Monica & Paolo were tremendous hosts with easy communication over WhatsApp, tips/tricks for the area, they met us promptly when we arrived earlier than check-in time, and this property was in an ideal location for Bellagio, walking distance to everything and a decent amount of space for small groups. Pricing was great compared to the major hotels in the area. Two notes for travelers: the property is in a restricted driving zone (ZTL), but the Monica & Paolo helped to make sure we were able to get a pass and parking for the car we had. Additionally, many of the exterior and/or “view” photos on the listing are not of the property itself, but of areas nearby. It did not impact our stay at all, but in case the specifics are something people care about!Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Myself and 2 friends stayed at this wonderful property for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience! Amazing location and great apartment!

This wonderful apartment is literally steps from the piazza and the tower in Bellagio and has its own private balcony and a spacious living room/kitchen area. The option to rent the garage, also only steps from the apartment, is a fantastic addition if you are arriving by car. Be prepared to drive down an extremely narrow path through the town center, but well worth it. Monica was fantastic with communication and recommendations via WhatsApp. Highly recommend both this apartment and the town!
