Stay

Kauai is by all meanings of the definition, a tropical paradise! This Poipu Kai Resort condo was THE perfect home base for everything wonderful and exciting on the whole island. From the McBryde and Allerton Botanical Gardens to the beaches on every coast. This cozy island motif refuge was EXACTLY the hideaway and romantic sanctuary my wife and I hoped it would be. From the complimentary wine to the luxurious pool just below the Lanai. It was an experience, and a place we'll never forget and always remember fondly.
