Profitez de la vie de luxe à son meilleur dans cette partie très privée de Beach Road. Situé à l'extrémité sud de la communauté exclusive, cette maison a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour profiter de la vie en bord de mer. Avec deux suites parentales séparées par le salon central, cette maison est parfaite pour les couples et les familles nombreuses qui souhaitent voyager dans le plus grand confort qui soit.
Le spot de surf de Poche est directement devant la maison. Le port de Dana Point et la jetée de San Clemente sont à 10 minutes de la maison.
Les propriétés du Beach Front font face à des conditions difficiles chaque jour à cause de l'air salin et des grandes marées. Amtrak longe le chemin de fer en activité de l'autre côté de Beach Road et de Pacific Coast Highway.

We had a great stay at this beautiful oceanfront beach house. Such great indoor and outdoor spaces and the view was exceptional! The house also had everything you could need. We would love to stay here again!

Winter Family Vacation

Fantastic place. Super clean and world class location. Property Manager very responsive. Amazing ocean views. Both of our kids enjoyed seeing the dolphins swim by on several different days. Close to all good sights and places in Dana Point!

We had a wonderful visit! You can't beat the location with direct access onto the beach. Such a treat to be able to sit listening to the waves, watching the sunset. House is all one level, which we especially love. Paul is always great & easy to communicate & work with. We really enjoyed our visit!

Unique Private Beach Find

If you are seeking oceanfront property and privacy, this is the property for you! Located at the end of a private gated road and community, make this a rare find. This place is great for families and is not a party house. Definitely a property we will return to.

Outstanding Beach Stay

Beautiful house, perfect location. Secure, gated community- quiet peaceful beach. Home is as advertised, clean and comfortable and right on the beach. Plenty of space for 6 adults with great kitchen and grill for making meals- easy access to several beach towns with great shops and restaurants as well. Enjoyed the boogie and surf boards provided, bikes as well. Great stay!

Beautiful Beach Stay

This was our second visit to this house rental and the location, view, & all-main-level house can’t be beat. Hearing the ocean waves day and night is such a treat. The kitchen and patio are wonderful for family time. Overall, we had a great time & enjoyed our stay.

Dream House on the Beach

I've rented many homes over the years and this was absolutely the best. Pictures truly don't capture the beauty of the view. Our family and friends (8) were visiting for a music festival in Dana Point and the location & amenities made this place the perfect retreat. The house was spotlessly clean, kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need, the beds comfortable and there were plenty of places for people to relax. The host was truly wonderful - responding to messages quickly and thinking of all the little things to make our stay so enjoyable. I hope we can visit again. I highly recommend this beautiful home.

Relaxing

We had a wonderful time! Couldn’t believe how close we were to the ocean- literally waves crashing right in front of us. Enjoyed walking our little dogs on the beach & watching sunsets. Great location- Paul was very responsive- house very clean- just a wonderful stay. Thank you!

Family Christmas on the Beach

Paul was the best, from start to finish! And the property, feet from the beach, that can be enjoyed equally from the outdoor deck or the indoor great room/kitchen, was a wonderful setting for our Destination Family Christmas. Just lovely.

Excellent Property

We have stayed many times on Beach Road, it is a very special place. This house was our favorite to date and we hope to be back again. The home is current, clean, spacious and dog friendly. The outside living area is nice and comfortable for many. Great side courtyard for grilling and access to the outdoor eating areas. We have never stayed at a VRBO that was stocked so well in the kitchen. They had everything we needed for cooking/serving, etc., which was outstanding, usually requires a couple extra stops at the store, but not needed here. The only opportunity they have at this property is swapping out the mattresses or swapping out the queen bedroom for a 3rd king bedroom. All around a great house and Paul was outstanding to work with!

Lovely Time on Capistrano Beach

Paul was always very prompt in responding to our questions during selection process. Very Pleasant to deal with. Place was exactly as pictured. Everything clean and new. Great proximity to Ocean. Walk out patio door and you're on the beach. Thoughtful touches of binoculars to scan the horizon and watch ships and the coffee table book about the history of Beach Road were much appreciated. Near the fire in the courtyard firepit was an excellent place where we played games during the evening. Kitchen was very modern and well supplied with pretty much anything we needed in terms of amenities. Property is centrally located. We day-tripped to San Diego, Catalina Island, Los Angeles and visited nearby San Juan Capistrano. Would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to mix a relaxing vacation with numerous options for nearby activities if you so choose. Every night of our stay we enjoyed an amazing sunset on the beach, every morning a quiet walk along the surf. Vacationers should be aware of the proximity of the railroad, but that would not keep us from renting the property again as that was very minor in the grand scheme of things.

Amtrak Train Shakes the house ALL DAY and NIGHT!

There has been construction going on to the house next door for over 2 years ( which is a 2.5" set back so basically the houses are on top each other) so at 7am you will be woken up to a Spanish speaking crew, nail guns, saws, etc. However, you will already be up by 7am because the AMTRAK Train runs 25' behind the house all day and night. If you try to go to bed at 11pm - the schedule is as follows: 11:09, 12:09AM, 1:09AM, 2:09, 3:09, 5:09, 5:20, 5:42, 6:09, 6:35, 7:45, etc. It was impossible to enjoy this home between the construction and the train. The train literally shakes the master bedroom. Aside from that if you don't mind that the house is clean and beautiful. We left after 3 nights and moved to a hotel which is when our vacation half way across the country really began. I would never be writing a bad review right now if the owner did the right thing and disclosed the train as he was required to.

Location, location, location.

Absolutely loved this property. Clean and tidy. Close to activities. Property manager just a text away. Secure and safe. Had all the supplies needed. Beautiful property and superb ocean location. Listening to the waves at night was phenomenal. Great to relax. Kids had activities and toys to play with. We hope to return!
