Liszt Attic by KlabHouse is a modern and spacious apartment overlooking the lake located in a historic building in the heart of Bellagio.

Equipped with private terrace lake view, WIFI, air conditioning and double glazing making it very quiet, it is the ideal place to spend a holiday surrounded by an incomparable beauty.

Guests can enjoy the large sun terrace endowed with sun beds and parasols and stunning view, shared with Liszt Home guests.

The apartment is located in the pedestrian area where you will find the best fashion shops, restaurants and bars in which to enjoy the typical atmosphere of the lake.

The building where Franz Liszt lived is 200 meters from the ferry terminal and is within walking distance of Lido and Villa Melzi.

Liszt Attic of 130 square meters on third floor can host up to 4 guests plus a baby and is composed of:

The Liszt Attic could not be more conveniently located! The gate to the property opens directly onto Salita Serbelloni - one of the most popular and most photographed streets in Bellagio. Sara from KlabHouse was very responsive and a joy to work with.

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay in this clean, spacious & modern apartment. A welcome basket of wine & snacks on our arrival plus clear instructions on accessing the apartment. This apartment was so well catered for we could unpack, relax & no need to go out for necessities. We will definitely be back.

The apartment was in a perfect location in Bellagio. It was beautifully decorated comfortable spacious two bedroom two bath large comfortable living room as well as a terrace with an outstanding view of Lake Como. We had excellent communication with management and we even had a little welcome basket with a bottle of wine and treats for us when we arrived. The apartment had access to a terrace to the side with lounge chairs to enjoy a glass of wine in the view, which was very lovely after a day of exploring the lake and other surrounding areas it is in a very central location with easy access to the ferry, restaurants, wine, tasting, and gelato almost right downstairs. I would not hesitate to try to reserve this location again in the future with other friends while our state was at the very end of September and early October and the weather did chill down a little bit we were able to see the beginning of a transition to fall colors very special.

Great rental

Highly recommend this place! Excellent location, very clean, well appointed. Interior is very nice. You can tell it was recently renovated/updated. Beds are comfortable and it has plenty of furniture in living room for a family to be comfortable. I would stay here again, but with less luggage as there are many steps up to the unit.

Very nice accommodation. Cofffee maker was excellent! Updated bathrooms were very nice. Only recommendation would be to add some high bar stool chairs for the deck so you can see the gorgeous view. view.

Beautiful Apartment in Perfect Location

Great location, very clean, spacious, and modern. Communication with KlabHouse team is excellent. Respond time is less than five minutes. There is a small grocery store across the apartment if you need water, cream, cheese, cracker, or any snacks. Nothing but praises for team of KlabHouse and the apartment. Will definitely stay again and will recommend to friends and family visiting Bellagio.

Excellent apartment, location, and owner support

I've stayed in Bellagio a half dozen times in different apartments and hotels. I stayed at this apartment for 12 days. There is no better location. A few steps to the lakefront, shops, and excellent restaurants. My jaw dropped when I entered the apartment. Beautifully remodeled. Even larger and prettier than I expected from the photos. The kitchen has every amenity. The counter space is a little tight, but adequate for cooking meals, which I always do. That's the main reason why I rent apartments: The amount you save in restaurant checks pays for most of the apartment. Comfortable beds and large bathrooms. Tenents also have access to a delightful patio overlooking the lake. My son and I both lounged there a couple of times, working on our laptops. The wifi reaches the patio. While I didn't need them during my stay, the landlord is always responsive. I'll likely come back here the next time I'm in Bellagio.
