Condo was clean and useful with beautiful grounds/pool and easy beach access. Comfortable beds and plenty of kitchen paraphernalia. Furnished mostly with mis-matched furniture. Parking garage located below the units is very awkward with a very tight squeeze if you're driving anything larger than a compact car. Luckily, parking is available in front of the building to accommodate larger vehicles (we were driving a Honda Odyssey van).
Good location/easy to get to beach but otherwise disappointing. Building hallways smelled horrible (some combination of cleaning supplies, chemicals and maybe construction or paint) - you had to run in and out of condo it was so bad. Kitchen poorly equipped and not clean, bathrooms dirty as if had only been superficially cleaned. Everything needed to be updated - even the lock on the front door was sideways, though still worked.
This place is in a good location / nice beach access and pool but the room itself is pretty run down and needs to be renovated. Running sink, non working lights, broken doors etc.
First, communication with the Host was great. They were very responsive when there were some issues that needed attention. This unit needs a serious facelift. The owner needs to go through the whole place with fresh paint and cosmetic repairs and deep cleaning.Beach Club is a great place, but were were disappointed in this unit. We have stayed at Beach Club for the past 4 years and the units were stayed in were much nicer. Again, communication with the Host was great.
My son and I stayed here during the Iron Man Retreat. The condo was clean and had plenty of towels and other necessary items. It was pretty quiet for a condo. Parking is at a premium for large vehiclesâlike a pick-up. This isnât the ownerâs fault, but one should be aware of it. If you have a large vehicle or trailer, it may not be the right place.
