Face à l'océan. La maison est construite sur la plage et dispose de 8 chambres et 5 salles de bain dans une maison de style duplex de trois étages. La maison peut être divisée entre la location de niveau de sable (3 chambres, 2 chambres) et la location de deux étages supérieurs (5 chambres, 3 salles de bains). Réveillez-vous à l'eau. Le son des vagues la nuit et les vues sont inoubliables.

La maison est située dans une communauté surveillée de la baie de Capistrano, à 1,5 km au sud du port de Dana Point. Le port est facilement accessible à pied ou à vélo et est idéal pour les restaurants, la location de jet ski, les sorties de pêche, l'observation des baleines et le catalina express. Les groupes de dauphins fréquentent la baie devant la maison et vous aurez peut-être la chance de faire partie de leur journée! Nous sommes à 35 miles au sud de Disneyland et à 55 miles au nord de San Diego.

Cette location est au premier étage avec trois chambres et peut accueillir 7 personnes dans des lits et a un matelas gigogne pour un autre. Il a une cuisine complète et une table à manger pour huit personnes. Il y a une cheminée dans le salon et une terrasse sur le sable avec barbecue. Un roi dans le maître, un roi dans la chambre 2 et deux lits superposés avec 3 lits dans la chambre des enfants. Un matelas avec literie est à l'étage pour un lit supplémentaire. Laveuse sécheuse, draps fournis, et beaucoup de stationnement. Permis de la ville de DP: STR19-0969

Cette location est aux deuxième et troisième étages avec une suite parentale spectaculaire au troisième étage. Ouvrez vos yeux pour déferler des vagues et des vues infinies. Détendez-vous, lisez, faites de l'exercice, profitez-en. Quatre chambres au deuxième étage sont parfaites pour deux familles. we've stayed at many of the rentals along beach road over the last 5 decades. this listing is comfortable and spacious. there is some older carpet on the second level, but most surfaces have been updated. it is what we expect these beach rentals to be, not perfect but perfectly acceptable. we love this community, being right on the water. it's like no other. lee was easy to work with and very accommodating.

The location is perfect. However, the house needs a deep clean. There seemed to be some communication problems with the host and the gate that made our check-in process a little difficult but it was figured out.

Family Reunion Week at the Beach

Nothing warms my heart more than getting my whole family together. This property was perfect for us (5 total families). Everything was as expected and Lee was amazing to work with if we had any questions. There were no concerns so we didn’t have to deal with anything like that. The house is split up into two units and we used both because we had our whole family and we needed every bit of the space. It worked out perfectly to gather altogether or in smaller groups because of the different spaces that were available. We did a lot of cooking and everything that we needed was provided. Other reviews mentioned the beach access was 2 lots over, but super easy to get to and convenient. I would definitely recommend this property and hopefully we’ll be able to use it again. Thanks Lee.

House is Outstanding!

The house was absolutely beautiful—pictures didn’t do it justice! I appreciated the little touches like dish soap, trash bags, and dishwasher soap being provided. Just a heads-up to bring your own shampoo, soap, toilet paper (only what’s on the roll is provided), and beach towels. Overall, I highly recommend this place! Also, if you have guests, be sure to inform the host, as every car and driver needs to be registered at the guard shack.

Family Beach Vacation

Great Location and alot of room. We couldn't use beach in front of house most of the time, the tide was too high and rocky. The kids loved the ocean and playing in the waves. Alot of parking and very safe feeling in gated community. Great bike and walking paths to explore. Nice large beach just outside of gated communtiy, was great for family.

We had a wonderful time with family. Perfect way to check-off a family “bucket list” idea for having Christmas on the beach. Lee was amazing responding to questions. Would come back in the summer for sure…

Great for large group

We had so much space, even with a large group. So close to the water and without the large crowds of the larger beaches. Beautiful expanse of the ocean every morning. Fully equipped kitchens with everything we needed as we cooked a lot at the house. if you want relaxing comfort, it’s perfect. Lee was very responsive with advance questions and if we had questions while there too.

Great location

The location was great. Right on the beach and plenty of space. The house could use a deep cleaning due to proximity to the water and the defects of the elements. I provided the owner with some details. It was fun to watch the extreme high tide while there, waves were breaking very close to the house.

Incredible experience!

We had a group of family from around the country coming in for my mother’s 80th birthday. We had such a great time and it was made that much better with the beautiful, spacious, and comfortable setting provided by this house (we rented the entire house for this occasion but could easily rent either levels for future trips in the area). The house had everything that we needed already but the few times that we needed anything or asked, Lee was very friendly and responsive. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Family Reunion

The property is in an excellent location with good access to the beach and easy parking! We rented all three floors and had plenty of room! It was great to have 2 kitchens and comfortable furnishings. We loved roasting s’mores while watching the firework shows in Dana Point and San Clemente! Unfortunately, most of the windows were inoperable or were missing screens, and the carpeted stairs and bedrooms need updating. Overall, it was a great choice for my family and we enjoyed our week at the beach!

This is a beautiful location with some issues. The view is spectacular but the beach side has an uncomfortably steep drop off. I wouldn't bring kids here.

Right on the water

Great location on Beach Road. Limited beach access from the house, but walking distance to nice beaches. Not really appropriate for young children due to safety hazards off back deck and no screens on upstairs windows. Lovely view of the ocean and sound of the waves. Train runs directly behind the house, so nighttime noise was an issue.

Disappointing and Stressful Stay

I stayed here with my wedding party during my wedding weekend. When we arrived, we followed the instructions to check in with the security gate, and my friends were not let in. We had to spend a lot of time communicating with the host to figure out how to get people past the gate since the security was not operating the way we expected. Eventually, we got to a point where there were no more issues entering, but then realized the property has not been cleaned at all, seemingly because the maid service has the wrong date. They came last minute and cleaned the house well enough and the owner felt pretty bad about it and refunded half the nights due to the mistake. But in the end there was just a lot of unnecessary stress and worry throughout the beginning of the day that put a damper on the weekend. Great location on the water, though kind of an old property that could use some TLC.

STUNNING LOCATION and enough space for huge family.

Waves crash onto the patio-you can’t get closer to the ocean. Lovely covered deck below and big deck upstairs. Top unit has a super huge room with gorgeous 180 degree sea view and spacious lounge. No window dressings make for a very early wake up. ;) Lots of parking, granite tops kitchen and big fridges. Bathrooms might need a little attention and definitely consider adding AC at the top, where it gets very hot in summer. Need more glasses, pots and spatulas to make breakfast, in the top unit, especially wine glasses ;) Enjoyed sunset drinks with dolphins frolicking right in front of unit. Beach access was easy enough from empty adjacent plot.Washer&Dryers great and TV’s large enough. Beds were comfortable and furniture good. Loved staying here with 14 family members for a wedding and everyone felt they had enough private space. Wifi was good. Thank you Lee!

Casa Horizonte Sin Fin

Beautiful Property. Unbelievable waterfront home. The master suite (3rd floor) is spectacular. The ocean views are unparalleled. Despite being mid-December we got a wonderful weather window. Sunny days, calm sea, no wind, loads of dolphins and a few whales. Bedrooms were nice, heard no complaints on comfort from any of our large group. Some of the kitchen appliances were new and both kitchens were well stocked with the tools and utensils to keep a large group happy. Large sitting areas inside and out. Fireplaces made for cozy evening and early morning gathering places. Unfortunately we caught them in the middle of some renovations and there were a few issues. One inoperable bathroom, no heat (mid December) on the 2nd floor. House had a 2-car garage but we had no access to use it as it was occupied with owner's vehicles. Felt like the communication could have been better from the owner / property manager regarding the renovation. Despite our minor communication and renovation inconveniences we enjoyed the home immensely. Tried to leave it as good or better than we got it and my only regret is that we did not have more time slotted to enjoy the property. If you have a big group and you want the best possible views of the Pacific Ocean, this place seems "cant miss" to me.

This house was great and the location was phenomenal. We rented both the upper and lower units so we had tons of space and everyone had enough privacy. Having the ocean right off the deck was what sold us on this listing and it did not disappoint. It was very cool to wake up with the sounds of the waves each morning. The owner was very helpful and accommodating and was very good about communicating. The only slight issue we ran into was with the security guards at the gate at first. The owner reacted right away and was able to resolve the issue and then everything was good after that.

My family and I enjoyed this property so much! My kids and grandkids used the upstairs units. Me, and my husband as well as my mom used the main floor. It was perfect! The house was clean and ready to go! The Host, Lee was awesome, started getting some info a couple weeks out so there was never any confusion. Plenty of parking, it’s a gated community so no traffic to contend with. My only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer!

Location was great and owner was very responsive!Some general feedback provided to the owner:1. The fans - some worked and some did not and all were/are very dirty - need more fans overall on second and third floors2. Not all windows have screens which is bad for wanting to get air flow without bugs in the house3. Blinds on windows are filthy and most do not work - will not open and close and won’t go up and down4. No window coverings on 3rd floor toilet or shower areas - made guests feel uncomfortable 5. Loose tiles and rotted wood near shower in main level bathroom attached to bedroom 6. Table finish on main level dining table is terrible - everything sticks to it like napkins, paper etc7. Refrigerator handle on main level is held on by electrical tape - should be fixed or replaced 8. Toilet in Jack and Jill bathroom on 2nd level runs continuously9. Check in time was supposed to be 4pm and cleaning people were in the home until well after 5pm10. We were surprised that the true bed count was 16 not 20 - my experience with many stays in VRBO properties do not include blow up mattresses in bed count. Teenagers do not want to share blow up mattresses with each other. Perhaps a few sets of bunk beds would be better11. Kitchen handles/knobs and cabinet fronts were dirty so we wiped everything down with Lysol wipes12. The spare sheets and blankets were dusty because all the closets are dustyThe owner responded in part that 1st fl renovation is coming in winter 2025.

Fantastic week

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was fun! We loved sitting out on the deck and listening to the waves roll in. There was easy ocean access for my kids to body surf or jump waves.
