Fabulous apartment situated close to all amenities
This apartment has everything we needed, it was like home from home.
Situated in a location where we could walk to the beaches, bars, restaurants, cafes, market, supermarket and Zenia shopping centre. Has 3 balconies, the top one having afternoon sunlight and comfortable furniture. Only two of us stayed here but it is equipped for 6 people. Would happily book here again.
The house is lovely and spacious and had everything we needed for our holiday. Perfect location. Directly opposite Mercadona. Short walk to beach and bars and restaurants. 15 minutes walk to la zenia boulevard. Only issue was the address. It is not clear when directing taxis. And so we struggled to find it on arrival. We also had problems when ordering an airport return taxi. So an actual address would be useful. However if you are arriving by taxi ask to be dropped off opposite Mercadona in playa flamenca yand there is a taxi pull in directly Infront of the gate. The house is on the left straight through this gate.
Nice property supermarket across the road. La Zenia Boulevard shops bars restaurants and beach all within walking distance. For people who like coastal walks it's perfect. We walked to Torrevieja La Zenia and the Marina in Cabo Roig. Only problem would have been collecting key from agent. Fortunately he was at the apartment. I wouldn't have liked to find his office after a long journey. The proprietor was always available and obliging via messaging.
Stayed in this duplex apartment for 10 days. This was our fourth time of renting on this complex and this apartment was by far the best place we have stayed in here.
It was spotlessly clean, very spacious and well equipped with everything needed for a holiday. It has two verandas, the upstairs has a relaxing area with nice rattan furniture as well as a built in barbecue. The downstairs veranda is smaller, we had our morning coffee there every day. The swimming pool is just at the back of the property. Across the road is the Mercadona supermarket ideal for food shopping, their fish counter is excellent. We did not rent a car but just outside of the complex is a taxi rank and bus stop ideal for getting around the area. We visited the playa flamenca square there are lots.of bars and restaurants serving a good variety of meals. The La Zenia boulevard is well worth a visit we walked up there took us about 15 minutes. The beach is also about a 10 minute walk away there are bars and restaurants around there that are quite good. We had excellent communication with Monsieur Canton who gave us lots of information prior to our visit and kindly let us stay later as our flights home were quite late. I would have no hesitation to return to this property and would recommend it to anybody.

Casa Cantin is a wonderful place to stay, it can accommodate upto 6 people over two floors, and has access to two communal pools, one just 50 metres away ! The apartment was clean and well furnished and is in a quiet neighbourhood. Communication with the owner was excellent. The location on Plaza Antonio Vacea was a perfect base for touring the Orihuella Costa area. Provisions are available just 200 metres away from a large Mercadona supermarket, and reasonabley priced. The area offers a multitude of fine beaches with shallow waters if you like watersports. We enjoyed 12 glorious days of sunshine with typical temperatures between 25C - 30 C in late October. We highly recommend the property and would visit again.

Relaxing holiday
We have just returned from 2 weeks in Monsieur Cantin's lovely spacious apartment in Playa Flamenca. The apartment is charming and in a perfect location for the beach, commercial centres, where bars and restaurants are located and La Zenia boulevard. A large supermarket is just a stones throw away to stock up on your groceries and holiday bottle or two of wine! The complex has been designed with a typically old style Spanish look and you have access to two lovely pools to choose from. We had a great time and would come back and stay in the apartment again. The only improvement for us would be the access arrangements. This was not straightforward as the key was held by a property office half a KM away. On arrival the office was closed and when we located someone, they weren't aware that we were arriving.

This is an excellent property for all ages,very central to everything, shops beach and pubs.Two lovely swiming pools and grass areas to sit around.The owner was very prompt at answering any quiries we made .The apartment had everything you could want.

It was extremely clean and comfortable. The surroundings ans swimming pool were also excellent. The beach was a 10 minute walk. Bars and restaurants 10mins walk and the Boulavard shopping centre a 20 min walk away. The Mercadona supermarket is close too.
The owners were very helpful through the whole process and kept in touch.

Great stay at a lovely property. The property is close to supermarkets and the beach. The property is spacious and we enjoyed the 2 terraces. Mr Cantin is a great host checking we were happy with everything. I would definitely recommend staying in the property.
We stayed for four weeks in this propety. The apartment was clean and nice. We had a lovely time during our stay. Many resturant are in the neigbourhood and nice beach five to ten minuets away. A good grocery store is two minutes away.
