Villa de Rêve avec vue panoramique sur la mer et les montagnes, depuis toutes les pièces et toutes les terrasses de la propriété.
Maison originale sur deux niveaux avec une vue imprenable sur la baie d'Altea.
Le bleu de la mer et celui du ciel se confondent avec celui de la piscine.
Magnifiques terrasses sur chaque niveau de la propriété, avec des vues à couper le souffle sur la mer et la montagne, toutes confortablement équipées de transats et salons de jardin.
Vous apprécierez de prendre les petits déjeuners et repas face à la mer, sur l'une des terrasses où fleurissent lauriers roses et bougainvilliers. Ou encore sous le magnifique porche en vous enivrant de l'odeur du jasmin qui le recouvre.
Une maison bien agencée et agréable à vivre, entourée d´un jardin planté d'arbres fruitiers, amandiers, palmiers et pins.
Cet écrin de verdure est au coeur d´une nature riche d'orangers, citronniers et amandiers qui font l'orgueil de cette belle région.
Pour les amateurs de bain de mer, la plage est à 400m et le village à 15 minutes de marche.
Gare du TRAM à 100m de la maison, vous pouvez vous rendre au centre ville d'Altea en 10 minutes pour faire vos achats, diner au restaurant, ou encore aller visiter Benidorm, Alicante ou Denia.

A pied, de belles promenades sur les nombreux sentiers, au milieu des champs d'orangers, dans les montagnes couvertes de romarin et d'amandiers, ou sur les chemins de la corniche entre pins et oliviers.

Wonderful Villa wonderful view charming host.

We were a party of Seven adults and 2 children and we spent a wonderful week in Josette’s beautiful villa with its breathtaking views from the various terraces. The location was ideal with a tram station minutes from the villa. The villa itself is very spacious well equipped and spotlessly clean. Josette was a wonderful generous host who made us feel very welcome. Thank you Josette.

Fabulous villa with gorgeous sea views

A fabulous villa with brilliant sea views. We stayed here as a family of eight, four adults and four children. Josette the owner is such a delightful person, who was extremely helpful to us, purchasing an extra travel cot and highchair as we had two small children in the party. The villa was well equiped, very clean and spacious. The pool was warm for us to use, as it was in the sun for a good part of the day and being able to eat outside was a treat. Well located for town, with the tram station a 5/10 minute walk down the road. The table football and ping pong table were well used, by children and adults alike. Thanks Josette, we had a brilliant time.

Perfect location, beautiful views, air-conditioned bedrooms, responsive and friendly homeowner.

We spent two weeks at VillaSeaVue with our three children. Each brought a friend. We were a total of eight and fit comfortably in the villa. The villa is well-appointed, with a modern kitchen and two full baths. It is also very well-located, in a beautiful hilltop community overlooking the Mediterranean on the Altea coast. The homeowner, Josette, is warm, friendly and charming. She was very attentive and responsive, and made every effort to make certain that our stay was comfortable. The pool had just been retiled and overlooks the sea. We spent most of our free time at the house, lounging by the pool. This summer was the hottest on record for Spain. Fortunately, the bedrooms have air conditioning, so sleeping was not a problem, although air conditioning is not available in the common areas (living room, dining room and kitchen). The Villa is also located within walking distance to the tram, which can take you to many other beaches and points of interest; however, we drove most places. The Villa is a 15-minute car ride to sandy beaches at Calpe and Benidorm and just a short 5 to 10-minute drive to a rocky beach in Altea. Day trips to Valencia and Alicante are very easy to make, as were evening trips to the discotheques in Benidorm for our older children. The highway system is very modern and manageable. Parking was never an issue. There is a driveway at the villa as well as on-street parking in front. At the beaches and in Altea, we were able to find on-street parking easily and parking machines were clearly marked. Our family most enjoyed the beaches in Calpe and the rocky beach in Altea, which were much less crowded. The water was beautiful; chairs and umbrellas are easy to rent. Water shoes are recommended for the rocky beach. They make it easy to walk on the beach and were inexpensive. Old Altea is lovely with abundant restaurants, galleries and shops. Overall, we had a fantastic time in Spain and at VillaSeaVue, and hope to return one day soon.

Superb villa and location with an excellent host.

We rented the top level of the Villa which was perfect for a couple. The kitchen and lounge were spacious and well-equipped and had everything you needed. The central heating worked well which was very welcome as February evenings are cool. There was also a fantastic log burner available but we did not need to use it as the central heating was adequate. The bedroom was excellent and the views from the large windows outstanding. We will never forget the sunrises coming out of the sea in the mornings. We deliberately left the curtains and shutters open so that we could see them. The outdoor space and pool are very nice and the views from all of the outside areas looking over the sea or up in to the mountains were incredible. There are lots of different areas with seating provided so that you can find shade or chase the sun around during the day. We were very lucky, as we have been for over 10 years in February on the Costa Blanca, and enjoyed hot and almost cloudless days all week. The location of the villa was perfect for us. We like to walk and there was nice walking along the beach and the walks into Altea are very nice and well-marked. You do need to be fairly fit as both ends of the walk (near the villa and in to Altea old town) are quite steep. Altea old town is well worth the effort with quaint streets and nice restaurants and bars. There is also a tram station not far from the villa with a tram/train which runs from Alicante to Denia and through Benidorm to give options of things to do if the weather is not so good. You can also use it to get into Altea. The trams seemed to come regularly and although they were close to the villa and you overlook the station, they were very quiet and did not disturb us. The villa drive is very steep to park a car on but the road is very quiet and left our car there safely. Josette was an excellent host and was always on hand by telephone if we needed her although our stay was otherwise very private and we were not disturbed by anyone. A power cut that resulted in problems with the hot water was resolved in minutes. I would thoroughly recommend the top floor apartment and we may well visit again another time. Un lieu incroyable , une hote aux petits soins

Malgré nos multiples changements de dates et du nombre de personnes, Josette est restée à notre écoute et prête à facilité notre séjour. Elle nous a indiqué les meilleures activités dans la région. C est une personne très accueillante et qui parait heureuse d ouvrir sa magnifique villa. La maison est spacieuse, très bien équipée et la gue sur la baie d'Altea est à couper le souffle. Je recommande chaleureusement cet hébergement et sa gentille propriétaire.

Wonderful villa, wonderful host!

We stayed 6 weeks from January to March to avoid the British winter, and had an unforgettable time. The villa and grounds are generously sized and beautifully laid out, with a stunning view which even the pictures shown here cannot really capture. We arrived to a wonderful welcome from Josette, who was a kind, attentive owner throughout our stay. We found that the tram (with a tramp stop less than 5 minutes walk from the front door) was our favourite way of travelling up and down the Costa Blanca coast, although road links are also excellent if you'd rather drive. The local area is lovely, with Altea town itself (9 minutes relaxed tram journey away) a great base to discover the surrounding area, or just to relax and stay around if you prefer. Weather for us was a little cooler than expected, although we still got to enjoy 20-25 degree sunny days on occasion. When considering that all this (weather, travel, views, luxury) is just a short plane trip away, we would have no regrets in recommending Altea in general, and especially this villa in particular, as the best way to avoid the cold Northern European winter!

Wonderful house with outstnding veiw

When looking for a place for celebrating my wifes 70 th birthday together with our children and their families I found this particular house situated in the hills outside Altea. We all fell for the amazing photos which could only be beaten by the real views when we arrived. We were all together 6 adults, 2 children 8 and 10 years old and an infant of 1,5 years old and the house accommodated us all with plenty of space. To be honest we spent most of our time outside in the pool area enjoying the nice Spanish weather and the spectacular views. To surprize my wife on her birthday the wonderful landlord Josette Dotez help us to organize an evening meal with Paella and tapas made by a local restaurant which we all enjoyed outside in pool area. She even picked the food up and delivered to us in her car, that’s amazing. The house was located in a very calm area with no disturbing noise from the outside world, actually a perfect place for a very relaxing vacation where all the families could come together and enjoy the beautiful Spanish summer. Everything was neat and clean with a well equipped kitchen where we spent quality time together to jointly prepare our meals after been shopping in local supermercado. The area was very calm but still very close to Altea and only a short drive into Benidorm. When looking back on our stay in the villa I can find only one disadvantage and it is the length of our stay. We could easily been there a couple of more weeks to get some more time discover the surroundings and the nice villages close by. This was the first time we rented a house for all the family and one thing I can say for sure is that we will not have any problems to have our children and their families to join us in the future on coming trips. Fantastic Villa with Anazing Views

We were a family of 5 adults and 2 children and we spent a wonderful week at this beautiful villa. The inside and outside space was plentiful and very well equipped. The views from the terrace were unbelievable and on our last day I was sad to think I would no longer be having my morning coffee looking out at the sun glistening off the sea. The location was fantastic and we got the little train into Benidorm beach and Altea Town several times. They run every hour and very reasonable. For all of us to go return to Benidorm was only 11 Euro. Altea promenade is stunning. Lined with beautiful Tapas bars and restaurants all facing the sea. There are a couple of beach bars and nice restaurants walking distance from the villa, however the walk back up the hill is not for the faint hearted! Josette was a fantastic host and very helpful with giving directions and recommendations. She even offered us a lift in her car to save us walking! We didn't spend much time indoors but it was all very spacious and comfortable. The outside space was amazing though. We sat round the table on the terrace every night after dinner and made the most of the wonderful warm evenings. The only thing I would mention is if you have toddlers, the tiles around the pool are very slippery when wet and dangerous for little ones. Our older grandson who is 7 was fine, but the baby just wanted to run everywhere and was falling constantly so we spent our time at the beach. Older children won't have a problem though. We would not hesitate to recommend this villa. It is brilliant value for money, clean, spacious, well equipped with stunning views. Thank you Josette for allowing us to share your beautiful home!

Fantastisc location

We arrived a family of 8 for a ten day holiday. The house itself was very well equiped and is located in a very quiet street. The view from the outside sitting area and pool is a breathtaking 180 degree view of the Altea area and the mediteranian sea. All aplliances in the kitchen fully operational and a/c in all bedrooms. The host was kind and helpfull and i recomend both the house and the host to any future guest. Would love to come back.

Spacious house with excellent view

The house was as described very spacious and well equipped. It had everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We have been a party of five and our kid had its own bedroom, too. The house was very clean – that’s not usual in Spain. Everyday we could take breakfast and dinner at the spacious terrace. On cloudy and windy days we sit very comfortable under the covered part of the terrace protected from the cold wind. It‘ s a quite area. You don’t here the cars from the street – only the barking dogs of the neighborhood ;-) Josette was the most helpful landlord we ever had – and we had a lot before. Because we arrived late in the evening she welcomed us with water, drinks, fruits and cookies. She also gave us a lot of information about the area and it’s activities and restaurants. Josette asked nearly every day if everything was ok and reacted very soon when we needed the heating. It also was possible to stay longer on departure day. Thanks a lot for a great stay! We will come again, that’s for sure!

Fantastic Villa.

We had a lovely stay at the villa. It was very peaceful, and the location allowed us easy access to venture to busier resorts if we wanted to, either by tram or in the car - which we hired. The villa is beautiful, it is very private and it enjoys stunning panoramic views. My family and I were made to feel very welcome by Josette; she was a friendly and very helpful lady. We would definitely recommend this house, and we look forward to staying again in the furure. The Ferguson family (Scotland).

Magnifique villa

Séjour parfait dans une magnifique villa très confortable, propice à la détente et emprunte d'un arôme méditerranéen classique où il fait bon de vivre. Splendide vue sur la mer, typique de la Costa Blanca; on ne peut se lasser de tels paysages. À environ 2 km, très joli petit village espagnol où l'on peut trouver de belles boutiques, de charmantes ruelles à découvrir et aussi de bons restaurants typiques. Enfin, la propriétaire, très accueillante, a su rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable par ses nombreux conseils relatifs aux activités possibles dans la région et relatifs à la gastronomie locale. Une expérience à répéter sans la moindre hésitation!

Excellent accommodation in wonderful location.

Plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 lively children. Rooms were well laid out well equipped and comfortable. The weather was beautiful and we spent a good deal of time in a lovely garden, with exceptional views. The garden was again well equipped and the pool was a pleasure. Josette was a welcoming and friendly host, helping us with a brilliant baby sitter and generally being a kind and reassuring presence .

Superbe et reposant

Avions besoin de repos, séjour d'une dizaine de jours dans ce superbe lieu, vue magnifique sur la baie d'Altéa et sur la montagne voisine. Maison très bien équipée, le + : cuisine, séjour, terrasse, piscine au dernier niveau "superbe vue, calme..." L'accueil de Josette, très sympathique et disponible propriétaire "vous êtes chez vous" nous dit-elle et c'est bien le ressenti que nous avons eu. Merci pour ce superbe séjour et pour vos conseils "visites, restaurants..." Nous ne manquerons pas de revenir vous voir et profiter de votre maison dés que l'occasion se présentera.

Great stay and a fantastic holiday !

Altea is close by and has a beautiful historic centre and the beach of Villajoyosa is our favorite beach. We will come back next year.

A dream vacation

Our stay at the villa was just absolutely amazing!! From the moment we arrive it it took our breath away-The house is beautiful, a real dream house with wonderful views from the terrace. It has everything we needed, fully equipped. We enjoyed its beautiful terrace where we spend our breakfasts, lunches and dinners enjoying the view and the kids really loved the swimming pool. Close to the beach where we had lovely walks and kayak outings. Josette was a wonderful host and provided us with everything we need, very helpful. Definitly hoping to repeat next summer!

A REFAIRE ENCORE ET ENCORE

Un séjour de rêve avec une vue sur la mer parfaite .Une envie ,revenir ........Un plus l'espace piscine au même niveau que les pièces à vivre pour nos jeunes .La dernière remarque ,un accueil parfait de Madame Dotez .Je recommande cette location.

Underbart hus med fantastisk utsikt!!

Vi (2 vuxna och 2 barn 14,16 år) firade semester 1 vecka i Josette's underbara villa. Josette är en fantastisk värdinna som välkomnade oss på bästa sätt och gav oss många tips o råd. Huset var rent o fint med modernt välutrustat kök, stort o fint vardagsrum, bra sovrum och sist men inte minst terasser med enastående utsikt! Lugnt område med väldigt lite trafik. Ett bra utgångsläge för utflykter. Vi hade hyrbil och tog oss enkelt till Valencia, Benidorm, Calpe mm. Altea är en mysig stad med trevliga restauranger och affärer. Kan lätt rekommendera en semester här i Josette's hus! Vi kommer absolut att åka tillbaka! Med vänliga hälsningar Peter Åsa Andreas och Sarah :-)

De vraies vacances

Idéal pour un séjour en famille avec des ados. Maison très agréable, immense terrasse et vue fabuleuse, les enfants ont adoré la douche extérieure près de la piscine. Petit train qui longe la côte à 5 mns à pied en contrebas de la maison, si l'on n'a pas de voiture. Accueil chaleureux et dévoué de la propriétaire. A conseiller pour de vraies vacances au soleil.

Excellent stay in this beautiful house

We stayed for one week with our family (6 adults and 1 child of 3 years) in this beautiful house welcomed by Josette with excellent hospitality. We really enjoyed the view over the sea, the bay and Altea hills each moment of the day while we were relaxing or swimming in the swimming pool or sitting at one of the terraces. Josette was very helpful with a very good care of our child, she made our stay to an excellent holiday feeling we will never forget. We would really recommend a stay in this beautiful house, we definitely will come back to enjoy a fantastic holiday.

IDEAL!

La description était assez précise et conforme à nos attentes, nous avons trouvé facilement. La location était propre et bien entretenue; la propriétaire nous a donné de bons conseils. Je recommande bien sûr cette location à mes amis. Nous avons aimé manger dans les petits restaurants d'Altea, un bonus au Xef Pirata Nous avons apprécié la proximité, la beauté et la difficulté du golf Don Cayo, la montagne environnante et la promenade en canoé jusqu'à La isleta de la Olla.

Une semaine de rêve

Que dire de ce lieu unique situé entre mer et montagne, qu'il fut à la hauteur de nos espérances, outre l'accueil plus que chaleureux de Josette la propriétaire qui sait vous mettre à l'aise dans sa maison, nous avons été orientés vers tous les sites à visiter et les restaurants incontournables.Une maison très confortable qui donne envie de "farnienter" près de la piscine et l'espace idéal pour une famille nombreuse. Merci Josette, nous garderons un souvenir chaleureux de ce moment de détente indispensable aux gens de la ville et des régions humides.Vous nous invitez à revenir...nous l'espérons de tout coeur.

Exceptionnel

Nous avons effectivement passé une semaine de rêve dans cette villa. Tout y est pour un séjour formidable: la piscine, les vues extraordinaires, la tonnelle très bien ombragée pour manger dehors à toutes heures de la journée (elle jouxte la cuisine intérieure très bien équipée), la douche extérieure top (idéale pour la douche matinale avec vue sur la mer), la plancha et le barbecue pour de succulents repas (avec les poissons et autres produits achetés au marché d'Altea ouvert tous les jours), ll'intérieur joliment décoré et spacieux, le calme environnement (ce n'est pas toujours le cas en Espagne!). La plage est à 10 minutes à pied, la ville (et son vieux village au sommet qu'il ne faut pas rater le soir très animé, la promenade le long de la mer avec plein de restos très sympa aussi) est proche (10 mn en voiture) même si la route est encombrée (je suppose en plein été uniquement), la plage (de galets) est accessible à pied en 10 minutes aussi (pour la plage de sable, on peut aller à Calpe, à 8 km environ). Et puis il y a Josette, la propriétaire, si sympathique, si disponible, si bienveillante. Merci encore une fois à elle pour ces vacances inoubliables en famille.

Tout le plaisir est pour moi quand j´ai la chance de recevoir dans ma maison une charmante famille comme la votre. C´est une villa qui a abrité de nombreuses vacances heureuses entre amis et en famille, et on peut dire qu´elle s´y prête bien.
