Lovely place, snug but very functional.

Great short walk to the ocean. Very convenient to stores and restaurants. It has everything you need. The furniture is a little worn and should be replaced at some point. I have back trouble and there wasn't a comfortable firm seat. All in all it was a great little spot !!

Location

This our our third year staying in this condo for Labor Day weekend, and we will continue to come back. This condo is a short walk to the beach and close to the village area as well. We rent a golf cart while we are there and love that we don’t have to drive our car the whole weekend. The condo is clean and the check in and check out process is simple. We had no issues when staying in this condo.

The condo is very clean with nice amenities. The location is great, taking only 2-3 minutes to walk to the beach. We had trouble with the dryer not working but maintenance was quick to respond and come out to get it working again. The staff of Georgia Coast Realty are friendly and professional providing an overall great rental experience!

Great place , 3 minutes from beach

Property for clean, had plenty of towels, way more than we needed. 2 AC units were working good. Property could use some maintenance here and there but overall, everything was in good working condition. The thing that we didn’t like : bathrooms had no locks and so are the bedrooms, and no keyless entry! We had to make sure to get the key from the office and return it there as well , not to mention trying to lose it on the beach. Other than that , great property , would definitely book again !

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed here several times. The location is great and the home is nice. The only difference on our last trip was that they must have been in the process of updating the rooftop (which is a plus if so), but there was no outdoor patio furniture like there usually is. Therefore we were not able to enjoy the rooftop patio, which leaves you stuck inside when you are home, unable to enjoy the salty air! Hopefully they are updating it and it will be great next time.

Location

This is our second year staying at this site. We love the location to the beach (walk across Beachview Drive). The condo is older but very clean. We had a great weekend and will be back next year.

Overall nice, but a couple issues...

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great and cozy, and couldn’t have been a better location to the beach. But... we encountered a roach the size of our thumb crawling on the wall, and after looking further, found half a dozen dead roaches under the stove. There was also Raid roach spray on the shelf so someone was aware of this issue. Also, the roof started leaking in two places during a thunderstorm. So other than these two things, our stay was good.

The condo was beautiful location was amazing we walked across the street to the Beach the place was clean the only thing is that the floors were a bit thin the downstairs neighbor could hear us walking around other than that it was excellent

Family Working Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the condo and its location. Couple of things to improve:1. Need to make sure the internet works. We were on a working vacation (work, play, work, play). The internet was not working half of the time we were there. Frustrating to say the least and caused a scrabble.2. Mold in the master tube. It's okay that the tile was old but please recaulk around the tube.3. The cleaning service showed up a little before 10am on our last day. Certainly felt rushed out.

Thank you for your kind review. We are glad you loved the condo and location. Wanted to address your concerns. 1. We check cable and internet before every guests arrival. Unfortunately, sometimes modems go out and that is beyond our control. We never know when these things are going to happen. We called AT&T to troubleshoot immediately, and they ended up sending a new modem while you were here. 2. Thank you for bringing the tub grout issue to our attention. We will take care of it. 3. Sorry if housekeeping showed up before 10 am and you felt rushed. Know Sarah spoke to you around 10:30 and you were still packing. We spoke to them about it. Check out is 10 am. The housekeepers usually show up right at 10 am so they can get the condo cleaned and ready for the next guest checking in at 4 pm the same day. Hope you enjoy the rest of your summer and hope you call us again when you return to St. Simons.

Nice place, great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the location, the place was snug but nice and comfortable. A few little things need to be fixed (e.g. shower knobs), and the owner really needs to power wash and/or cover the deck to make it usable. Property managers were very nice and accommodating, were great about rescheduling after COVID-related postponement. My only complaint is that the cleaning person showed up promptly at checkout time (10am) -- I get the need to get guests out of the unit, but a little buffer time (we were running a bit late) would have been nice.

St. Simons condo

We have stayed in St. Simons every summer for over 20 years. This condo was the best place we have ever had with its proximity to everything, as well as the comfort of the beds. It was perfect in every way for our family. The three teen girls loved their privacy. I will most definitely book this one again and again. Thank you for providing the opportunity to enjoy a wonderful week.
